本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种富有立体感、手感强、防寒效果好的十字波浪纹织物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种防止织物线与碳纤维线发生位移十字波浪纹织物，包括织物本体，所述织物本体的外表面设有若干凸起，所述凸起呈波浪状，所述凸起与织物本体连接为一整体，所述凸起与织物本体呈90度角倾斜，并平行排列。所述织物本体由经线和纬线织成，经线采用黄麻纤维，纬线采用聚氯乙烯纤维，其中黄麻纤维的直径为21.76μm，纤度为253dtex，聚氯乙烯纤维的直径为45.71μm，纤度为573dtex，经密度为23.8根/cm，纬密度为54.8根/cm。所述织物本体内表面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，包括织物线、多根碳纤维线和导线，织物线、碳纤维线和导线通过编织形成织物层，碳纤维线和导线电性连接，该织物还包括至少设置在织物层两侧的绝缘层，以及夹持绝缘层的封边部件。
本发明结构合理，立体感、手感强、防寒效果好，能满足特殊需要的消费者。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
十字波浪纹织物的凸起波浪条纹形成的凹凸结构，增强了十字波浪纹织物的立体感和手感，面料防寒效果好。
本发明通过在织物层的边缘设置夹持织物层的封边部件以及至少设置在织物层两侧的绝缘层，有效地防止了织物线与碳纤维线发生位移，提高了发热织物的安全性。
