Abstract

本发明涉及金属表面处理技术领域,一种新型的粉末喷涂工艺,其特征在于,所述喷涂工艺按照如下步骤:除去工件表面的油污、锈迹,将一层高温熔融状态的树脂高压喷射到工件表面作为中间层,将粉末涂料均匀地喷射到覆盖了中间层的工件上,将喷涂后的工件放在180℃至200℃的高温炉内烘烤20分钟进行固化处理。

一种新型粉末喷涂工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及粉末喷涂领域,具体涉及一种新型粉末喷涂工艺。
背景技术
粉末喷涂是用喷粉设备(静电喷塑机)把粉末涂料喷涂到工件的表面,在静电作用下,粉末会均匀的吸附于工件表面,形成粉状的涂层,粉状涂层经过高温烘烤流平固化,变成效果各异(粉末涂料的不同种类效果)的最终涂层。目前大部分的工件都是五金件,在加工与运输过程中五金件都会受到不同程度的损伤,产生很多凹坑,常用的办法是用一种叫做原子灰的高分子进行填充,然后刮平打磨以后再喷涂。这里有一个行业内一直都没有解决的问题,那就是喷涂以后,当工件受到外界的刮碰时候容易产生粉末涂层的脱落的问题,关键的原因是工件表面与原子灰之间粘接力度不够以及原子灰与粉末涂层之间的粘接力度不够。需要发明一种新型的喷涂工艺,使得工件表面与原子灰之间以及原子灰与粉末涂层之间的粘接力度非常大,避免粉末涂层在收到外力时候容易脱落的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种新型粉末喷涂工艺。
本发明的技术方案为:一种新型的粉末喷涂工艺,所述喷涂工艺按照如下步骤:
S1:除去工件表面的油污、锈迹。
S2:将一层高温熔融状态的树脂高压喷射到工件表面作为中间层。
S3:将粉末涂料均匀地喷射到覆盖了中间层的工件上。
S4:将喷涂后的工件放在在180℃至200℃的高温炉内烘烤20分钟进行固化处理。
优选地,所述高温熔融状态的树脂为不含溶剂的热固性树脂。
优选地,所述高温熔融状态的树脂的温度为1000℃。
优选地,所述中间层与粉末涂料在高温时发生化学固化反应。
本发明的有益技术效果:本发明所使用的中间层是没有溶剂的纯固态高分子树脂,避免了溶剂挥发对粘接力度的减弱。熔融状态的高温树脂喷射到工件表面是产生强烈的粘接力,由于没有溶剂,避免了溶剂挥发的过程,使得树脂与工件的粘接更加牢固,同时使得在喷射粉末涂料的过程中,中间层的树脂仍然处于高温下,仍然在发生高分子之间的聚合反应,这样就使得粉末涂层与中间层在烘烤过程中同时发生聚合反应,从而达到了非常强烈的粘接力度。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图1举一例微波炉面板粉末喷涂工艺,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例只用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,所述喷涂工艺按照如下步骤:除去工件1表面的油污、锈迹,然后将一层高温熔融状态的树脂2高压喷射到工件表面作为中间层,再将粉末涂料3均匀地喷射到覆盖了中间层的工件上,最后将喷涂后的工件放在在180℃至200℃的高温炉内烘烤20分钟进行固化处理。中间层是没有溶剂的纯固态高分子树脂,避免了溶剂挥发对粘接力度的减弱。在本例中高温熔融状态的树脂的温度为1000℃,这样能产生极高的粘接强度,在烘烤过程中,中间层与粉末涂料同时发生高分子固化反应。

1.一种新型的粉末喷涂工艺,其特征在于,所述喷涂工艺按照如下步骤:
S1:除去工件表面的油污、锈迹。
S2:将一层高温熔融状态的树脂高压喷射到工件表面作为中间层。
S3:将粉末涂料均匀地喷射到覆盖了中间层的工件上。
S4:将喷涂后的工件放在在180℃至200℃的高温炉内烘烤20分钟进行固化处理。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种新型的粉末喷涂工艺,其特征在于,所述高温熔融状态的树脂为不含溶剂的热固性树脂。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种新型的粉末喷涂工艺,其特征在于,所述高温熔融状态的树脂的温度为1000℃。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种新型的粉末喷涂工艺,其特征在于所述中间层与粉末涂料在高温时发生化学固化反应。
