本发明公开了一种生物抑菌凝胶,它属于凝胶的制备技术领域。所述的抑菌凝胶原料为在1000克纯化水中加入苦参180‑220克、百部140‑160克、蛇床子140‑160克、茯苓80‑120克、红花40‑60克、芦荟8‑12克、冰片3‑6克、聚六亚甲基双胍0.1‑0.3毫升、卡波姆2‑6克、三乙醇胺4‑8克。此种生物抑菌凝胶制备简单,制备的生物抑菌凝胶效果好,均有较好的抑菌效果,取材方便,成本低,便于根据需要制备使用。

一种生物抑菌凝胶
技术领域
本发明涉及凝胶的制备技术领域,具体涉及一种生物抑菌凝胶。
背景技术
溶胶或溶液中的胶体粒子或高分子在一定条件下互相连接,形成空间网状结构,结构空隙中充满了作为分散介质的液体(在干凝胶中也可以是气体,干凝胶也称为气凝胶),这样一种特殊的分散体系称作凝胶。没有流动性。内部常含有大量液体。例如血凝胶、琼脂的含水量都可达99%以上。可分为弹性凝胶和脆性凝胶。弹性凝胶失去分散介质后,体积显著缩小,而当重新吸收分散介质时,体积又重新膨胀,例如明胶等。脆性凝胶失去或重新吸收分散介质时,形状和体积都不改变,例如硅胶等。一般的凝胶有必要采用加入生物抗菌剂,以便能够改善其性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种生物抑菌凝胶配方及工艺,以便能改善其使用效果。
本发明的生物抑菌凝胶的原料为在1000克纯化水中加入苦参180-220克、百部140-160克、蛇床子140-160克、茯苓80-120克、红花40-60克、芦荟8-12克、冰片3-6克、聚六亚甲基双胍0.1-0.3毫升、卡波姆2-6克、三乙醇胺4-8克。
进一步优选,所述的生物抑菌凝胶的原料为在1000克纯化水中加入苦参200克、百部150克、蛇床子150克、茯苓100克、红花50克、芦荟10克、冰片5克、聚六亚甲基双胍0.2毫升、卡波姆4克、三乙醇胺6克。
本发明中所述的生物抑菌凝胶的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)取药材净选,按照生物抑菌凝胶的原料称重备用;
(2)取冰片加适量乙醇溶解,备用;
(3)取芦荟粉碎,过60目筛,加水加热溶化成浸膏,备用;
(4)取苦参、百部、蛇床子、茯苓和红花五味中药,加水煎煮两次,每次加水10倍量,每次1小时,过滤,合并两次滤液,浸膏,备用;
(5)卡波姆使用时浸泡于纯化水中4小时以上,使之完全溶胀,备用;
(6)将上述步骤(2)、(3)、(4)中的备用物混合,加入聚六亚甲基双胍,再加入到步骤(5)中,补加纯化水至足量,搅拌混匀,滴入三乙醇胺溶液搅拌,测pH值至7~9,搅拌,制成凝胶;
(7)分装、检验、包装、60Co辐照,辐照剂量5KGy,入库。
本发明的有益效果:此种生物抑菌凝胶制备简单,制备的生物抑菌凝胶效果好,均有较好的抑菌效果,取材方便,成本低,便于根据需要制备使用。

本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案和实施例对发明进行进一步的详细说明。
本具体实施方式中所述的生物抑菌凝胶的原料为在1000克纯化水中加入苦参180-220克、百部140-160克、蛇床子140-160克、茯苓80-120克、红花40-60克、芦荟8-12克、冰片3-6克、聚六亚甲基双胍0.1-0.3毫升、卡波姆2-6克、三乙醇胺4-8克。
进一步优选,所述的生物抑菌凝胶的原料为在1000克纯化水中加入苦参200克、百部150克、蛇床子150克、茯苓100克、红花50克、芦荟10克、冰片5克、聚六亚甲基双胍0.2毫升、卡波姆4克、三乙醇胺6克。
本发明中所述的生物抑菌凝胶的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)取药材净选,按照生物抑菌凝胶的原料称重备用;

实施例:(1)取药材净选,按照生物抑菌凝胶的原料称重备用;
(2)取冰片5g加适量乙醇溶解,备用;
(3)取芦荟10g粉碎,过60目筛,加水加热溶化成浸膏,备用;
(4)取苦参200g、百部150g、蛇床子150g、茯苓100g和红花50g五味中药,加水煎煮两次,每次加水10倍量,每次1小时,过滤,合并两次滤液,浸膏,备用;
(5)将卡波姆4g使用时浸泡于纯化水中4小时以上,使之完全溶胀,备用;
(6)将上述步骤(2)、(3)、(4)中的备用物混合,加入聚六亚甲基双胍0.2ml,再加入到步骤(5)中,补加纯化水至足量,搅拌混匀,滴入6g的三乙醇胺溶液搅拌,测pH值至7~9,搅拌,制成凝胶;
(7)分装、检验、包装、60Co辐照,辐照剂量5KGy,入库。

1.一种生物抑菌凝胶,其特征在于:所述的抑菌凝胶原料为在1000克纯化水中加入苦参180-220克、百部140-160克、蛇床子140-160克、茯苓80-120克、红花40-60克、芦荟8-12克、冰片3-6克、聚六亚甲基双胍0.1-0.3毫升、卡波姆2-6克、三乙醇胺4-8克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物抑菌凝胶,其特征在于:所述的生物抑菌凝胶的原料为在1000克纯化水中加入苦参200克、百部150克、蛇床子150克、茯苓100克、红花50克、芦荟10克、冰片5克、聚六亚甲基双胍0.2毫升、卡波姆4克、三乙醇胺6克。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物抑菌凝胶,其特征在于:所述的生物抑菌凝胶的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)取药材净选,按照生物抑菌凝胶的原料称重备用;
(2)取冰片加适量乙醇溶解,备用;
(3)取芦荟粉碎,过60目筛,加水加热溶化成浸膏,备用;
(4)取苦参、百部、蛇床子、茯苓和红花五味中药,加水煎煮两次,每次加水10倍量,每次1小时,过滤,合并两次滤液,浸膏,备用;
