本发明提供了一种汽车尾气处理装置,包括外壳体和设置在外壳内的内壳体;外壳体和内壳体之间具有一定距离,它们之间的间隙形成一个氧化腔;内壳体由多个网状支撑架固定在外壳体内,支撑架套设在内壳体上,其外边缘与外壳体内壁贴合、内边缘与内壳体外壁贴合,支撑架上涂覆有催化剂;内壳体上设置有进气管,该进气管一端伸入内壳体内,另一端穿过外壳体与汽车的排气管连接;外壳体上与进气管相背的一侧设置有出气管;内壳体内装有水,水面与内壳体顶部具有一定距离,进气管伸进水中,内壳体顶部开设有通气口,通气口两侧至少各有一个支撑架。该装置能够有效去除尾气中的有害成分。

本发明涉及汽车尾气处理技术领域,特别涉及一种汽车尾气处理装置。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,汽车的数量越来越多,汽车尾气的污染问题越发严重,因此有必要对汽车尾气进行净化处理。汽车尾气中的主要有害成分为碳颗粒、NOx、CO等,而市面上的汽车尾气净化器往往无法有效去除这些成分。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车尾气处理装置,该装置能够有效去除尾气中的有害成分。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取了以下技术方案:
一种汽车尾气处理装置,包括外壳体和设置在外壳内的内壳体;外壳体和内壳体之间具有一定距离,它们之间的间隙形成一个氧化腔;内壳体由多个网状支撑架固定在外壳体内,支撑架套设在内壳体上,其外边缘与外壳体内壁贴合、内边缘与内壳体外壁贴合,支撑架上涂覆有催化剂;内壳体上设置有进气管,该进气管一端伸入内壳体内,另一端穿过外壳体与汽车的排气管连接;外壳体上与进气管相背的一侧设置有出气管;内壳体内装有水,水面与内壳体顶部具有一定距离,进气管伸进水中,内壳体顶部开设有通气口,通气口两侧至少各有一个支撑架。
所述的汽车尾气处理装置中,进气管和通气口上均设置有单向阀。
所述的汽车尾气处理装置中,进气管的出气端连接有一根水平设置的分流管,该分流管的尾端封闭,其管壁上均匀开设有多个通孔。
所述的汽车尾气处理装置中,内壳体内设置有过滤网,该过滤网位于水面以下、分流管以上的位置。
所述的汽车尾气处理装置中,内壳体顶部设置有加液管,该加液管伸出外壳体之外;内壳体底部设置有排液管,该排液管伸出外壳体之外。
所述的汽车尾气处理装置中,出气管内设置有消声器。
有益效果:
本发明提供了一种汽车尾气处理装置,尾气在内壳体内会被水滤去颗粒物,然后从内壳体出来后回往不同方向流动,且不管往哪个方向流动均会流经多个支撑架,其中的NOx、CO会被催化剂氧化、分解为对大气无害的气体。该装置能够有效去除尾气中的有害成分。

本发明提供一种汽车尾气处理装置,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参阅图1,本发明提供的一种汽车尾气处理装置,包括外壳体1和设置在外壳内的内壳体2;外壳体和内壳体之间具有一定距离,它们之间的间隙形成一个氧化腔3;内壳体由多个网状支撑架4固定在外壳体内,支撑架套设在内壳体上,其外边缘与外壳体内壁贴合、内边缘与内壳体外壁贴合,支撑架上涂覆有催化剂;内壳体上设置有进气管5,该进气管一端伸入内壳体内,另一端穿过外壳体与汽车的排气管90连接;外壳体上与进气管相背的一侧设置有出气管6;内壳体内装有水,水面与内壳体顶部具有一定距离,进气管伸进水中,内壳体顶部开设有通气口21,通气口两侧至少各有一个支撑架。
尾气在内壳体内会被水滤去颗粒物,然后从内壳体出来后回往不同方向流动,且不管往哪个方向流动均会流经多个支撑架,其中的NOx、CO会被催化剂氧化、分解为对大气无害的气体。该装置能够有效去除尾气中的有害成分。
进一步的, 进气管5和通气口21上均设置有单向阀7。
本实施例中,进气管5的出气端连接有一根水平设置的分流管8,该分流管的尾端封闭,其管壁上均匀开设有多个通孔,使气体均匀地流出,从而提高过滤效果。
较优的,内壳体内设置有过滤网9,该过滤网位于水面以下、分流管以上的位置,一方面加强过滤效果,另一方面可以降低水的晃动。
进一步的,内壳体2顶部设置有加液管22,该加液管伸出外壳体之外;内壳体底部设置有排液管23,该排液管伸出外壳体之外。
此外,出气管6内设置有消声器。

1.一种汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于,包括外壳体和设置在外壳内的内壳体;外壳体和内壳体之间具有一定距离,它们之间的间隙形成一个氧化腔;内壳体由多个网状支撑架固定在外壳体内,支撑架套设在内壳体上,其外边缘与外壳体内壁贴合、内边缘与内壳体外壁贴合,支撑架上涂覆有催化剂;内壳体上设置有进气管,该进气管一端伸入内壳体内,另一端穿过外壳体与汽车的排气管连接;外壳体上与进气管相背的一侧设置有出气管;内壳体内装有水,水面与内壳体顶部具有一定距离,进气管伸进水中,内壳体顶部开设有通气口,通气口两侧至少各有一个支撑架。
