本发明提供一种高强莫来石浇注料,其原料按重量份计为:莫来石40~50份、棕钢玉20~30份、锆质材料10~15份、SiO2微粉5~8份、耐热钢纤维2~5份、纳米重晶石粉1~3份、结合剂1~3份。本发明能有效提高莫来石浇注料的强度和细致度,并且浇注料性质稳定,配方科学。

技术领域
本发明涉及耐火材料领域,具体涉及一种高强莫来石浇注料。
技术背景
在传统能源日益枯竭而新能源发展缓慢的今天,当前最迫切的任务是开发轻质、高强、热震稳定性好、使用温度高能满足轻质结构所需的内衬材料。莫来石有优良的高温性质及机械强度等性能,因而被广泛应用到了冶金、机械、化工、电子、航空和国防等众多工业领域。目前市场上莫来石材料强度和稳定性并不符合实际生产的需要,给后续生产工序带来了一定的影响。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种高强莫来石浇注料,能有效提高莫来石浇注料的强度和细致度,并且浇注料性质稳定,配方科学。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种高强莫来石浇注料,其原料按重量份计为:莫来石40~50份、棕钢玉20~30份、锆质材料10~15份、SiO2微粉5~8份、耐热钢纤维2~5份、纳米重晶石粉1~3份、结合剂1~3份。
作为优选:其原料按重量份计为:莫来石46份、棕钢玉25份、锆质材料12份、SiO2微粉6份、耐热钢纤维4份、纳米重晶石粉2份、结合剂2份。
作为优选,所述锆质材料为二氧化锆。
作为优选,所述结合剂为工业磷酸。
与现有技术相比,本发明方案具有有益效果:该高强莫来石浇注料配方科学,棕钢玉、锆质材料、纳米重晶石粉等原料均可有效改善莫来石浇注料的强度、细致度,并且该浇注料性质稳定,延长使用时间,提升产品质量,提高生产效率。

一种高强莫来石浇注料,其原料按重量份计为:莫来石40份、棕钢玉30份、锆质材料10份、SiO2微粉8份、耐热钢纤维2份、纳米重晶石粉1份、结合剂3份。
所述锆质材料为二氧化锆。
所述结合剂为工业磷酸。
实施例2:
一种高强莫来石浇注料,其原料按重量份计为:莫来石46份、棕钢玉25份、锆质材料12份、SiO2微粉6份、耐热钢纤维4份、纳米重晶石粉2份、结合剂2份。
所述锆质材料为二氧化锆。
所述结合剂为工业磷酸。

一种高强莫来石浇注料,其原料按重量份计为:莫来石50份、棕钢玉20份、锆质材料15份、SiO2微粉5份、耐热钢纤维5份、纳米重晶石粉3份、结合剂1份。
所述锆质材料为二氧化锆。
所述结合剂为工业磷酸。
