背景技术
随着国民经济的发展，人们对生活着装的要求也越来越高，除了保暖、舒适、环保外，美观、得体也是很重要的指标。呢子是一种毛织品，其挺括、厚实，故在秋冬市场十分走俏，但其面料一般都是平平的，没有立体感，手感也差，防寒效果差，满足不了人们多方位的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种富有立体感、手感强、防寒效果好的十字波浪纹织物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种永久性放出大量负离子十字波浪纹织物，包括织物本体，所述织物本体的外表面设有若干凸起，所述凸起呈波浪状，所述凸起与织物本体连接为一整体，所述凸起与织物本体呈90度角倾斜，并平行排列。所述织物本体由经线和纬线织成，经线采用黄麻纤维，纬线采用聚氯乙烯纤维，其中黄麻纤维的直径为21.76μm，纤度为253dtex，聚氯乙烯纤维的直径为45.71μm，纤度为573dtex，经密度为23.8根/cm，纬密度为54.8根/cm。所述织物本体内表面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，为一种负离子织物，包含有透过双面织法交织的一般纱线、弹性纱线及负离子纱线；该一般纱线编织于外表面且成份量大于50％，该弹性纱线成份量2％在编织排列中取代部分的一般纱线，该负离子纱线编织于该内表面且成份量小于48％。
本发明结构合理，立体感、手感强、防寒效果好，能满足特殊需要的消费者。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
十字波浪纹织物的凸起波浪条纹形成的凹凸结构，增强了十字波浪纹织物的立体感和手感，面料防寒效果好。
本发明，内表面为细绒轻薄且可全面性的永久性放出大量的负离子，足以改善人体健康并产生实质明显助益，得以克服解决一般负离子织物大量使用负离子纱线却只能释出微量负离子的缺点，有效的减少负离子纱线的使用量，降低成本。
