Abstract

本发明涉及一种防蓝光胶水组合物及其制备方法,该防蓝光胶水组合物包括以下组份:胶水、紫外吸收剂、自由基捕捉剂、抗氧剂、偶氮类颜料。制备方法为:将胶水、紫外线吸收剂、自由基捕捉剂、偶氮染料、抗氧剂、溶剂和固化剂按重量百分比均匀混合后,涂布于玻璃、PET、PVC、PP等基材上,经加热烘干制得防蓝光涂层。本发明组合物可以进一步吸收380‑425nm对人眼有害的高能波长。该组合物生产工艺简单,适用范围广。设备投资少,易于实现工业化生产;制成的薄膜可用于液晶显示器各模组件的粘结,可以用于各类保护膜、LED显示屏、涉及LED光源等产品的生产。

Description

一种防蓝光胶水组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防蓝光胶水组合物及其制备方法,该组合物可以进一步吸收对人眼有害的380-425nm的高能波长,对无害的其它波长的光线具有高透过率,以减少产品色调变化,保持显示器的高亮度。
背景技术
智能手机时代人们更多的时间花费在盯着手机屏幕上,然而手机屏幕、LED、电脑屏幕灯都会产生大量的蓝光,这样会给人们的眼睛与手带来危害,会激发褐色色素,让皮肤产生黄斑、雀斑,会加深眼睛近视程度,产生视觉疲劳感,同时也不利于正常睡眠。
目前,国内外产品对于有害蓝光的截止波段不统一,有的截止都450nm,有的截止到480nm,还有的截止到500nm。然而,本发明人经过长期的研究发现对人眼真正有害的蓝光波段为400-425nm,因此,无需将425之后的蓝光部分截止,所以,市场上急需一种结构简单,易于制作,又能有效阻隔有害蓝光的防蓝光胶水制品。
本发明提供一种防蓝光胶水组合物及其制备方法,具有抑制蓝光的作用,同时对无害的其它波长的光线具有高透过率,以减少产品色调变化,保持显示器的高亮度。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提出一种防蓝光胶水组合物及其制备方法,该组合物可以进一步吸收380nm-425nm的高能波长,以减少产品色调变化,保持显示器的高亮度,可克服现有技术中的不足。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种防蓝光胶水组合物,其特征在于,该组合物的组份为:胶水、紫外吸收剂、自由基捕捉剂、抗氧剂、偶氮类颜料。
本发明的另一目的在于提出一种防蓝光胶水组合物的制备方法,其工艺简单,易于规模化生产,且原料廉价易得,设备投资少,成本低廉,该方法为:
将胶水、紫外线吸收剂、自由基捕捉剂、抗氧剂、偶氮染料、溶剂、固化剂等按重量百分比均匀混合后,涂布在玻璃、PET、PVC、PP等基材上,经加热烘干制得防蓝光涂层。
如上所述的胶水为丙烯酸胶、有机硅胶、PU胶等。
如上所述的紫外线吸收剂为UV-326、UV-531、UV-328中的一种或多种。
如上所述的所述的自由基捕捉剂为受阻胺类自由基捕捉剂如HS-944、LS-622、ZX-70或Cyasorb 3346的一种或多种。
如上所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂或亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂中的一种或两种,所述的受阻酚类为抗氧剂1010、所述的亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂包括亚磷酸三苯酯、季戊四醇二亚磷酸双十八酯、Antioxidant 24等。
如上所述的所述的偶氮染料为可吸收400nm-425nm蓝光的偶氮类颜料及其金属衍生物,具体如颜料黄3(C.I.Pigment Yellow 3)、颜料黄182(C.I.Pigment Yellow 182)、颜料黄155(C.I.Pigment Yellow 155)或分散黄83、分散黄134中的一种或多种。
如上所述的溶剂为甲苯、乙酸乙酯、甲基异丁基酮、二甲苯、100号溶剂油或120号溶剂油。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处在于:
①相比于传统防蓝光组合物,本发明防蓝光胶水组合物有效吸收对人眼有害的蓝光波段380-425nm的高能波长,对无害的其它波长的光线具有高透过率,以减少产品色调变化,保持显示器的高亮度;
②相比市售防蓝光吸收剂,偶氮类颜料可承受280-290℃不分解,不会对机械设备产生腐蚀,与材料相容性好,价格便宜,能有效降低成本;
③制备工艺简单,无需复杂的阶梯控温步骤,制备所得的防蓝光制品,具有强度高,透光率高,无毒无害,不会向环境释放有毒有害气体,适用范围广。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案做进一步说明。
实施例1
配制成的防蓝光胶水涂布液,涂布于PET基材上,经80℃烘干2min后,贴合成离型膜,使用时将离型膜撕掉直接贴合即可即。
实施例2
配制成的防蓝光胶水涂布液,涂布于PET基材上,经80℃烘干2min后,贴合成离型膜,即可制得具有防蓝光功能的有机硅胶带。
实施例3
配制成的防蓝光胶水涂布液,涂布于PET基材上,经80℃烘干2min后,贴合离型膜,即可制得具有防蓝光功能的聚氨酯胶带。
本案发明人还将上述制得的产品使用分光光度计测试380-450纳米波段光源透过率,试验结果如表1所示:

Claims (9)

1.本发明涉及一种防蓝光胶水组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于,该防蓝光胶水组合物包括以下组份:胶水、紫外吸收剂、自由基捕捉剂、抗氧剂、偶氮类颜料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防蓝光胶水组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于,该方法为:
将胶水、紫外线吸收剂、自由基捕捉剂、抗氧剂、偶氮染料、溶剂、固化剂按重量百分比均匀混合后,涂布于玻璃、PET、PVC、PP等基材上,经加热烘干制得防蓝光涂层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防蓝光胶水组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的胶水为丙烯酸胶水、有机硅胶、PU胶等。
4.根据权利要求2所述的防蓝光胶水组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的紫外线吸收剂为2′-(2′-羟基-3′-叔丁基-5′-甲基苯基)-5-氯苯并三唑即UV-326、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮即UV-531、2-[2-羟基-3,5-二(1,1-二甲基丙基苯基)]-2H-苯并三唑即UV-328中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的防蓝光胶水组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的自由基捕捉剂为受阻胺类自由基捕捉剂,如受阻胺光稳定剂聚{[6-[(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基)氨基]]-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4-[(2,2,6,6,-四甲基-哌啶基)亚氨基]-1,6-己二撑[(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)亚氨基]}即HS-944、丁二酸与(4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶醇的聚合物)即LS-622或癸二酸双-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇酯光稳定剂即ZX-70、聚{(6-吗啉基-5-三嗪-2,4-二基)(2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶基)亚胺基六亚甲基[(2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶基)-亚胺基]}即Cyasorb 3346中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求2所述防蓝光树脂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的偶氮染料的基本结构为R1-N=N-R2,当分子结构中嵌入不同数目的偶氮基和不同结构的R1、R2官能团,偶氮颜料的最大吸收波长入max可在380nm至780nm范围内调节,本专利所适用的偶氮染料可在400-425nm范围吸收高能蓝光。
7.根据权利要求2所述的防蓝光胶水组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂或亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂中的一种或两种,所包括但不限于四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯即Antioxidant 1010;双(2,4-二叔丁基苯酚)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯即Antioxidant 24,所述的亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂包括亚磷酸三苯酯、季戊四醇二亚磷酸双十八酯等。
8.根据权利要求6所述偶氮染料优选为:
单杂环偶氮染料的铜、钴、镍及锌金属的衍生物、双杂环偶氮染料的铜、钴、镍及锌金属的衍生物,其中,R3-R5独立地选自H、C1~C30的取代或非取代的烷烃基团或芳烃基团、甲氧基、甲磺酸基团、三氟甲基及卤素基团等;尤其特指市售偶氮染料中的颜料黄3(C.I.Pigment Yellow 3)、颜料黄182(C.I.Pigment Yellow 182)、颜料黄169、颜料黄155,溶剂黄15,溶剂黄32,分散黄83,分散黄134中的任一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求2所述的防蓝光胶水组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的溶剂为甲苯、乙酸乙酯、甲基异丁基酮、二甲苯、100号溶剂油或120号溶剂油。
