Abstract
纱线收卷机。提供了一种结构简单,方便加工,提高工作效率的纱线收卷机。包括箱体,所述箱体内设有隔板,所述隔板上均布设有若干通孔,所述通孔内设有绕轴,所述绕轴活动设在通孔内;所述箱体内隔板的下方设有水平设置的蜗杆,所述箱体的外侧设有用于驱动蜗杆的电机,所述绕轴的底部设有蜗轮,所述蜗轮与蜗杆相啮合,所述绕轴的下方设有升降杆,所述绕轴上设有滑槽,所述滑槽内活动设有柔性挡圈,所述柔性挡圈包括环形体和若干支条,若干支条呈环形均布连接在环形体上;所述箱体的前壁上设有若干与绕轴一一对应的纱线孔。本发明方便加工,提高了工作效率,节省了时间。
Description
本发明涉及纱线加工领域,尤其涉及纱线收卷机。
背景技术
纱线是用各种纺织纤维加工成一定细度的产品,用于织布、制绳、制线、针织和刺绣等。纱分为短纤维纱,由短纤维(天然短纤维或化纤切段纤维)经纺纱加工而成,分环锭纱、自由端纺纱、自拈纱等。②连续长丝,如天然蚕丝和化纤长丝,分加拈或不加拈、光滑长丝或变形长丝等。③短纤维与连续长丝组合纱,例如涤棉长丝包芯纱等。线由两股或两股以上的单纱并合加拈而成。
由于纱线在加工时,批量较大,均是通过人工进行收卷打包,效率低,工作时间长;同时,由于全自动设备成本较高,增加了企业负担。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题,提供了一种结构简单,方便加工,提高工作效率的纱线收卷机。
本发明的技术方案是:包括箱体,所述箱体内设有隔板,所述隔板上均布设有若干通孔,所述通孔内设有绕轴,所述绕轴活动设在通孔内;
所述箱体内隔板的下方设有水平设置的蜗杆,所述箱体的外侧设有用于驱动蜗杆的电机,所述绕轴的底部设有蜗轮,所述蜗轮与蜗杆相啮合,
所述绕轴的下方设有升降杆,
所述绕轴上设有滑槽,所述滑槽内活动设有柔性挡圈,所述柔性挡圈包括环形体和若干支条,若干支条呈环形均布连接在环形体上;
所述箱体的前壁上设有若干与绕轴一一对应的纱线孔。
所述升降杆的顶面设有滚珠,所述绕轴的底面设有滚槽,所述滚珠适配地设在滚槽内。
所述隔板上设有推杆,所述推杆用于推动环形体。
还包括箱盖,所述箱盖设在箱体的顶部,所述箱盖上设有与绕轴相对应的窗口,所述窗口处设有玻璃。
本发明在工作中,纱线穿过箱体前壁的纱线孔,将纱线卷绕在绕轴上,电机驱动蜗杆带动蜗轮,蜗轮带动绕轴旋转动作进行卷线动作,提高了工作效率,操作可靠;在绕轴上绕卷适量纱线时,取出绕轴,便于将纱线取出,再将绕轴放下,继续进行卷线。
由于设置升降杆,使得绕轴可升降动作,便于纱线均匀绕设在绕轴上;同时,设置柔性挡圈,通过推动环形体,使得支条发生弯曲动作,便于移动绕卷的纱线,使得纱线均匀绕设在绕轴上。
本发明方便加工,提高了工作效率,节省了时间。

具体实施方式
本发明如图1-3所示,包括箱体1,所述箱体内设有隔板3,所述隔板上均布设有若干通孔30,所述通孔内设有绕轴4,所述绕轴活动设在通孔内;
所述箱体内隔板的下方设有水平设置的蜗杆5,所述箱体的外侧设有用于驱动蜗杆5的电机6,所述绕轴的底部设有蜗轮7,所述蜗轮与蜗杆相啮合,
所述绕轴的下方设有升降杆8,升降杆为电动推杆或液压缸,起到可靠支撑绕轴;
所述绕轴上设有滑槽40,所述滑槽内活动设有柔性挡圈,所述柔性挡圈包括环形体和若干支条,若干支条呈环形均布连接在环形体上;设置柔性挡圈,便于支条发生弯曲,使得纱线均布绕设在绕轴上。
通过设置蜗杆驱动若干绕轴上的蜗轮,起到联动作用,提高了工作效率。
所述箱体的前壁上设有若干与绕轴一一对应的纱线孔10。
所述升降杆的顶面设有滚珠11,所述绕轴的底面设有滚槽,所述滚珠适配地设在滚槽内。这样,使得升降杆与绕轴可靠定位,操作可靠。
所述隔板上设有推杆12,所述推杆用于推动环形体。通过推动环形体,使得支条发生弯曲动作,便于纱线移动,均布绕设在绕轴上。
还包括箱盖2,所述箱盖设在箱体的顶部,所述箱盖上设有与绕轴相对应的窗口,所述窗口处设有玻璃。便于观察绕轴的卷线情况,便于取出纱线,操作可靠。

1.纱线收卷机,包括箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体内设有隔板,所述隔板上均布设有若干通孔,所述通孔内设有绕轴,所述绕轴活动设在通孔内;
所述箱体内隔板的下方设有水平设置的蜗杆,所述箱体的外侧设有用于驱动蜗杆的电机,所述绕轴的底部设有蜗轮,所述蜗轮与蜗杆相啮合,
所述绕轴的下方设有升降杆,
所述绕轴上设有滑槽,所述滑槽内活动设有柔性挡圈,所述柔性挡圈包括环形体和若干支条,若干支条呈环形均布连接在环形体上;
所述箱体的前壁上设有若干与绕轴一一对应的纱线孔;
所述升降杆的顶面设有滚珠,所述绕轴的底面设有滚槽,所述滚珠适配地设在滚槽内;
所述隔板上设有推杆,所述推杆用于推动环形体。
