技术领域
本公开总体上涉及一种用于车辆的机电变速器,并且更具体地涉及一种复合分流变速器。
背景技术
机电变速器包括互连一个或多个电动装置的齿轮组以及车辆的最终传动机构,例如车轴、车轮等。齿轮组改变转速和从电动装置输出的转矩并且将其传递至最终传动机构。变速器可以进一步配置成从另一个动力源(诸如但不限于内燃发动机)接收转矩。变速器还必须改变从发动机接收的转速和转矩,并且将其提供给最终车辆驱动系统。电动装置中的一个或多个可以与发动机同时操作,或可以在发动机关闭及脱离所述系统时操作,以给车辆提供牵引动力。
发明内容
提供了一种变速器。该变速器包括输入构件、输出构件、第一电动装置和第二电动装置。第一行星齿轮组联接至第一电动装置。第一行星齿轮组包括第一太阳齿轮、第一环形齿轮和附接至第一行星架的多个第一行星齿轮。第二行星齿轮组联接至第二电动装置。第二行星齿轮组包括第二太阳齿轮、第二环形齿轮和附接至第二行星架的多个第二行星齿轮。所述输出联接至第一行星齿轮组和第二行星齿轮组这二者。所述输入连接至第一行星齿轮组。固定比齿轮减速系统互连输入和第二行星齿轮组。该固定比齿轮减速系统可操作地以减小的转速和增大的转矩将旋转从输入传输至第二行星齿轮组。

参考图1,变速器20包括输入构件24。如果动力系配备有发动机22,那么输入构件24可以联接至发动机22。如上文所提及,发动机22可以包括(但不限于)内燃机22,诸如汽油或柴油发动机22。发动机22可选择性地操作以产生施用至输入构件24的转矩。因此,输入构件24从发动机22接收转矩。发动机22的具体类型和配置以及发动机22的操作与本公开的教导有关,并且因此不会在本文进行详述。
变速器20可以配备有输入制动器26。输入制动器26可选择性地操作以将输入构件24接地。输入制动器26可以包括例如输入离合器28,其可选择性地操作以将输入构件24与固定构件30接合以防止或阻止输入构件24旋转。固定构件30可以包括例如变速器20的壳体或变速器20的某些其他固定结构。因而,当输入离合器28接合时,输入制动器26防止或限制输入构件24相对于固定构件30旋转,并且当输入离合器28脱离时,输入制动器26允许输入构件24相对于固定构件30旋转。输入制动器26可以接合和/或脱离以在其中发动机22和一个或多个电动装置用于为车辆供电的混合动力操作与当仅将使用电动装置为车辆供电的全电动模式之间切换。

固定比齿轮减速系统56联接输入和第二行星齿轮组48。该固定比齿轮减速系统56可操作地以减小的转速和增大的转矩将旋转从输入传输至第二行星齿轮组48。优选地,固定比齿轮减速系统56提供3∶1与6∶1之间的齿轮减速比。更优选地,固定比齿轮减速系统56的齿轮减速比在4∶1与5∶1之间。如图中所示并且如本文所述,固定比齿轮减速系统56连接至第二环形齿轮52。

第二齿轮减速制动器92将第五环形齿轮82联接至固定构件30,诸如但不限于变速器70的壳体。第二齿轮减速制动器92可以选择性地与第二齿轮减速离合器96接合和脱离,以分别防止或允许第五环形齿轮82相对于固定构件30旋转。因此,当第二齿轮减速离合器96接合时,第二齿轮减速制动器92防止或限制第五环形齿轮82相对于固定构件30旋转,并且当第二减速离合器96脱离时,第二齿轮减速制动器92允许第五环形齿轮82相对于固定构件30旋转。

第一齿轮减速制动器90和第二齿轮减速制动器92可以各自同时接合以将输入构件24接地,以防止或阻止输入构件24旋转。因而,第一齿轮减速制动器90和第二齿轮减速制动器92可以同时接合以在其中发动机22和一个或多个电动装置用于为车辆供电的混合动力操作与当仅电动装置用于为车辆供电的全电动模式之间切换。

第二齿轮减速制动器92将第七环形齿轮110联接至固定构件30,诸如但不限于变速器100的壳体。第二齿轮减速制动器92可以选择性地与第二齿轮减速离合器96接合和脱离,以分别防止或允许第七环形齿轮110相对于固定构件30旋转。因此,当第二齿轮减速离合器96接合时,第二齿轮减速制动器92防止或限制第七环形齿轮110相对于固定构件30旋转,并且当第二减速离合器96脱离时,第二齿轮减速制动器92允许第七环形齿轮110相对于固定构件30旋转。
第一环形齿轮44连接至第六太阳齿轮102。第六行星架104和第七行星架108同时连接至第二环形齿轮52。第一齿轮减速制动器90和第二齿轮减速制动器92可以各自独立地接合和/或脱离以对变速器100提供倒挡。例如,当第一齿轮减速制动器90脱离以允许组合式太阳/环形齿轮106相对于固定构件30旋转且第二齿轮减速制动器92接合以防止第七环形齿轮110相对于固定构件30旋转时,变速器100可以倒挡操作。替代地,当第一齿轮减速制动器90接合以防止组合式太阳/环形齿轮106相对于固定构件30旋转且第二齿轮减速制动器92脱离以允许第七环形齿轮110相对于固定构件30旋转时,变速器100可以前进挡操作。

Claims (5)

1.一种变速器,其包括:
输入构件;
输出构件;
第一电动装置;
第二电动装置;
第一行星齿轮组,其联接至所述第一电动装置并且包括第一太阳齿轮、第一环形齿轮和附接至第一行星架的多个第一行星齿轮;
第二行星齿轮组,其联接至所述第二电动装置并且包括第二太阳齿轮、第二环形齿轮和附接至第二行星架的多个第二行星齿轮,所述第一行星齿轮组的第一环形齿轮联接至所述第二行星齿轮组的第二行星架和第二环形齿轮中的一个;
其中所述输出构件联接至所述第一行星齿轮组的第一环形齿轮和所述第二行星齿轮组的第二行星架和第二环形齿轮中的所述一个;
其中所述输入构件连接至所述第一行星齿轮组的第一行星架;以及
固定比齿轮减速系统,其联接所述输入构件和所述第二行星齿轮组的第二行星架和第二环形齿轮中的另一个并且可操作地以减小的转速和增大的转矩将旋转从所述输入构件传输至所述第二行星齿轮组,其中所述固定比齿轮减速系统包括:
惰转齿轮,其连接至所述输入构件;
偏移的中间轴,其具有与所述惰转齿轮啮合接合的第一固定齿轮;以及
第二固定齿轮,其联接至所述第二行星齿轮组,
其中所述第一固定齿轮和第二固定齿轮都固定到中间轴用于与中间轴一起旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变速器,其中所述第一电动装置连接至所述第一太阳齿轮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的变速器,其中所述第二电动装置连接至所述第二太阳齿轮。
4.根据权利要求3所述的变速器,其中所述输出构件连接至所述第二行星架。
5.根据权利要求4所述的变速器,其中所述固定比齿轮减速系统连接至所述第二环形齿轮。
