技术领域
本发明涉及建材技术领域,具体为一种耐腐蚀加气砌块。
背景技术
加气混凝土砌块即通过蒸压加气制成的混凝土块,简称加气砖,是通过高温蒸压设备工艺生产的加气混凝土砌块。“加气砖”可以理解为一个简化的或是一个通用的名称。其涵盖的产品范围应该要大一点,即采用包括蒸压在内的其他各种工艺生产的砖品。加气砖具有自重轻、保温隔热性能好、抗震能力强、加工性能好等特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于增强加气砖的耐腐蚀性能,提供一种耐腐蚀加气砌块。
为达到上述目的,采用的技术方案为:
一种耐腐蚀加气砌块,包含以下重量份组份:
粉煤灰 50-60份、
水泥 5-8份、
铁矿渣 10-20份、
石粉 10-30份、
石膏5-6份、
铝粉0.1-0.2份、
氯化钙0.05-0.06份、
发泡剂4-6份、
乳胶1-2份、
废塑料纸5-6份。
进一步,所述的耐腐蚀加气砌块,包含以下重量份组份:
粉煤灰55份、
水泥 6份、
铁矿渣 15份、
石粉 20份、
石膏5.5份、
铝粉0.2份、
氯化钙0.05份、
发泡剂5份、
乳胶1.5份、
废塑料纸5.5份。
将所述组分粉煤灰、水泥、铁矿渣、石粉 、石膏、发泡剂、铝粉和氯化钙,加适量的水混合搅拌均匀,再进行陈化、浇注、切割和过蒸汽,制成砖坯,再在砖坯的表面高温浸渍乳胶和废塑料纸制备的防腐涂料。
采用上述方案的有益效果为:这种耐腐蚀加气砌块利用了多种废弃物料,制备的加气砖消耗水泥及资源性材料少,外层通过浸渍制备有防腐层,大大提高了传统加气砖的各种性能。

实施例1
一种耐腐蚀加气砌块,包含以下重量份组份:
粉煤灰 50-60份、
水泥 5-8份、
铁矿渣 10-20份、
石粉 10-30份、
石膏5-6份、
铝粉0.1-0.2份、
氯化钙0.05-0.06份、
发泡剂4-6份、
乳胶1-2份、
废塑料纸5-6份。
所述发泡剂为硅粉或茶籽粉。
实施例2
进一步,所述的耐腐蚀加气砌块,包含以下重量份组份:
粉煤灰55份、
水泥 6份、
铁矿渣 15份、
石粉 20份、
石膏5.5份、
铝粉0.2份、
氯化钙0.05份、
发泡剂5份、
乳胶1.5份、
废塑料纸5.5份。
制备方法:将所述组分粉煤灰、水泥、铁矿渣、石粉 、石膏、发泡剂、铝粉和氯化钙按传统加气混泥土砌块进行制备,加适量的水混合搅拌均匀,再进行陈化、浇注、切割和过蒸汽,制成砖坯。再在砖坯的表面高温浸渍乳胶和废塑料纸制备的防腐涂料,将废塑料纸洗净,熔融,去除杂质,冷却后磨成粉末。再与乳胶混合进行190-220℃浸渍10-15分钟,即成。本发明制备的耐腐蚀加气砌块利用了多种废弃物料,制备的加气砖消耗水泥及资源性材料少,外层通过浸渍制备有防腐层,大大提高了传统加气砖的各种性能。

粉煤灰 50-60份、
水泥 5-8份、
铁矿渣 10-20份、
石粉 10-30份、
石膏5-6份、
铝粉0.1-0.2份、

发泡剂4-6份、
乳胶1-2份、
废塑料纸5-6份。
