Abstract

本发明公开了一种改善鸡肉品质的鸡饲料,由高粱50‑60份、玉米30‑40份、花生粕20‑30份、麸皮15‑20份、蚯蚓粉10‑20份、石粉10‑20份、鱼粉5‑10份、茅草5‑10份、蚕砂5‑10份、动植物油5‑8份、腰果5‑8份、杏仁5‑8份、苹果籽5‑8份、蜂蜜2‑5份、花椒叶2‑5份、荆芥2‑3份、大蒜粉2‑3份、干酵母菌2‑3份、水余量组成。本发明中的动植物油选用大豆油和亚麻籽油复配,可改善鸡肉的品质,使鸡肉中不饱和脂肪酸含量提高,不饱和脂肪酸可以调节血脂、维护视网膜提高视力、补脑健脑、清理血栓、提高免疫力和改善关节炎症状减轻疼痛。本发明的本发明还公开其制备方法。

改善鸡肉品质的鸡饲料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及家禽饲料及其制备方法,具体涉及一种改善鸡肉品质的鸡饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于人民生活水平的提高,鸡肉已成为当今人们餐桌上的必需消费品,尤其是近几年,我国人民对鸡肉的消费量更是大增。伴随着鸡肉产业的发展,肉鸡养殖业也加快了发展步伐,如今肉鸡养殖业已成为我国畜牧业领域中产业化程度最高的行业。由于当今肉鸡大都是采用集约化的养殖方式,肉鸡食用的是人工饲料,其成分单调、营养缺乏,而传统散养肉鸡,可以自由采食玉米、草料及昆虫等天然食物,其食物来源广泛而丰富,因而以人工饲料养殖出来的肉鸡其鸡肉品质已远不及传统散养肉鸡。更有甚者,一些养殖者在肉鸡饲料中滥用添加剂和激素等物质,不仅造成鸡肉品质的下降,而且使得鸡肉质量极不安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种营养均衡、配比健康的改善鸡肉品质的鸡饲料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的改善鸡肉品质的鸡饲料,由以下重量份的原料组成:
高粱50-60份、玉米30-40份、花生粕20-30份、麸皮15-20份、蚯蚓粉10-20份、石粉10-20份、鱼粉5-10份、茅草5-10份、蚕砂5-10份、动植物油5-8份、腰果5-8份、杏仁5-8份、苹果籽5-8份、蜂蜜2-5份、花椒叶2-5份、荆芥2-3份、大蒜粉2-3份、干酵母菌2-3份、水余量。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供上述改善鸡肉品质的鸡饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a称取上述配比的原料;
b先将茅草、花椒叶和荆芥进行烘干处理;
c将b步的所得产物进行粉碎处理,粉碎物过筛100目;
d将高粱、玉米、花生粕、麸皮、蚕砂、腰果、杏仁、苹果籽、干酵母菌进行粉碎处理,过筛100-120目;
e将蚯蚓粉、石粉、鱼粉、大蒜粉、动植物油、蜂蜜、水,与步骤c、d混合,得到糊状混合物;
f将步骤e得到的糊状混合物送入造粒机中造粒,得到直径1-2mm的鸡饲料;
g将步骤f所得鸡饲料进行烘烤,温度控制在90-100℃,烘烤时间为40-50分钟;
h将鸡饲料进行灭菌处理后,密封包装即可。
进一步,所述的植物油为大豆油和亚麻籽油的组合物,按照质量比4:1 。
进一步,所述的步骤f中鸡饲料的直径为2mm。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明中的干酵母菌经过处理后的菌株主要为酵母菌和乳酸菌,可改善鸡肠道微生物环境,提高鸡免疫力;通过添加大蒜粉,消除鸡肉中自带的鱼腥昧;同时,本发明中的动植物油选用大豆油和亚麻籽油复配,大豆油中含有w-6多不饱和脂肪酸,亚麻籽油中含有w-3多不饱和脂肪酸,可改善鸡肉的品质,使鸡肉中不饱和脂肪酸含量提高,不饱和脂肪酸可以调节血脂、维护视网膜提高视力、补脑健脑、清理血栓、提高免疫力和改善关节炎症状减轻疼痛。
因此,本发明的改善鸡肉品质的鸡饲料养鸡时可以提高鸡的免疫力,能增强其肉质和鸡蛋的营养质量,该鸡饲料饲养的鸡具有肉质细腻、汤质鲜美的特点,适合各年龄段人食用。
以下通过实施例形式的具体实施方式,对本发明的上述内容再作进一步的详细说明,但不应理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明的改善鸡肉品质的鸡饲料及其制备方法作进一步说明:
实施例1:
本发明的改善鸡肉品质的鸡饲料,由以下重量份的原料组成:
高粱50份、玉米30份、花生粕20份、麸皮15份、蚯蚓粉10份、石粉10份、鱼粉5份、茅草5份、蚕砂5份、动植物油5份、腰果5份、杏仁5份、苹果籽5份、蜂蜜2份、花椒叶2份、荆芥2份、大蒜粉2份、干酵母菌2份、水余量。
上述改善鸡肉品质的鸡饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a称取上述配比的原料;
b先将茅草、花椒叶和荆芥进行烘干处理;
c将b步的所得产物进行粉碎处理,粉碎物过筛100目;
d将高粱、玉米、花生粕、麸皮、蚕砂、腰果、杏仁、苹果籽、干酵母菌进行粉碎处理,过筛100目;
e将蚯蚓粉、石粉、鱼粉、大蒜粉、动植物油、蜂蜜、水,与步骤c、d混合,得到糊状混合物;
f将步骤e得到的糊状混合物送入造粒机中造粒,得到直径1mm的鸡饲料;
g将步骤f所得鸡饲料进行烘烤,温度控制在90℃,烘烤时间为40分钟;
h将鸡饲料进行灭菌处理后,密封包装即可。
实施例2:
本发明的改善鸡肉品质的鸡饲料,由以下重量份的原料组成:
高粱55份、玉米35份、花生粕25份、麸皮18份、蚯蚓粉15份、石粉15份、鱼粉8份、茅草8份、蚕砂8份、动植物油6份、腰果6份、杏仁6份、苹果籽6份、蜂蜜6份、花椒叶4份、荆芥3份、大蒜粉3份、干酵母菌3份、水余量。
上述改善鸡肉品质的鸡饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a称取上述配比的原料;
b先将茅草、花椒叶和荆芥进行烘干处理;
c将b步的所得产物进行粉碎处理,粉碎物过筛100目;
d将高粱、玉米、花生粕、麸皮、蚕砂、腰果、杏仁、苹果籽、干酵母菌进行粉碎处理,过筛110目;
e将蚯蚓粉、石粉、鱼粉、大蒜粉、动植物油、蜂蜜、水,与步骤c、d混合,得到糊状混合物;
f将步骤e得到的糊状混合物送入造粒机中造粒,得到直径1.5mm的鸡饲料;
g将步骤f所得鸡饲料进行烘烤,温度控制在95℃,烘烤时间为45分钟;
h将鸡饲料进行灭菌处理后,密封包装即可。
实施例3:
本发明的改善鸡肉品质的鸡饲料,由以下重量份的原料组成:
高粱60份、玉米40份、花生粕30份、麸皮20份、蚯蚓粉20份、石粉20份、鱼粉10份、茅草10份、蚕砂10份、动植物油8份、腰果8份、杏仁8份、苹果籽8份、蜂蜜5份、花椒叶5份、荆芥3份、大蒜粉3份、干酵母菌3份、水余量。
上述改善鸡肉品质的鸡饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a称取上述配比的原料;
b先将茅草、花椒叶和荆芥进行烘干处理;
c将b步的所得产物进行粉碎处理,粉碎物过筛100目;
d将高粱、玉米、花生粕、麸皮、蚕砂、腰果、杏仁、苹果籽、干酵母菌进行粉碎处理,过筛100-120目;
e将蚯蚓粉、石粉、鱼粉、大蒜粉、动植物油、蜂蜜、水,与步骤c、d混合,得到糊状混合物;
f将步骤e得到的糊状混合物送入造粒机中造粒,得到直径2mm的鸡饲料;
g将步骤f所得鸡饲料进行烘烤,温度控制在100℃,烘烤时间为50分钟;
h将鸡饲料进行灭菌处理后,密封包装即可。
上述各实施例中,所述的植物油为大豆油和亚麻籽油的组合物,按照质量比4:1 。

1.一种改善鸡肉品质的鸡饲料,由以下重量份的原料组成:
高粱50-60份、玉米30-40份、花生粕20-30份、麸皮15-20份、蚯蚓粉10-20份、石粉10-20份、鱼粉5-10份、茅草5-10份、蚕砂5-10份、动植物油5-8份、腰果5-8份、杏仁5-8份、苹果籽5-8份、蜂蜜2-5份、花椒叶2-5份、荆芥2-3份、大蒜粉2-3份、干酵母菌2-3份、水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改善鸡肉品质的鸡饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a称取上述配比的原料;
b先将茅草、花椒叶和荆芥进行烘干处理;
c将b步的所得产物进行粉碎处理,粉碎物过筛100目;
d将高粱、玉米、花生粕、麸皮、蚕砂、腰果、杏仁、苹果籽、干酵母菌进行粉碎处理,过筛100-120目;
e将蚯蚓粉、石粉、鱼粉、大蒜粉、动植物油、蜂蜜、水,与步骤c、d混合,得到糊状混合物;19
f将步骤e得到的糊状混合物送入造粒机中造粒,得到直径1-2mm的鸡饲料;
g将步骤f所得鸡饲料进行烘烤,温度控制在90-100℃,烘烤时间为40-50分钟;
