作为优选，所述乙醇为浓度为70%的乙醇溶液。
作为优选，所述消毒液用作洗手液时，每1000g水中的加入量为50～100g。
与现有技术相比，本发明方案具有有益效果：本发明方案原料纯天然中药成分提取，通过青蒿素能有效抑制葡萄球菌、卡他球菌、炭疽杆菌、白喉杆菌、痢疾杆菌、结核秆菌，起到较好的抗菌消毒的作用，并结合苦参、黄连、陈皮酊、甘草对皮肤还具有清热解毒的功效，帮助人体皮肤自然排毒，对人体皮肤健康，应用范围广。

所述消毒液用作洗手液时，每1000g水中的加入量为50g。
实施例2：一种青蒿皮肤消毒液，其原料按重量份计为：乙醇40份、青蒿15份、苦参17份、黄连12份、薄荷6份、使君子3份、甘草5份、陈皮酊2份、茶多酚2份。
