本发明涉及中医中药技术领域，特别涉及一种用于妇科的凝胶，还涉及所述凝胶的制备方法。
背景技术
妇科凝胶目前主要用于女性妇科方面由于各类致病微生物引起的妇科炎症和阴道感染等，包括：霉菌性（念珠菌）阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎、细菌性阴道炎、淋菌性阴道炎、阴道混合感染等多种引导炎症。
目前生活中治疗女性方面妇科疾病多以洗液为主，治标不治本，洗液停留皮肤时间及接触病灶时间短，一般只能缓解病情，达不到理想的治疗效果。
中国专利CN102872391B公开了一种治疗妇科炎症的中药凝胶剂及其制备方法，其成分中添加乙醇、防腐剂等，因其配方中化学添加剂对于某些敏感肌肤的人来说，会造成过敏反应，不良反应较多。
发明内容
为了解决以上现有技术中的不足之处，本发明提供了一种制备简单，疗效显著且无不良反应的用于妇科的凝胶。
本发明还提供了所述凝胶的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下措施实现的：
一种用于妇科的凝胶，原料药重量配比如下：
蛇床子130～180份，苦参120～170份，白果20～50份，金银花150～190份，山茱萸110～150份，熟地黄100～140份，茯苓100～160份，泽泻100～140份，当归100～130份，百部130～160份，醋酸氯己定10～30份，卡波姆10～40份，三乙醇胺10～40份。
所述的药物，原料药重量配比如下：
蛇床子150份，苦参150份，白果30份，金银花180份，山茱萸120份，熟地黄120份，茯苓120份，泽泻120份，当归120份，百部150份，醋酸氯己定10份，卡波姆20份，三乙醇胺20份。
所述的药物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）取蛇床子、苦参依次使用8倍重量、6倍重量的85%乙醇，加热回流提取两次，每次约2小时，合并提取液，滤过得滤液；
（2）步骤（1）剩余滤渣加白果、金银花、山茱萸、熟地黄、茯苓、泽泻、当归及百部依次使用8倍重量、6倍重量的纯化水浸泡3小时后，煎煮提取两次，每次1.5小时，合并煎液，滤过得滤液；
（3）步骤（2）中的滤液浓缩至提取液体积约1/5时，与步骤（1）中乙醇提取液合并，搅拌，继续加入无水乙醇，调整乙醇浓度达到60%，放置过夜。收集上清液，浓缩并回收乙醇，至提取物含药品浓度1.0-1.2g/ml，滤过，得浓缩液；
（4）取一定量纯化水，加入卡波姆浸泡搅拌至完全溶解，备用。
（5）将步骤（3）中得到的浓缩液加醋酸氯己定搅拌均匀，加入到步骤（4）所得溶液中，搅拌均匀后滴加三乙醇胺溶液，边加边搅拌至均匀凝胶状物，即得。
所述中药为凝胶剂。
本发明采用的个原料的药用性能如下：
蛇床子：温肾壮阳，燥湿，祛风，杀虫。用于阳痿、宫冷、寒湿带下、湿痹腰痛；外治外阴湿疹、妇人阴痒、滴虫性阴道炎。
苦参：清热燥湿，杀虫，利尿。
白果：敛肺定喘，止带浊，缩小便。用于痰多喘咳，带下白浊，遗尿尿频。
金银花：清热解毒，凉散风热。用于痈肿疔疮，喉痹，丹毒，热毒血痢，风热感冒，温病发热。
山茱萸：补益肝肾，涩精固脱。用于眩晕耳鸣，腰膝酸痛，阳痿遗精，遗尿尿频，崩漏带下，大汗虚脱。内热消渴。
熟地黄：滋阴补血，益精填髓。用于肝肾阴虚，腰膝酸软，骨蒸潮热，盗汗遗精，内热消渴，血虚萎黄，心悸怔忡，月经不调，崩漏下血，眩晕，耳鸣，须发早白。
茯苓：利水渗湿，健脾宁心。用于水肿尿少，痰饮眩悸，脾虚食少，便溏泄泻，心神不安，惊悸失眠。
泽泻：利小便，清湿热。用于小便不利，水肿胀满，泄泻尿少，痰饮眩晕，热淋涩痛；高血脂。
当归：补血活血，调经止痛，润肠通便。用于血虚萎黄，眩晕心悸，月经不调，经闭痛经，虚寒腹痛，肠燥便秘，风湿痹痛，跌扑损伤，痈疽疮疡。酒当归活血通经。用于经闭痛经，风湿痹痛，跌扑损伤。
百部：润肺下气止咳，杀虫。用于新久咳嗽，肺痨咳嗽，百日咳；外用于头虱，体虱，蛲虫病，阴痒。蜜百部润肺止咳。用于阴虚劳嗽。
本发明通过中药配伍，适用于各类致病微生物引起的妇科炎症和阴道感染，症见外阴瘙痒、阴道炎等，见效快，治疗效果好，服用方便。
具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本发明，下面结合具体实施例来进一步说明。
实施例1：
一种用于妇科的凝胶，原料药重量如下：
蛇床子150份，苦参150份，白果30份，金银花180份，山茱萸120份，熟地黄120份，茯苓120份，泽泻120份，当归120份，百部150份，醋酸氯己定10份，卡波姆20份，三乙醇胺20份。
制备方法，其特征是包括以下步骤：
（1）取蛇床子、苦参依次使用8倍重量、6倍重量的85%乙醇，加热回流提取两次，每次约2小时，合并提取液，滤过得滤液；
（2）步骤（1）剩余滤渣加白果、金银花、山茱萸、熟地黄、茯苓、泽泻、当归及百部依次使用8倍重量、6倍重量的纯化水浸泡3小时后，煎煮提取两次，每次1.5小时，合并煎液，滤过得滤液；
（3）步骤（2）中的滤液浓缩至提取液体积约1/5时，与步骤（1）中乙醇提取液合并，搅拌，继续加入无水乙醇，调整乙醇浓度达到60%，放置过夜。收集上清液，浓缩并回收乙醇，至提取物含药品浓度1.0-1.2g/ml，滤过，得浓缩液；
（4）取一定量纯化水，加入卡波姆浸泡搅拌至完全溶解，备用。
（5）将步骤（3）中得到的浓缩液加醋酸氯己定搅拌均匀，加入到步骤（4）所得溶液中，搅拌均匀后滴加三乙醇胺溶液，边加边搅拌至均匀凝胶状物，即得。
用法用量：本品为凝胶，外用。每日2次，每次一支，每支3ml。
实施例2：
一种用于妇科的凝胶，原料药重量如下：
蛇床子120份，苦参120份，白果30份，地肤子130份，山茱萸140份，熟地黄120份，土茯苓120份，当归130份，百部150份，醋酸氯己定10份，卡波姆20份，三乙醇胺20份。
制备方法，其特征是包括以下步骤：
（1）取蛇床子、苦参依次使用8倍重量、6倍重量的85%乙醇，加热回流提取两次，每次约1小时，合并提取液，滤过得滤液；
（2）步骤（1）剩余滤渣加白果、地肤子、山茱萸、熟地黄、茯苓、当归及百部依次使用8倍重量、6倍重量的纯化水浸泡3小时后，煎煮提取两次，每次1小时，合并煎液，滤过得滤液；
（3）步骤（2）中的滤液浓缩至提取液体积约1/5时，与步骤（1）中乙醇提取液合并，搅拌，继续加入无水乙醇，调整乙醇浓度达到60%，放置过夜。收集上清液，浓缩并回收乙醇，至提取物含药品浓度1.0-1.2g/ml，滤过，得浓缩液；
（4）取一定量纯化水，加入卡波姆浸泡搅拌至完全溶解，备用。
（5）将步骤（3）中得到的浓缩液加醋酸氯己定搅拌均匀，加入到步骤（4）所得溶液中，搅拌均匀后滴加三乙醇胺溶液，边加边搅拌至均匀凝胶状物，即得。
用法用量：本品为凝胶，外用。每日2次，每次一支，每支3ml。
临床治疗个例
（1）李某，女，37岁，霉菌性阴道炎，外阴瘙痒，服用实施例1制得的凝胶，每日1次，每次一支，3天后症状明显改善，瘙痒明显减轻。
（2）王某，女，27岁，阴道混合感染，轻度宫颈糜烂，阴道异味严重，服用实施例1制得的凝胶，每日1次，每次一支，3天后阴道异味明显减轻，6天后糜烂减轻。
（3）张某，女，45岁，阴道分泌物多、有异味，外阴瘙痒，服用实施例1制得的凝胶，每日1次，每次一支，5天后症状明显减轻，分泌物明显减少，异味基本消除。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于妇科的凝胶，其特征是原料药重量配比如下：
蛇床子130～180份，苦参120～170份，白果20～50份，金银花150～190份，山茱萸110～150份，熟地黄100～140份，茯苓100～160份，泽泻100～140份，当归100～130份，百部130～160份，醋酸氯己定10～30份，卡波姆10～40份，三乙醇胺10～40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的凝胶，其特征是原料药重量配比如下：
蛇床子150份，苦参150份，白果30份，金银花180份，山茱萸120份，熟地黄120份，茯苓120份，泽泻120份，当归120份，百部150份，醋酸氯己定10份，卡波姆20份，三乙醇胺20份。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的药物的制备方法，其特征是包括以下步骤：
（1）取蛇床子、苦参依次使用8倍重量、6倍重量的85%乙醇，加热回流提取两次，每次约2小时，合并提取液，滤过得滤液；
（2）步骤（1）剩余滤渣加白果、金银花、山茱萸、熟地黄、茯苓、泽泻、当归及百部依次使用8倍重量、6倍重量的纯化水浸泡3小时后，煎煮提取两次，每次1.5小时，合并煎液，滤过得滤液；
（3）步骤（2）中的滤液浓缩至提取液体积约1/5时，与步骤（1）中乙醇提取液合并，搅拌，继续加入无水乙醇，调整乙醇浓度达到60%，放置过夜;
收集上清液，浓缩并回收乙醇，至提取物含药品浓度1.0-1.2g/ml，滤过，得浓缩液；
（4）取一定量纯化水，加入卡波姆浸泡搅拌至完全溶解，备用;
（5）将步骤（3）中得到的浓缩液加醋酸氯己定搅拌均匀，加入到步骤（4）所得溶液中，搅拌均匀后滴加三乙醇胺溶液，边加边搅拌至均匀凝胶状物，即得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法，其特征在于所述中药为凝胶剂。
