The CCD vision device can greatly reduce the phenomena of manual misthrowing, missing throwing and the like, and is completely an automatic operation, so that the labor intensity of workers is reduced; the fork throwing is accurate and timely, the equipment is stable, and the efficiency of fork throwing is improved.

The fork throwing device 4 comprises a second driving gear 42 and a second driven gear 43 which are arranged on the frame 1, a second chain 44 which is vertically driven is wound on the second driving gear 42 and the second driven gear 43, and the second driving gear 42 is connected with a second servo motor; a group of L-shaped baffle plates 45 are fixedly arranged on the second chain 44, and the distance between every two adjacent baffle plates 45 is larger than the width of the fork. The fork throwing device 4 further comprises a limiting plate 46 arranged on the frame 1 and close to one end of the baffle 45, the limiting plate 46 is positioned on one side opposite to the movement direction of the L-shaped baffle 45 and used for limiting the fork arranged on the L-shaped baffle 45 to drop, and the fork throwing device 4 is provided with a fork throwing port corresponding to the barrel body right below the fork throwing device. When the L-shaped baffle 45 rotates to the lower focus on the second chain 44, the fork on the L-shaped baffle 45 can move freely and fall into the barrel right below.
