本发明属于泡椒竹笋加工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种泡椒竹笋生产加工用压碎装置。
背景技术
泡椒竹笋,一道经典的特色小菜,竹笋洗净后切片,放入沸水中,并加1茶匙盐焯烫半分钟后捞出沥干水分;大蒜去皮洗净后切碎,京葱和生姜切片,小红椒切碎;沥干水的竹笋片放入大碗内,倒入其余所有材料拌匀;拌匀后的泡椒竹笋倒入一个干净无油的密闭容器内,放入冰箱冷藏一夜入味,即可食用,泡椒竹笋在生产中需要用到切片及切条机进行压碎,切片机是切制薄而均匀组织片的机械,组织用坚硬的石蜡或其他物质支持,每切一次借切片厚度器自动向前推进所需距离,厚度器的梯度通常为一微米,切制石蜡包埋的组织时,由于与前一张切片的蜡边粘着,而制成多张切片的切片条,切片机的工作原理比较简单,就是通过利用切片机锋利的切面,将物体和材料按照一点的比例或者宽度切成一片一片,以适用于生产或者制药或者别的用途。
原有的泡椒竹笋生产加工用压碎设备在对泡椒竹笋进行加工时,首先把泡椒竹笋进行切片,然后进行切丝,在送料过程中物料中可能会掺杂有杂质,在进行切丝时会对刀具造成损坏,并且刀片一旦损坏则会造成物料的切割大小不一致,导致泡椒竹笋的口味发生变化,会影响生产质量,并且更换和维修刀具时需要拆卸机体,把刀具进行检查后维修更换,需要时间较长,并且相对麻烦,降低生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种泡椒竹笋生产加工用压碎装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出原有的泡椒竹笋生产加工用压碎设备在对泡椒竹笋进行加工时,首先把泡椒竹笋进行切片,然后进行切丝,在送料过程中物料中可能会掺杂有杂质,在进行切丝时会对刀具造成损坏,并且刀片一旦损坏则会造成物料的切割大小不一致,导致泡椒竹笋的口味发生变化,会影响生产质量,并且更换和维修刀具时需要拆卸机体,把刀具进行检查后维修更换,需要时间较长,并且相对麻烦,降低生产效率的问题。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构科学合理,使用安全方便,在切片刀外部设置一个方便启闭的保护外壳,保护外壳与机体之间通过合页铰链连接,方便转动,在保护壳的一侧设置方便开启的维修门,在切片刀出现问题时,不需要拆卸机体外壳,只需要通过合页铰链打开保护壳,便可以对刀具进行更换以及维修,另外在切片装置与切丝装置之间设置了一个振动筛,振动筛由凸轮电机带动振动架,把振动筛上的杂质抖落,使物料更加洁净,去除物料内的杂质,防止切丝刀切到异物损坏,并且设置了可以调节切丝宽度的切丝刀,由两个固定刀辊和一个可调刀辊组成,根据不同需求通过调节杆进行调节,改变切丝的大小,使机器的适应性更强。

1.一种泡椒竹笋生产加工用压碎装置,包括振动筛(15)、机体外壳(17)和切片刀刀片(26),其特征在于:所述机体外壳(17)的顶端设置有切片刀保护壳(23),所述切片刀保护壳(23)的左端下方设置有合页(21),且切片刀保护壳(23)的内部左端下方设置有切片刀电机(22),所述切片刀电机(22)的右侧设置有切片刀(1),所述切片刀(1)的右侧设置有切片刀维修门(3),所述切片刀维修门(3)的顶端设置有维修门转轴(2),所述机体外壳(17)的右端设置有物料传送带(6),所述物料传送带(6)的两端设置有传送带带轮(5),且物料传送带(6)的上方设置有物料传送挡板(4),所述物料传送带(6)的下方设置有传送带支撑架(7),所述传送带支撑架(7)的左侧下方设置有伺服驱动电机(10),所述伺服驱动电机(10)的前表面中间位置处设置有电机转轴(11),所述电机转轴(11)的外部设置有传动带(12),所述伺服驱动电机(10)的左侧设置有减速机(14),所述减速机(14)的上方设置有振动架(13),所述振动筛(15)安装在振动架(13)的上方,且振动筛(15)上设置有筛孔(20),所述振动筛(15)的左侧设置有固定切条辊(18),所述固定切条辊(18)的右侧上方设置有切条辊调节杆(19),且固定切条辊(18)的左侧设置有出料口(16),所述机体外壳(17)的下方设置有支撑轮(9),所述支撑轮(9)上设置有固定锁扣(8),所述固定切条辊(18)的中间位置处设置有切条辊转轴(24),所述切条辊转轴(24)的右侧设置有可调节切条棍(25),所述切片刀刀片(26)安装在切片刀(1)上,且切片刀(1)的中间位置处设置有固定螺丝(27),所述固定螺丝(27)的外部设置有切片刀安装座(28),所述伺服驱动电机(10)与切片刀电机(22)均与外部电源电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种泡椒竹笋生产加工用压碎装置,其特征在于:所述传送带带轮(5)与电机转轴(11)之间通过传动带(12)传动连接,所述电机转轴(11)与减速机(14)之间通过传动带(12)传动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种泡椒竹笋生产加工用压碎装置,其特征在于:所述切片刀保护壳(23)与机体外壳(17)之间通过合页(21)转动连接,所述切片刀维修门(3)与切片刀保护壳(23)之间通过维修门转轴(2)转动连接,所述切片刀电机(22)与切片刀保护壳(23)之间通过固定座固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种泡椒竹笋生产加工用压碎装置,其特征在于:所述振动筛(15)与机体外壳(17)之间通过振动架(13)传动连接,所述振动筛(15)上设置若干个筛孔(20),所述振动架(13)由凸轮电机带动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种泡椒竹笋生产加工用压碎装置,其特征在于:所述固定切条辊(18)共设置有两个,且两个固定切条辊(18)分别安装在可调节切条棍(25)的左右两侧,所述可调节切条棍(25)的前后两端均设置有切条辊调节杆(19)。
