Abstract

本发明涉及一种治疗过敏性皮肤病的中药组合物及其制备方法，属于中医药领域。该中药组合物的重量组份为白术8.5‑12.5、连翘12.6‑18.3、白茯苓19‑23.5、竹叶10‑15、生地20‑25、甘草5‑8、紫荆皮12.5‑18.5、桃花2‑5、丹皮5‑8、黄柏5‑8、花椒2‑3.5、生晒参15‑18.5、知母3‑6。本发明采用纯中药制作，使用时无任何毒副作用，经临床使用证实，治疗过敏性皮肤病总有效率达95%以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗过敏性皮肤病的中药组合物及其制备方法，属于中医药领域。
背景技术
过敏性皮肤病发病机制较为复杂，有季节性的过敏，有对某种花粉的过敏和季节性某植物的过敏，皮肤直接与各种物质的接触也很容易过敏，激素过敏，化妆品过敏等等；这些给人的身体带来很多的痛苦；目前市场销售的过敏性皮肤药膏，虽然可治疗过敏性皮肤，但是这种药品使用后容易产生副作用，特别是面部过敏，有的使用后皮肤长黑斑，不仅影响了人的容貌，而且给人带来很多的痛苦，加之个人的年龄、发病的部位、健康状况的差异的不同，因此，过敏性皮肤病严重影响人们的正常工作和生活。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述技术存在的不足，提供一种无副作用的治疗过敏性皮肤药的中药组合物及其制备方法。
一种治疗过敏性皮肤病的中药组合物，是由下述重量组份的原料组成：
白术8.5-12.5、连翘12.6-18.3、白茯苓19-23.5、竹叶10-15、生地20-25、甘草5-8、紫荆皮12.5-18.5、桃花2-5、丹皮5-8、黄柏5-8、花椒2-3.5、生晒参15-18.5、知母3-6。
该组合药物优选组：
白术11.5、连翘10.5、白茯苓21、竹叶13、生地22、甘草6、紫荆皮15.5、桃花3、丹皮7、黄柏6、花椒2.5、生晒参17、知母5。
一种治疗过敏性皮肤病的中药组合物其制备方法包括以下步骤：
称取上述重量组份的原料混合均匀，搅拌研磨成末，放置在铁锅中，按药末与水成1：6.5的比例加入纯净水，煮沸后取汁即可。
使用时，将上述所得药汁浸泡患处30-40分钟，每天早晚各一次，连用一周为一个疗程。
本发明所用药物主要药理功效：
白术：健脾益气，燥湿利水，止汗。
连翘：清热解毒，散结消肿。
白茯苓：增强人体免疫能力。
竹叶：清热解毒，消炎抗菌，抗病毒。
生地：清热凉血，抗真菌。
甘草：清热降火，抗炎，抗过敏，缓急止痛。
紫荆皮：活血止痛，解毒消肿。
桃花：活血悦肤，化瘀止痛，疏通经络。
丹皮：活血散瘀，清热解毒，抗炎抗菌，增强机体免疫。
黄柏：清热燥湿，泻火解毒，抗菌。
花椒：除湿止痛，止痒解腥，驱虫解毒。
生晒参：活血通经，养心安神，促进机体代谢，提高免疫力。
知母：清热泻火，滋阴补肾，生津润燥。
本发明的效果：本发明采用纯中药制作，使用时无任何毒副作用，经临床使用证实，治疗过敏性皮肤病总有效率达95%以上。
具体实施方式
制备及使用：
实施例1：按重量组份称取：白术8.5-12.5、连翘12.6-18.3、白茯苓19-23.5、竹叶10-15、生地20-25、甘草5-8、紫荆皮12.5-18.5、桃花2-5、丹皮5-8、黄柏5-8、花椒2-3.5、生晒参15-18.5、知母3-6。

临床使用及案例分析：
1、临床资料：随机选取2010-2013年门诊病例40例，其中男性16例，女性24例。
2、临床诊断标准：过敏性皮肤病发展过程中，形态可表现为多种形式；有季节花粉过敏，有激素过敏，有皮肤和物体接触过敏，化妆品过敏等等，过敏皮肤一般呈红肿、瘙痒、痒痛、点滴状，鲜红色块状等。
疗效标准判定：患者使用本发明一周后过敏症状的情况。
痊愈：患者过敏处二年内无过敏症状为痊愈。
有效：患者过敏处一年内无过敏症状为有效。
无效：患者过敏无改善为无效。
3、治疗结果分析：采用本发明实施例1和2所得药物治疗过敏性皮肤病患者，治疗结果如表1，临床使用结果表明，使用本发明药物后未出现任副作用和不良反应。

典型病例1
患者徐某，女，18岁，家住宿州市埇桥区，每年到四、五月份花开季节花粉过敏面部过敏，红、肿、痒、痛，来本院使用本发明实施例1所得药物治疗，两个疗程后痊愈，二年后回访，无复发。
典型病例2
李某，女，33岁，宿州市人，每年秋季九、十月份双腿过敏，鲜红块状，痒、肿，多家医院医治，均效果不佳，来本院使用本发明实施例2所得药物治疗，用药后第二天消肿，过敏块状缩小，一个疗程后痊愈，二年后回访，无复发。
典型病例3
张某，女，40岁，宿州市人，对化纤内衣过敏严重，过敏程度上身红肿，奇痒，经人介绍，2013年10月，来本院使用本发明实施例2所得药物治疗，一个疗程后痊愈，至今未复发。

1.一种治疗过敏性皮肤病的中药组合物，其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为：
白术8.5-12.5、连翘12.6-18.3、白茯苓19-23.5、竹叶10-15、生地20-25、甘草5-8、紫荆皮12.5-18.5、桃花2-5、丹皮5-8、黄柏5-8、花椒2-3.5、生晒参15-18.5、知母3-6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗过敏性皮肤病的中药组合物，其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为：
白术11.5、连翘10.5、白茯苓21、竹叶13、生地22、甘草6、紫荆皮15.5、桃花3、丹皮7、黄柏6、花椒2.5、生晒参17、知母5。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种治疗过敏性皮肤病的中药组合物，其特征在于其制备及使用方法为：
按重量组份称取上述原料并混合均匀，搅拌研磨成末，放置在铁锅中，按药末与水成1：6.5的比例加入纯净水，煮沸后取汁即可； 使用时，将上述所得药汁浸泡患处30-40分钟，每天早晚各一次，连用一周为一个疗程。
