本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种十字波浪纹织物,包括织物本体,所述织物本体的外表面设有若干凸起,所述凸起呈波浪状,所述凸起与织物本体连接为一整体,所述凸起与织物本体呈90度角倾斜,并平行排列。
所述织物本体由经线和纬线织成,经线采用黄麻纤维,纬线采用聚氯乙烯纤维,其中黄麻纤维的直径为21.76μm,纤度为253dtex,聚氯乙烯纤维的直径为45.71μm,纤度为573dtex,经密度为23.8根/cm,纬密度为54.8根/cm。本发明结构合理,立体感、手感强、防寒效果好,能满足特殊需要的消费者。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
十字波浪纹织物的凸起波浪条纹形成的凹凸结构,增强了十字波浪纹织物的立体感和手感,面料防寒效果好。
