本发明涉及底板板材,具体来讲是一种货运火车底板用板材。
背景技术
在目前的客车车厢的底板材料中,主要有胶合板、人造木质、竹板等,专利(申请号:201410658418.1)公开了一种一种竹木复合板,其包括竹质层、 木单板层、无纺布层和粘合剂,所述每两层竹质层之间设有一层木单板层,竹质层和木单板层总层数为 14-35层,其中间设有两层以上无纺布层,各层间通过粘合剂粘合压合成整体,其表层和底层均为竹质层,其表面设有具有防水效果的封蜡层,现在的底板板材的力学性能总体较差,在使用的时候需要长期更换。
酚醛树脂浸渍纸是一种提高人造板的表面性能的材料,目前大部分的浸渍纸其产品颜色较深、容易变色、光泽度不好、耐磨性差等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种货运火车底板用板材。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种货运火车底板用板材,其特征在于,包括表层、竹板层、橡胶层,所述的竹板层位于橡胶层的上下表面,所述的表层位于竹板层的表面,表层、竹板层、橡胶层相互之间通过粘接的方式连接,其中竹板层可以采用各种规格和性能,厚度可以根据实际情况自由调整。
作为改进,所述的橡胶层内设有增强碳纤维,其中碳纤维可以采用各种规格,主要利用碳纤维的强度和模量性能。
作为改进,所述的表层为酚醛树脂浸渍纸,所述的酚醛树脂浸渍纸为有如下特征的酚醛树脂浸渍纸:
酚醛树脂浸渍纸烘干后质量为300-500g/平方米。
作为改进,所述的酚醛树脂浸渍纸的原料重量份包括:
酚醛树脂:100份;
无机填料:2-10份;
分散剂:0.1-0.5份;
原纸:30-50份;
偶联剂:0.2-2份。
作为改进,所述的无机填料为磷矿粉、石棉矿粉、石墨粉、硅粉、二氧化硅的一种,无机填料的粒径优选40-400目。
所述的酚醛树脂浸渍纸的制备方法优选如下:
步骤1:将无机填料加入到偶联反应罐中,打开搅拌装置,搅拌使无机填料旋转,将偶联剂直接喷洒在填料中,控制搅拌装置的旋转速度,使得混合物的温度达到120摄氏度以上,反应10-30分钟,制得偶联改性过的无机填料;
步骤2:将酚醛树脂、步骤1后的混合物、分散剂均匀混合;
步骤3:通过浸渍纸生产设备将步骤2的混合料进行酚醛树脂浸渍纸的制备。
作为优选,所述的偶联剂选自TMC-201、TMC-102、TMC-101、TMC-105、TMC-311w、TMC-311、TMC-TTS。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明在板材的中间加入橡胶层,利用的橡胶的弹性大、强度高等特点,能够吸收一部分底板所受到的冲击力,时底板不容易出现裂缝,提高使用寿命。
在优选方案对对酚醛树脂浸渍纸进行改进,所制得的光泽度、耐摩擦性具有较大提升。

酚醛树脂浸渍纸的制备方法如下:
步骤1:将无机填料加入到偶联反应罐中,打开搅拌装置,搅拌使无机填料旋转,将偶联剂直接喷洒在填料中,控制搅拌装置的旋转速度,使得混合物的温度达到120摄氏度以上,反应10-30分钟,制得偶联改性过的无机填料;
步骤2:将酚醛树脂、步骤1后的混合物、分散剂均匀混合;
步骤3:通过浸渍纸生产设备将步骤2的混合料进行酚醛树脂浸渍纸的制备。
偶联剂为TMC-201。

5.根据权利要求4所述的货运火车底板用板材,其特征在于,所述的无机填料为磷矿粉、石棉矿粉、石墨粉、硅粉、二氧化硅的一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的货运火车底板用板材,其特征在于,所述的无机填料的粒径为40-400目。
7.根据权利要求3-6所述的货运火车底板用板材,其特征在于,所述的酚醛树脂浸渍纸的制备方法如下:
步骤1:将无机填料加入到偶联反应罐中,打开搅拌装置,搅拌使无机填料旋转,将偶联剂直接喷洒在填料中,控制搅拌装置的旋转速度,使得混合物的温度达到120摄氏度以上,反应10-30分钟,制得偶联改性过的无机填料;
步骤2:将酚醛树脂、步骤1后的混合物、分散剂均匀混合;
步骤3:通过浸渍纸生产设备将步骤2的混合料进行酚醛树脂浸渍纸的制备。
8.根据权利要求7所述的货运火车底板用板材,其特征在于,所述的偶联剂选自TMC-201、TMC-102、TMC-101、TMC-105、TMC-311w、TMC-311、TMC-TTS。
