本发明涉及底板板材,具体来讲是一种酚醛树脂浸渍纸客车底板用板材。
背景技术
在目前的客车车厢的底板材料中,主要有胶合板、人造木质、竹板等,专利(申请号:201410658418.1)公开了一种一种竹木复合板,其包括竹质层、 木单板层、无纺布层和粘合剂,所述每两层竹质层之间设有一层木单板层,竹质层和木单板层总层数为 14-35层,其中间设有两层以上无纺布层,各层间通过粘合剂粘合压合成整体,其表层和底层均为竹质层,其表面设有具有防水效果的封蜡层,现在的底板板材的力学性能总体较差,在使用的时候需要长期更换。
酚醛树脂浸渍纸是一种提高人造板的表面性能的材料,目前大部分的浸渍纸其产品颜色较深、容易变色、光泽度不好、耐磨性差等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种酚醛树脂浸渍纸客车底板用板材。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
本发明公开了一种酚醛树脂浸渍纸客车底板用板材,包括:
碳纤维预浸布层,所述的碳纤维预浸布层位于底板的中间,厚度为0.1mm-0.2mm,在实际当中,可根据需要以及成本方面进行调整,现有的多种碳纤维预浸布都可以满足厚度的要求。
木板层,所述的木板层位于碳纤维预浸布层的两面,木板层和碳纤维预浸布层可以粘接等物理方式连接,但也可以加入化学试剂通过化学的方式粘接,这种化学粘接剂可以根据材料性能很容易选择。
酚醛树脂浸渍纸纸层,位于板材的上下表面,分别和木板层粘接。
作为优选,所述的酚醛树脂浸渍纸层为酚醛树脂浸渍纸,酚醛树脂浸渍纸特征如下:
原纸为70 g -90g/平方米,酚醛树脂浸渍纸烘干后质量为180-300 g/平方米,原纸采用普通的原纸就能够实现本发明,其原纸不是本发明的技术创新点,但对原纸的配比有一定的要求,在具体的实施例中,优选75、80、85、90 g/平方米,而这种类型的酚醛树脂浸渍纸具有较好的效果,即烘干后质量为180、190、220、250 g/平方米具有优异的效果。
在具体的实施方案中,所述的酚醛树脂浸渍纸的原料重量份包括:
酚醛树脂:100份;
填料:2-10份;
脱模剂:0.1-0.5份;
分散剂:0.1-0.5份。
橡胶粉末:10-30份,
其中所述的填料优选为硫酸钡、重晶石粉、纳米二氧化钙、氮化硅、碳化硅份的一种,所述的填料嵌入到橡胶粉末当中,其目的在于使得填料在没有偶联剂的情况下和橡胶粉末充分的混合,避免了偶联剂的加入对浸渍纸性能的负面影响,同时也可以降低成本,填料的粒径优选为40-200目。
所述的酚醛树脂浸渍纸的制备方法如下:
步骤1:通过超声波共混处理或者机械力碾压将填料嵌入到橡胶粉末当中,在具体的实施当中,不可能将所有的填料都嵌入到橡胶粉末当中,通过实验发现,虽然性能和嵌入的比例呈正比,但是只要有30%的无机填料嵌入到橡胶粉末当中就可以达到较好的效果;
步骤2:将酚醛树脂、步骤1后的混合物、脱模机、分散剂均匀混合;
步骤3:通过浸渍纸生产设备将步骤2的混合料进行酚醛树脂浸渍纸的制备。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明在板材的中间加入碳纤维预浸布,使用利用碳纤维的优异的强度、弹性模量等力学强度,增大的板材的抗拉性能,使用寿命长。
在优选方案对对酚醛树脂浸渍纸进行改进,所制得的光泽度、耐性性性能优异。

4.根据权利要求3所述的酚醛树脂浸渍纸客车底板用板材,其特征在于,所述的填料为硫酸钡、重晶石粉、纳米二氧化钙、氮化硅、碳化硅份的一种,所述的填料嵌入到橡胶粉末当中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的酚醛树脂浸渍纸客车底板用板材,其特征在于,所述的填料的粒径在40-200目。
6.根据权利要求3-5所述的酚醛树脂浸渍纸客车底板用板材,其特征在于,所述的酚醛树脂浸渍纸的制备方法如下:
步骤1:通过超声波共混处理或者机械力碾压将填料嵌入到橡胶粉末当中;
步骤2:将酚醛树脂、步骤1后的混合物、脱模机、分散剂均匀混合;
步骤3:通过浸渍纸生产设备将步骤2的混合料进行酚醛树脂浸渍纸的制备。
