本发明涉及一种面料，尤其涉及一种制作高档防寒服的面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
随着国民经济的发展，人们对生活着装的要求也越来越高，除了保暖、舒适、环保外，美观、得体也是很重要的指标。呢子是一种毛织品，其挺括、厚实，故在秋冬市场十分走俏，但其面料一般都是平平的，没有立体感，手感也差，防寒效果差，满足不了人们多方位的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种富有立体感、手感强、防寒效果好的十字波浪纹织物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种防止蒸发热损失十字波浪纹织物，包括织物本体，所述织物本体的外表面设有若干凸起，所述凸起呈波浪状，所述凸起与织物本体连接为一整体，所述凸起与织物本体呈90度角倾斜，并平行排列。所述织物本体由经线和纬线织成，经线采用黄麻纤维，纬线采用聚氯乙烯纤维，其中黄麻纤维的直径为21.76μm，纤度为253dtex，聚氯乙烯纤维的直径为45.71μm，纤度为573dtex，经密度为23.8根/cm，纬密度为54.8根/cm。所述织物本体内表面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，为一种复合织物，由衬里、阻挡层和不易被水沾湿的织物层构成，阻挡层使用聚乙烯、尼龙、聚酯、氨基甲酸乙酯或聚四氟乙烯中的其中一种材料制成。
本发明结构合理，立体感、手感强、防寒效果好，能满足特殊需要的消费者。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
十字波浪纹织物的凸起波浪条纹形成的凹凸结构，增强了十字波浪纹织物的立体感和手感，面料防寒效果好。
水分湿气通过衬里传导到阻挡层，阻挡层所使用的材料都具有比较低的水汽排出效率，因此水分湿气被积累在阻挡层内部，由于水分湿气具有比较高的热量，所以阻挡层可以形成一个高温保护层，具有良好的保温效果。本发明优点在于：防止蒸发热损失、较好的舒适性、更加的卫生并且具有良好的防水效果。
