本发明公开了一种抑菌抗炎中药组合物及该组合物制成的洗涤剂,涉及中药组合物技术领域,它包括青蒿提取物、苍术提取物、苦参提取物、龙胆草提取物,这四种功效成分比例为2:2:1:1;其洗涤剂总组合物中包含有重量百分比为3~24%的抑菌抗炎功效成分,洗涤剂总组合物中,青蒿提取物在洗涤剂总组合物的重量百分比≥1%,苍术提取物在洗涤剂总组合物的重量百分比≥1%,苦参提取物在洗涤剂总组合物的重量百分比≥0.5%,龙胆草提取物在洗涤剂总组合物的重量百分比≥0.5%;本发明不仅能够抑制细菌的生长,抵抗炎症,同时还降低洗涤剂对人体的毒性和对皮肤的刺激性;使用安全可靠,制作简便。

技术领域
本发明涉及口腔护理技术领域,尤其是一种具有防治龋齿的口腔护理保健品。
背景技术
以往,洗涤剂主要用于去除衣物或肌肤等的污渍,让衣物或肌肤等保持干净;随着人们对健康、天然、环保理念的加强,洗涤剂作为绿色、天然、易生物降解的洗涤产品而重新受到市场的关注;随着社会的发展,人们对洗涤产品的要求不再只是简单的清洁去污,更希望洗涤产品增加更多的功能。
近年来,天然植物提取物原料作为日化产品新原料,已经逐渐成为日化产品开发的新主流,而现有洗涤剂中添加天然植物提取物,产品稳定性可能会受到影响,对配方稳定性要求更高,配方的技术含量也加大。
目前市场上的抑菌清洁剂主要添加三氯生、对氯间二甲苯酚、三氯卡班、氯已定等化学杀菌剂,这些化学防腐剂多数刺激性较大,长期使用对健康有害。
发明内容
本发明解决的问题之一是提供一种抑菌抗炎中药组合物,这种中药组合物具有明显的抑菌、抗炎作用。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:它由如下功效成分混合得到:青蒿提取物、苍术提取物、苦参提取物、龙胆草提取物,这四种功效成分比例为青蒿提取物:苍术提取物:苦参提取物:龙胆草提取物=2:2:1:1;所述青蒿提取物是青蒿乙醇提取物,所述苍术提取物是苍术乙醇提取物,所述苦参提取物是苦参乙醇提取物,所述龙胆草提取物是龙胆草乙醇提取物。
本发明所要解决的问题之二是提供一种用上述中药组合物制成的能抑菌抗炎的洗涤剂。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:其洗涤剂总组合物中包含有重量百分比为3 ~24%的抑菌功效成分,所述抑菌抗炎功效成分为青蒿提取物、苍术提取物、苦参提取物、龙胆草提取物,所述洗涤剂总组合物中,青蒿提取物在洗涤剂总组合物的重量百分比≥1%,苍术提取物在洗涤剂总组合物的重量百分比≥1%,苦参提取物在洗涤剂总组合物的重量百分比≥0.5%,龙胆草提取物在洗涤剂总组合物的重量百分比≥0.5%。
本发明所述的青蒿,为菊科草本植物青蒿Artemisia annua L.的干燥地上部分,其提取物具有很好的抗菌消炎、清热解毒的作用。
本发明所述的苍术,为菊科草本植物苍术Atractylodes Lancea的根茎部分,其提取物具有除湿、去霉、杀菌的作用。
本发明所述的苦参,为豆科植物苦参Sophora flavescens的根部,其提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、堇色毛癣菌、同心性毛癣菌、奥杜盎小芽孢癣菌等有抑制作用。
本发明所述的龙胆草,为龙胆科植物龙胆草Gentiana scabra Bunge的根茎部分,其提取物对绿脓杆菌,变形杆菌,伤寒杆菌,痢疾杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌等有不同程度的抑制作用。
本发明与现有洗涤剂相比,具有如下有益特点:
在洗涤剂总组合物中加入的是从天然植物的中药所提取的具有活性成分的物质,不仅能够抑制细菌的生长,抵抗炎症,同时还降低洗涤剂对人体的毒性和对皮肤的刺激性;使用安全可靠,制作简便。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明做进一步说明。下列各实施例中,所涉及的百分比除非另有说明,均是以重量百分比计算。
一、抑菌抗炎功效成分的配制
青蒿提取物选用青蒿提取物:青蒿原药=10:1的青蒿乙醇提取物,苍术提取物选用苍术提取物:苍术原药=10:1的苍术乙醇提取物,苦参提取物选用苦参提取物:苦参原药=10:1的苦参乙醇提取物,龙胆草提取物选用龙胆草提取物:龙胆草原药=10:1的龙胆草乙醇提取物。
抑菌功抗炎效成分是将青蒿提取物、苍术提取物、苦参提取物、龙胆草提取物按下列比例称取混合得到:
青蒿提取物:苍术提取物:苦参提取物:龙胆草提取物=2:2:1:1。
二、洗涤剂配制
采用上述去污功效成分配制洗涤剂,只需将上述抑菌抗炎功效成分分散到其他组成物制成的洗涤剂中即可。
实施例1至3为配制成洗手液的各组成物及重量百分比含量,如表1:

三、临床实验部分
抑菌抗炎实验
1、除菌实验:按照《一次性使用卫生用品卫生规范》中的灭菌率测试方法实验,在温度20℃~21℃条件下,试验浓度为1%的洗涤剂浑浊液,作用2分钟、5分钟、10分钟,试验菌种为金黄色葡萄球菌(Satphy lococcus aureus,ATCC6538)和大肠杆菌(Escherichiacoli,8099)2种菌种。
2、抗炎实验:按照巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀的抗炎试验方法,用昆明种小白鼠 40只,随机分为4组,每组10只。对照组为生理盐水组,植物抑菌抗炎功效成分分为高浓度、中浓度和低浓度组。各受试组涂抹左耳廓两侧给药,每天给药1次,连续5天,于末次给药1h后,用2%巴豆油致炎剂涂在小鼠左耳廓两侧,剂量0.05ml/只,右耳不作任何处理作为对照,4h后处死动物,用直径6mm的打孔器将双耳同部位等面积切下,用分析天平称重,以左右耳片重量之差计为肿胀程度,计算各组肿胀度和肿胀率。
除菌实验采用实施例3、4、8进行实验,抗炎实验采用抑菌抗炎中药组合物水溶液进行实验,空白对照样不含上述中药组合物。
实验结果见下表:从表中我们可以发现,含上述中药组合物的洗涤剂具有抗炎、除菌作用,对巴豆油所致小鼠耳廓肿胀有较好的抑制作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌灭菌率大于90%,对大肠杆菌灭菌率大于70%,两组数据进行配对样品T的检验,其均值具有显著性差异。

抗炎实验
实验表明,含有青蒿、苍术、苦参、龙胆草等植物的抑菌抗炎成分,对巴豆油所致小鼠耳廓肿胀有较好的抑制作用,使用该抑菌抗炎成分的洗涤剂,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌有除菌作用;且随着抑菌抗炎功效成分的增加,抑菌抗炎效果加强。

1.一种抑菌抗炎中药组合物,其特征在于它由如下功效成分混合得到:青蒿提取物、苍术提取物、苦参提取物、龙胆草提取物,这四种功效成分比例为青蒿提取物:苍术提取物:苦参提取物:龙胆草提取物=2:2:1:1;所述青蒿提取物是青蒿乙醇提取物,所述苍术提取物是苍术乙醇提取物,所述苦参提取物是苦参乙醇提取物,所述龙胆草提取物是龙胆草乙醇提取物。
2.一种抑菌抗炎中药洗涤剂,其特征在于:其洗涤剂总组合物中包含有重量百分比为3~24%的抑菌抗炎功效成分,所述抑菌抗炎功效成分为青蒿提取物、苍术提取物、苦参提取物和龙胆草提取物,所述洗涤剂总组合物中,青蒿提取物在洗涤剂总组合物的重量百分比≥1%,苍术提取物在洗涤剂总组合物的重量百分比≥1%,苦参提取物在洗涤剂总组合物的重量百分比≥0.5%,龙胆草提取物在洗涤剂总组合物的重量百分比≥0.5%。
