一种可快速更换过滤板的过滤器，设有呈竖直设置过滤器壳体，在过滤器壳体的内腔里从上至下依次设有第一级过滤板、第二级过滤板和第三级过滤板，所述的第一级过滤板和第二级过滤板均由位于中心的过滤圆板以及设置在过滤圆板周围呈环形的阻隔环板组成，过滤圆板为向上凸起的球面板，所述的第三级过滤板的直径小于第二级过滤板，其由呈筒形的过滤体和设置在过滤体边沿的环形搭板组成，其结构简单，利用基础形式，更改内部结构形式，不增加动力部件，可预防堵塞，快速加收入清理过滤物。

技术领域
本发明涉及过滤器，具体说的是一种可快速更换过滤板的过滤器。
背景技术
过滤器对于化工、医院、生物领域为不可缺少的一种机械用具，但传统的过滤器只考虑过滤效果，而过滤的效果越好，越容易发生堵塞，或者增加机械成本增加机械构造解决堵塞问题，反之，不容易堵塞的过滤效果差，两者之间的共同问题是，没有考虑如何用简单部件清理堵塞及回收过滤物的问题，影响生产，不能节约时间与成本。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种可快速更换过滤板的过滤器，其结构简单，利用基础形式，更改内部结构形式，不增加动力部件，可预防堵塞，快速加收入清理过滤物。
为实现上述技术目的，所采用的技术方案是：一种可快速更换过滤板的过滤器，设有呈竖直设置过滤器壳体，过滤器壳体的顶部开口为进料口，在进料口处设有与进料口相匹配的壳盖，过滤器壳体的底部设与有过滤器壳体内腔相连通的出料口，在过滤器壳体的内腔里从上至下依次设有第一级过滤板、第二级过滤板和第三级过滤板，所述的第一级过滤板和第二级过滤板均由位于中心的过滤圆板以及设置在过滤圆板周围呈环形的阻隔环板组成，过滤圆板为向上凸起的球面板，在过滤圆板上设有多个呈均匀设置的过滤孔，在过滤圆板的中心设有过滤板提手，第一级过滤板的直径大于第二级过滤板的直径，所述的第三级过滤板的直径小于第二级过滤板，其由呈筒形的过滤体和设置在过滤体边沿的环形搭板组成，在过滤体的筒身为锥形，其底面为下凸的球面，在过滤体上均匀设有多个过滤孔，在搭板的对应两侧分别设有一个过滤体提手。
本发明有益效果是：利用三级过滤板提升过滤效果，同时将三级过滤板设置为异形结构，即凸形凸形凹形结构，防止堵塞，同时，过滤板可快速提出，不使过滤物重新落回过滤器壳体内，快速取出回收，能够节省成本与时间。

结合附图对该发明进行详细描述。
如图1所示，一种可快速更换过滤板的过滤器，设有呈竖直设置过滤器壳体1，过滤器壳体1的顶部开口为进料口2，在进料口2处设有与进料口2相匹配的壳盖3，壳盖3的下方省除分流器，过滤器壳体1的底部设与有过滤器壳体1内腔相连通的出料口4，出料口4上设置阀门，在过滤器壳体1的内腔里从上至下依次第一级过滤腔15，第二级过滤腔16和第三级过滤腔17，在第一级过滤腔15内设有第一级过滤板5，在第二级过滤腔16内设有第二级过滤板6，在第三级过滤腔17内设有第三级过滤板7，三个腔相连通，三个过滤腔的腔口从上至下依次减小，不妨碍将各级过滤板取出，所有滤料只能从过滤板的过滤孔流出，即过滤板将各个腔室进行“截断”。
第一级过滤板5和第二级过滤板均由位于中心的过滤圆板8以及设置在过滤圆板8周围呈环形的阻隔环板9组成，即过滤圆板8水平设置，过滤圆板的中心线与腔室中心线重合，阻隔环板9贴合在第一级过滤腔15和第二级过滤腔16的腔面上，呈垂直设置，过滤圆板8为向上凸起的球面板，在过滤圆板8上设有多个呈均匀设置的过滤孔11，在过滤圆板8的中心设有过滤板提手13，待过滤料从上方进入掉落至第一级过滤板5和第二级过滤板6，因过滤圆板8为球面，杂质及废料随液体向四周堆积，防止因平板或凹板采用的堆积过多堵塞的问题，球面的堆积是不停向外缓慢堆积，但中间不受影响，此为一级防堵措施，当过滤板上废料过多，可通过动力件勾在过滤板提手13上将过滤板整体吊出，将废料清理，此为二级防堵措施，同时，因为重直设置的阻隔环板可以迅速收集废料，防止没有阻隔废料在提出过程中因倾斜掉入过滤器壳体中，堆积在四周多中间少更容易清理，因阻隔环板的作用，将过滤板变成笼形，方便安装与对齐，不会发生平板不易安装的问题。
第一级过滤板5的直径大于第二级过滤板6的直径，所述的第三级过滤板7的直径小于第二级过滤板，此种设置，可以按从小到大安装，取出可先大后小，不会安装与拆卸受限，第三级过滤板7由呈筒形的过滤体10和设置在过滤体10边沿的环形搭板14组成，在过滤体10的筒身为锥形，其底面为下凸的球面，筒身的锥形设置与下凸的球面底面设置，可以使加大自由下落的落压，将第三级过滤板7上的过滤孔做小，利用落差过滤，不会堵塞也不会产生过滤不够的情况，如需要浸泡后再导出，也可在第三级过滤腔内进行，过滤体可整体浸泡在第三级过滤腔过滤后的液体内，充分利用废料，完成各种所需的过滤情况，在过滤体10上均匀设有多个过滤孔11，在搭板14的对应两侧分别设有一个过滤体提手12，通过过滤体提手12将第三级过滤板整体提出，对废料进行最终收集回收。

1.一种可快速更换过滤板的过滤器，设有呈竖直设置过滤器壳体（1），过滤器壳体（1）的顶部开口为进料口（2），在进料口（2）处设有与进料口（2）相匹配的壳盖（3），过滤器壳体（1）的底部设与有过滤器壳体（1）内腔相连通的出料口（4），在过滤器壳体（1）的内腔里从上至下依次设有第一级过滤板（5）、第二级过滤板（6）和第三级过滤板（7），其特征在于：所述的第一级过滤板（5）和第二级过滤板均由位于中心的过滤圆板（8）以及设置在过滤圆板（8）周围呈环形的阻隔环板（9）组成，过滤圆板（8）为向上凸起的球面板，在过滤圆板（8）上设有多个呈均匀设置的过滤孔（11），在过滤圆板（8）的中心设有过滤板提手（13），第一级过滤板（5）的直径大于第二级过滤板（6）的直径，所述的第三级过滤板（7）的直径小于第二级过滤板，其由呈筒形的过滤体（10）和设置在过滤体（10）边沿的环形搭板（14）组成，在过滤体（10）的筒身为锥形，其底面为下凸的球面，在过滤体（10）上均匀设有多个过滤孔（11），在搭板（14）的对应两侧分别设有一个过滤体提手（12）。
