技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,尤其涉及一种制作高档防寒服的面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
随着国民经济的发展,人们对生活着装的要求也越来越高,除了保暖、舒适、环保外,美观、得体也是很重要的指标。呢子是一种毛织品,其挺括、厚实,故在秋冬市场十分走俏,但其面料一般都是平平的,没有立体感,手感也差,防寒效果差,满足不了人们多方位的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种富有立体感、手感强、防寒效果好的十字波浪纹织物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种较佳撕破强度十字波浪纹织物,包括织物本体,所述织物本体的外表面设有若干凸起,所述凸起呈波浪状,所述凸起与织物本体连接为一整体,所述凸起与织物本体呈90度角倾斜,并平行排列。所述织物本体由经线和纬线织成,经线采用黄麻纤维,纬线采用聚氯乙烯纤维,其中黄麻纤维的直径为21.76μm,纤度为253dtex,聚氯乙烯纤维的直径为45.71μm,纤度为573dtex,经密度为23.8根/cm,纬密度为54.8根/cm。所述织物本体内表面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,为一种复合织物,其包含:一第一织布层以及一第一薄膜层,该第一织布层具有一第一表面、一第二表面与复数孔隙,该等孔隙分布于该第一织布层并与该第一表面以及该第二表面相连通;该第一薄膜层具有一第三表面与一第四表面,该第一薄膜层的第四表面靠抵于该第一织布层的第一表面并部分渗入该第一织布层的孔隙中。
本发明结构合理,立体感、手感强、防寒效果好,能满足特殊需要的消费者。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
十字波浪纹织物的凸起波浪条纹形成的凹凸结构,增强了十字波浪纹织物的立体感和手感,面料防寒效果好。
本发明能提供较佳地撕破强度。
