The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction for improving the reproductive performance of the breeding donkey is the same as that in example 1.

A traditional Chinese medicine composition for improving reproductive performance of breeding donkey comprises the following components in parts by weight:
62 parts of epimedium, 92 parts of prepared rhizome of rehmannia, 62 parts of dodder, 62 parts of astragalus root, 32 parts of cinnamon, 32 parts of rhizoma anemarrhenae and 32 parts of actinolite.
The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction for improving the reproductive performance of the breeding donkey is the same as that in example 1.

Experiment on influence of traditional Chinese medicine prescription on ejaculatory amount, sperm motility and sperm density of stud donkey
The high dose group is administered with 500g per head donkey per day, and the low dose group is administered with 300g per head donkey per day.
The experimental results of influences of the ejaculatory amount, the sperm motility and the sperm density of the stud donkey are shown in the table 4. the experimental data in the table 4 are observed, for example, the sperm motility range of the stud donkey sperm in the low-dose group 9 before drug feeding is 0.61-0.81, the average sperm density is 2.01, the average ejaculatory amount is 60.7m L, the sperm motility range after drug feeding is 0.67-0.85, the average sperm density is 2.32, and the average ejaculatory amount is 75.3m L.

The results of the tests on the influence of the Chinese medicinal formula on the sperm abnormality rate, ejaculation time and sexual desire score of the breeding male donkey are shown in Table 5. The average sperm abnormality rate of the male donkeys in the 7 th group is 5.70% before drug feeding and 5.14% after drug feeding, the average ejaculation time of the male donkeys before drug feeding is 49.58s and the average ejaculation time of the male donkeys after drug feeding is 60.55s, and the sexual desire score before drug feeding is 1.60 after drug feeding, so that the sperm abnormality rate, the ejaculation time and the sexual desire score of the male donkeys after drug feeding are obviously improved. Meanwhile, the semen of other groups of donkey can be improved to different degrees by observing other groups of data on the table, so that the traditional Chinese medicine prescription participating in the test is beneficial to improving the teratospermia rate of the sperm of the breeding male donkey, the ejaculation time and the sexual desire score of the breeding male donkey, and has obvious effect on improving the physique of the breeding male donkey.

As can be seen from table 8, the sperm motility of the stud donkeys with the Chinese herbal medicines has the most obvious effect of improving the sperm quality of the stud donkeys at the ages of 4 years and 8 years, while the sperm motility of the sperm of the stud donkeys at the ages of 5 years and 7 years is relatively unobvious. The ejaculatory amount and sperm density of the stud donkey are improved most obviously at the age of 8 years, and the sperm quality is improved most. Therefore, the Chinese herbal medicine prescription used in the experiment is most beneficial to improving the semen quality of the old male donkey.

Analysis of results
The experimental results show that the ejaculatory amount, the sperm motility, the sperm density and the sexual desire score of the male donkey after being fed with a traditional Chinese medicine formula are improved to different degrees, the sperm abnormality rate is reduced, the ejaculatory amount of the male donkey in a high-dose group and a low-dose group generally begins to increase in the second week after being fed with the traditional Chinese medicine formula, the sperm motility reaches more than 80m L in the second week after being fed with the traditional Chinese medicine formula, the difference is obvious compared with that before being fed with the traditional Chinese medicine formula (P <0.05), the sperm motility increases to a peak in the third week after being fed with the traditional Chinese medicine formula, some experimental donkeys can reach 120-150 m L, the difference is obvious compared with that before being fed with the traditional Chinese medicine formula (P <0.01), the sperm motility of the sperm after being fed with the traditional Chinese medicine formula is increased to 3.66%, the sperm motility of the low-dose group is increased to 1.20%, the sperm motility of the high-dose group is increased to 4.69%, and the sperm motility score of the traditional Chinese medicine formula is improved by the lower limit of the traditional Chinese medicine formula.
Therefore, the experimental traditional Chinese medicine prescription can obviously improve the ejaculatory amount, the sperm motility, the density and the sexual desire score of the male donkey, obviously reduce the sperm aberration rate and improve the reproductive performance of the male donkey, thereby having the effect of exactly improving the semen quality. In addition, the test is analyzed by detection indexes of test rates of different ages, so that the efficacy of the tested donkey at the ages of 4 years and 8 years on the traditional Chinese medicine is more obvious, and the donkey is probably closely related to the development and physiological function decline of the kidney and the spleen. In conclusion, the overall improvement of semen quality starts from week 1 and is significantly improved by week 3, and the libido of the breeding donkey is gradually increased along with the improvement of semen quality.

55-65 parts of epimedium, 85-95 parts of prepared rehmannia root, 55-65 parts of dodder, 55-65 parts of astragalus root, 25-35 parts of cinnamon, 25-35 parts of rhizoma anemarrhenae and 25-35 parts of actinolite.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition of claim 1, wherein in the traditional Chinese medicine composition for improving reproductive performance of breeding donkey, the epimedium is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55 parts, 56 parts, 57 parts, 58 parts, 59 parts, 60 parts, 61 parts, 62 parts, 63 parts, 64 parts or 65 parts.
