Abstract
本发明涉及一种消毒液，特别是涉及一种用中草药制备而成的消毒液，本发明提供的消毒液由下列重量份的原料药制备而成：苦参5g、黄连5g、黄柏5g、百部5g、土茯苓5g、女贞子10g、艾叶5g、使君子5g、地肤子5g、丁香3g、甘草3g。本发明提供的消毒液，疗效确切，无毒副作用，适宜于推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种消毒液，特别是涉及一种用中草药制备而成的消毒液。
背景技术
目前临床外用消毒液中，大多是西药制剂，长期使用可产生一定的刺激和毒性作用，临床上也有纯中药制备而成的消毒液，但疗效不确切，发明一种疗效确切且无毒刺激性小的消毒剂成为临床迫切要解决的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述不足，本发明提供了一种无毒刺激性小的中药消毒液。
本发明的技术方案如下：
本发明提供的消毒液由下列重量份的原料药制备而成： 苦参5g、黄连5g、黄柏5g 、百部5g、土茯苓5g、女贞子10g、艾叶5g、使君子5g、地肤子5g、丁香3g、甘草3g。
本发明提供的消毒液由下列方法制备而成：
称取上述重量份的原料药，用12倍量60%乙醇，以2ml/min的速度渗滤，取渗滤液过滤，加入1ml吐温80和1ml丙二醇，混匀，装瓶即得。
本发明也可以加入药学上允许的药用辅料，制成气雾剂。
本发明提供的消毒液，疗效确切，无毒副作用，适于医疗器械的消毒，皮肤表面的消毒，空气消毒等。
本发明对微生物的杀菌效果观察如下：
以本发明提供的消毒液对皮肤消毒表面的消毒效果进行试验研究结果，以该消毒液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用3 min，对大肠杆菌作用1 min，对白色念珠菌作用10 min，杀灭率均达99．90%以上；于54℃条件下放置14d，杀菌效果无明显变化。该消毒剂原液作用3 min，对皮肤表面自然菌的杀灭率大于99%。

本发明提供的消毒液由下列重量份的原料药制备而成： 苦参5g、黄连5g、黄柏5g 、百部5g、土茯苓5g、女贞子10g、艾叶5g、使君子5g、地肤子5g、丁香3g、甘草3g。
本发明提供的消毒液由下列方法制备而成：称取上述重量份的原料药，用12倍量60%乙醇，以2ml/min的速度渗滤，取渗滤液过滤，加入1ml吐温80和1ml丙二醇，混匀，装瓶即得。

1.一种消毒液，其特征在于，由下列重量份的原料药制备而成： 苦参5g、黄连5g、黄柏5g 、百部5g、土茯苓5g、女贞子10g、艾叶5g、使君子5g、地肤子5g、丁香3g、甘草3g。
2.如权利要求1所述的消毒液，其特征在于，由下列方法制备而成：称取权利要求1所述的重量份的原料药，用12倍量60%乙醇，以2ml/min的速度渗滤，取渗滤液过滤，加入1ml吐温80和1ml丙二醇，混匀，装瓶即得。
