（1）称取上述原料药，混合，加入5-8重量倍的水，浸泡0.5小时，加热煮1小时，滤过；药渣再加入3-5重量倍的水，加热煮1小时，滤过，合并过滤液，加入无菌水至1000ml；
（2）上述的过滤液中加入5克聚氯乙烯壬基酚醚、8g羟丙基甲基纤维素、10克乙醇，搅拌均匀，再加入2g乙酸锌和2克甲硝唑，搅拌均匀即得。
本发明有益效果：
1、本发明采用上述药物，无刺激，无毒副作用，能有效杀灭各种微生物和细菌，抑制细菌滋生，消毒效果好、对皮肤刺激小。
2、本发明的消毒液，没有碘，在临床上使用一般不再用含酒精的药棉进行第二次擦拭，减轻了护士的工作量。

以下通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明，但不是对本发明的限制，本领域人员根据本发明的基本思想，可以做很多修改或改进，只要不脱离本发明的基本思想，均在本发明的保护范围内。
实施例1
一种外科手术前消毒的药物，包括以下重量份的原料药：金银花5、苦参8、蛇床子10、黄连5、生姜5、红花6、白果8、板蓝根10、藿香5、佩兰6、苍术6、石香薷6、厚朴4、艾叶20、黄芩5、黄柏5、大黄5、鱼腥草8、薄荷8、千里光18、菖蒲6、大叶紫苏11、苏木2、半夏2、南星9、广防风9。
一种外科手术前消毒的药物制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）称取上述原料药，混合，加入5-8重量倍的水，浸泡0.5小时，加热煮1小时，滤过；药渣再加入3-5重量倍的水，加热煮1小时，滤过，合并过滤液，加入无菌水至1000ml；
（2）上述的过滤液中加入5克聚氯乙烯壬基酚醚、8g羟丙基甲基纤维素、10克乙醇，搅拌均匀，再加入2g乙酸锌和2克甲硝唑，搅拌均匀即得。
实施例2
一种外科手术前消毒的药物，包括以下重量份的原料药：金银花8、苦参10、蛇床子12、黄连6、生姜3、红花5、白果10、板蓝根15、藿香6、佩兰5、苍术3、石香薷3、厚朴3、艾叶25、黄芩6、黄柏6、大黄6、鱼腥草9、薄荷9、千里光20、菖蒲9、大叶紫苏12、苏木3、半夏2.5、南星10、广防风10。
实施例3
一种外科手术前消毒的药物，包括以下重量份的原料药：金银花10、苦参12、蛇床子15、黄连4、生姜4、红花8、白果12、板蓝根12、藿香8、佩兰8、苍术5、石香薷5、厚朴6、艾叶30、黄芩8、黄柏8、大黄8、鱼腥草6、薄荷6、千里光19、菖蒲8、大叶紫苏10、苏木2.5、半夏1.5、南星12、广防风12。
试验报告：
1、对皮肤的刺激：
使用本发明的长效医用皮肤消毒液擦拭84名受试者的皮肤，无任何受刺激现象出现，也不痒；使用碘伏消毒液擦拭相同的84名受试者皮肤，有22名受试者皮肤出现泛红现象，10名受试者称有瘙痒感觉。
2、抑菌效果：
2.1材料
2.1.1供试菌种
金黄色葡萄球菌及宋内志贺氏菌，来自广东环凯微生物科技有限公司。
2.1.2培养液
来自上海研生生化试剂有限公司。
2.2试验方法
将金黄色葡萄球菌及宋内志贺氏菌接种于营养液平面上。镊取无菌圆形滤纸片，喷洒实施例1或2或3制备的外科手术前消毒的药物至完全润湿，贴在营养液平面上，放置在37℃培养箱内，温育24小时，测量抑菌环直径，取平均值。
2.3结果
金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌环平均直径为12.56mm，宋内志贺氏菌的抑菌环平均直径为9.45mm，表明本发明的药物具有明显的抑菌消毒作用。
3、杀菌效果：
将本发明的医用皮肤消毒液与市售有效碘为0.5±0.05%的碘伏消毒液进行杀菌效果比较。
1）测试方法：
选定同一测试者同一部位相同面积的两块皮肤，分别测定记录细菌量，使用本发明的医用皮肤消毒液擦拭一块皮肤，测试灭菌率及对皮肤的刺激；作为对照，使用碘伏消毒液擦拭另一块皮肤，使用量与医用皮肤消毒液使用量相同，测试灭菌率及对皮肤的刺激。
2）测试结果：
灭菌率：擦拭20秒后，本发明的擦拭区域，灭菌率达到99.9999%；对照擦拭区域，灭菌率只有99.5898%；
擦拭1分钟后，本发明的擦拭区域，灭菌率达到100%；对照擦拭区域，灭菌率达100%。
通过测试表明，本发明的外科手术前消毒的药物灭菌率优于通常使用的碘伏消毒液，并且对皮肤无刺激，无需脱碘，减少医护人员工作量。

1.一种外科手术前消毒的药物，其特征在于，其包括以下重量份的原料药：金银花5-10、苦参8-12、蛇床子10-15、黄连4-6、生姜3-5、红花5-8、白果8-12、板蓝根10-15、藿香5-8、佩兰5-8、苍术3-6、石香薷3-6、厚朴3-6、艾叶20-30、黄芩5-8、黄柏5-8、大黄5-8、鱼腥草6-9、薄荷6-9、千里光18-20、菖蒲6-9、大叶紫苏10-12、苏木2-3、半夏1.5-2.5、南星9-12、广防风9-12。
2.一种权利要求1所述外科手术前消毒的药物制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：（1）称取上述原料药，混合，加入5-8重量倍的水，浸泡0.5小时，加热煮1小时，滤过；药渣再加入3-5重量倍的水，加热煮1小时，滤过，合并过滤液，加入无菌水至1000ml；（2）上述的过滤液中加入5克聚氯乙烯壬基酚醚、8g羟丙基甲基纤维素、10克乙醇，搅拌均匀，再加入2g乙酸锌和2克甲硝唑，搅拌均匀即得。
