本发明涉及一种面料,尤其涉及一种制作高档防寒服的面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
随着国民经济的发展,人们对生活着装的要求也越来越高,除了保暖、舒适、环保外,美观、得体也是很重要的指标。呢子是一种毛织品,其挺括、厚实,故在秋冬市场十分走俏,但其面料一般都是平平的,没有立体感,手感也差,防寒效果差,满足不了人们多方位的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种富有立体感、手感强、防寒效果好的十字波浪纹织物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种隔热效果甚佳十字波浪纹织物,包括织物本体,所述织物本体的外表面设有若干凸起,所述凸起呈波浪状,所述凸起与织物本体连接为一整体,所述凸起与织物本体呈90度角倾斜,并平行排列。所述织物本体由经线和纬线织成,经线采用黄麻纤维,纬线采用聚氯乙烯纤维,其中黄麻纤维的直径为21.76μm,纤度为253dtex,聚氯乙烯纤维的直径为45.71μm,纤度为573dtex,经密度为23.8根/cm,纬密度为54.8根/cm。所述织物本体内表面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,为一种隔热编织物,主要是以适量的反光纱线编织而成,且,各该反光纱线表面并设有多数不规则的反光面。
本发明结构合理,立体感、手感强、防寒效果好,能满足特殊需要的消费者。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
十字波浪纹织物的凸起波浪条纹形成的凹凸结构,增强了十字波浪纹织物的立体感和手感,面料防寒效果好。
本发明用以可通过各该反光面反射阳光、降低吸热,隔热效果甚佳。
