Abstract

本发明公开了一种混合动力车辆传动系统,包括输出总成和设置于同一轴线上的发动机、第一电动机、第一行星齿轮组、第二行星齿轮组、第二电动机、制动器、第一离合器和第二离合器;发动机、第一电动机、第一行星齿轮组、第二行星齿轮组和第二电动机通过制动器、第一离合器和第二离合器的耦合或分离实现多种动力输出模式;本发明还公开了一种包括所述混合动力车辆传动系统的汽车。本发明通过将发动机、第一电动机、第一行星齿轮组、第二行星齿轮组和第二电动机同轴布置,减少了多轴位置制造误差,提高了齿轮传动精度,提高了NVH性能,且能够通过第一离合器的配合在高速工况下制动时实现能源利用,避免过度浪费。

Description

一种混合动力车辆传动系统及汽车
技术领域
本发明属于车辆传动系统领域,具体涉及一种混合动力车辆传动系统及汽车。
背景技术
随着世界各国环境保护的措施越来越严格,新能源汽车的市场份额与日俱增。受制于纯电动汽车无法满足连续长距离续航的原因,混合动力车辆由于其节能、低排放、动力强等特点成为整个汽车行业研究与开发的一个重点。然而,由于混合动力驱动车辆具有两套动力系统,以及两套动力系统的管理控制系统,其结构十分复杂。
目前市面上很多混合动力车辆采用了公开号为CN103298637B的专利文献中公开的一款混合动力车辆的驱动装置。如图1所示,本驱动装置可实现三条动力传递路径:T1、高速行驶时结合离合器80,发动机50通过离合器80、齿轮对30和40,直接驱动车轮47;T2、一方面,发动机50通过齿轮对10拖动发电电动机60发电,齿轮对10增加电机速度,以提高发电效率;另一方面,起动时,利用发电电动机60的驱动力起动发动机50;T3、牵引电动机70经齿轮对20和40减速增扭,驱动车轮47;该驱动装置传动效率高、动力性好,上市后受到市场欢迎。然而,从整体结构上而言,该驱动装置的发动机50、发电电动机60以及牵引电动机70采用偏轴布置,径向体积大,制造难度大,难以控制NVH性能;此外,在高速恒速的工况下,发动机50无需太大扭矩,而牵引电动机70无法断开动力传输,只能介入驱动或反拖充电,造成动能过剩或转化能源损失。
发明内容
针对背景技术中的技术问题,本发明提供了了一种同轴布置、结构简单、容易制造、易于控制NVH性能且能够在高速工况下制动后实现能源利用,避免过度浪费的混合动力车辆传动系统。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供了一种混合动力车辆传动系统,包括输出总成和设置于同一轴线上的发动机、第一电动机、第一行星齿轮组、第二行星齿轮组、第二电动机、制动器、第一离合器和第二离合器;
所述第一行星齿轮组包括第一行星太阳轮、第一行星架和第一行星内齿圈,所述第二行星齿轮组包括第二行星太阳轮、第二行星架和第二行星内齿圈;所述第一行星太阳轮、所述第一离合器的主动端和所述第二离合器的主动端同轴,所述第二离合器的被动端固定连接到所述第一电动机的第一转子上,所述第一转子与发动机同轴;所述第一行星架与所述输出总成的输出齿轮同轴,所述第一行星架的一端通过第一连接部与所述第二行星内齿圈固定连接,所述第一行星架的另一端通过第二连接部与所述第一离合器的被动端固定连接;所述第一行星内齿圈通过第三连接部与所述第二行星架固定连接;所述第一行星内齿圈和所述第二行星架还与所述制动器的主动端固定连接;所述第二行星太阳轮通过第四连接部与所述第二电动机的第二转子固定连接。
所述发动机、第一电动机、第一行星齿轮组、第二行星齿轮组和第二电动机通过制动器、第一离合器和第二离合器的耦合或分离实现多种动力输出模式。
进一步地,第一电动机与所述发动机之间同轴设置有减振装置。
进一步地,所述第一转子的外侧同轴设置有第一定子,所述第一定子固定在变速器壳体上。
进一步地,所述第二转子的外侧同轴设置有第二定子,所述第二定子固定在变速器壳体上。
进一步地,车辆由第二电动机启动,所述制动器结合时,所述第一行星内齿圈和所述第二行星架静止不动,所述第二电动机的扭矩由所述第二转子依次经所述第四连接部、所述第二行星太阳轮、所述第二行星内齿圈和所述第一行星架传递到所述输出齿轮。
进一步地,车辆由所述第二电动机启动,所述制动器脱开、所述第一离合器结合,所述第一行星齿轮组和所述第二行星齿轮组互相锁死,所述第二电动机的扭矩1:1输出到所述第一行星架;制动时,将所述第二离合器结合,扭矩依次经所述第一行星太阳轮和内输入轴传递到所述第一转子,带动所述第一电动机发电,实现能源回收。
进一步地,所述制动器和所述第二离合器结合时,所述第一离合器断开时,车辆由所述发动机、所述第一电动机和所述第二电动机同时施加扭矩。
进一步地,所述制动器脱开、所述第一离合器和所述第二离合器结合时,所述第二电动机的扭矩1:1输出到所述第一行星架;车辆由所述发动机和所述第一电动机同时施加扭矩。
进一步地,所述输出总成包括所述输出齿轮、第一中间齿轮、第二中间齿轮和第三中间齿轮,所述第一中间齿轮与所述输出齿轮啮合,所述第一中间齿轮和所述第二中间齿轮同轴,所述第三中间齿轮与所述第二中间齿轮啮合,所述第三中间齿轮与差速器同轴,所述差速器用于输出动力。
本发明还提供了一种汽车,包括车身、底盘及上述混合动力车辆传动系统,所述混合动力车辆传动系统设置在所述底盘上。
采用上述技术方案,本发明提供的一种混合动力车辆传动系统具有如下有益效果:
1、将发动机、第一电动机、第一行星齿轮组、第二行星齿轮组和第二电动机同轴布置,结构简单、容易制造,减少了多轴位置制造误差,提高了齿轮传动精度,易于控制NVH性能。
2、告诉工况下制动时,通过将第二离合器结合让扭矩传递到第一转子,实现能源利用,避免过度浪费。
3、通过第一行星齿轮组给发动机和第一电动机增扭,配合第二电动机提供更大的启动扭矩以提升起步动力性,适合用于坡道起步;通过第二行星齿轮组给第二电动机增扭,增加动力。
4、第一行星齿轮组和第二行星齿轮组配合构成ECVT系统,实现无极变速,提升了驾驶舒适性和燃油经济性。
5、通过制动器、第一离合器和第二离合器的耦合或分离可实现多种动力输出模式。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图2所示,本实施例涉及的一种混合动力车辆传动系统,包括输出总成11和设置于同一轴线上的发动机1、第一电动机2、第一行星齿轮组3、第二行星齿轮组4、第二电动机5、制动器601、第一离合器602和第二离合器603。
具体地,所述第一行星齿轮组3包括第一行星太阳轮301、第一行星架302和第一行星内齿圈303,所述第二行星齿轮组4包括第二行星太阳轮401、第二行星架402和第二行星内齿圈403;
具体地,所述输出总成11包括所述输出齿轮1101、第一中间齿轮1102、第二中间齿轮1103和第三中间齿轮1104,所述第一中间齿轮1102与所述输出齿轮1101啮合,所述第一中间齿轮1102和所述第二中间齿轮1103同轴,所述第三中间齿轮1104与所述第二中间齿轮1103啮合,所述第三中间齿轮1104与差速器1105同轴,所述差速器1105用于输出动力到车轮;
本发明实施例中,所述第一行星太阳轮301、所述第一离合器602的主动端和所述第二离合器603的主动端同轴;所述第二离合器603的被动端固定连接到所述第一电动机2的第一转子201上,所述第一转子201与发动机1同轴,二者之间同轴设置有减振装置7;所述第一转子201的外侧同轴设置有第一定子202,所述第一定子202固定在变速器壳体8上;所述第一行星架302与所述输出总成11的输出齿轮1101同轴,所述第一行星架302的一端通过第一连接部1201与所述第二行星内齿圈403固定连接,所述第一行星架302的另一端通过第二连接部1202与所述第一离合器602的被动端固定连接;所述第一行星内齿圈303通过第三连接部1203与所述第二行星架402固定连接;所述第一行星内齿圈303和所述第二行星架402还与所述制动器601的主动端固定连接;所述第二行星太阳轮401通过第四连接部1204与所述第二电动机5的第二转子501固定连接;所述第二转子501的外侧同轴设置有第二定子502,所述第二定子502固定在变速器壳体8上。
所述发动机1、第一电动机2、第一行星齿轮组3、第二行星齿轮组4和第二电动机5通过制动器601、第一离合器602和第二离合器603的接合或分离实现多种动力输出模式,以下对本发明实施例多种工况下的动力输出模式举例说明:
1、一般城市工况下
车辆由第二电动机5启动,将制动器601结合,此时,第一行星内齿圈303和第二行星架402静止不动,第二电动机5的扭矩由第二转子501依次经第四连接部1204、第二行星太阳轮401、第二行星内齿圈403和第一行星架302传递到输出齿轮1101,再依次经第一中间齿轮1102、第二中间齿轮1103和第三中间齿轮1104传递到差速器1105,最后经差速器1105传递到车轮。第二行星齿轮组4由第二行星太阳轮401到第二行星内齿圈403的速比可为3到3.5,加上输出轴主减速比(从第一行星架301传递到差速器1105的速比)为2.5到3,驱动总速比可为7.5到10.5之间,满足一般混合动力汽车城市路况行驶要求。
2、城市工况下高速运行时
车辆由所述第二电动机5启动,将制动器601脱开、第一离合器602结合,此时,第一行星齿轮组3和第二行星齿轮组4互相锁死,第二电动机5的扭矩1:1输出到第一行星架302,再加上输出轴主减速比2.5到3,电机驱动总速比即为2.5到3,更加节能高效。高速工况下制动时,为避免能源浪费,将第二离合器603结合,扭矩依次经第一行星太阳轮301和内输入轴9传递到第一转子201,第一转子201转动,带动第一电动机2发电,实现能源回收。
3、山区路况或上坡启动时
山区路况或上坡启动时,需要较大扭矩,将所述制动器601和第二离合器603结合时,第一离合器602断开,车辆由所述发动机1、第一电动机2和第二电动机5同时施加扭矩。一方面,发动机1和第一电动机2的动力依次经内输入轴9和第一行星太阳轮301传递到第一行星架302;另一方面,第二电动机5的动力由第二转子501依次经第四连接部1204、第二行星太阳轮401和第二行星内齿圈403传递到第一行星架302,以上两方面动力耦合后传递到输出齿轮1101,再依次经第一中间齿轮1102、第二中间齿轮1103和第三中间齿轮1104传递到差速器1105,最后经差速器1105传递到车轮。
第二行星齿轮组4由第二行星太阳轮401到第二行星内齿圈403的速比可为3到3.5;第一组行星齿轮3由第一行星太阳轮301到第一行星架302的速比可为4到4.5,以上两方面耦合后加上输出轴主减速比(从第一行星架301传递到差速器1105的速比)2.5到3,达到减速减速增扭的效果。
4、行驶超车时
将制动器601脱开、第一离合器602和第二离合器603结合,一方面,第二电动机5的扭矩1:1输出到所述第一行星架302;另一方面,发动机1和第一电动机2的扭矩依次经内输入轴9和第一行星太阳轮301传递到第一行星架302;两方面动力耦合后传递到输出齿轮1101,实现增扭超车,提供更佳的动力性。
5、ECVT模式
将制动器601脱开,第一离合器602脱开,第二离合器603结合,当发动机1和发电机4的转速恒定时,通过调整第二电动机5的转速实现ECVT模式,理论上可提供2到20的速比区间。实际应用时用来填补上述一档和二档间的速比过渡,换档更平滑,提高了驾驶舒适性。
本发明实施例还提供了一种汽车,包括车身、底盘及权利要求1-9任一项以上所述的混合动力车辆传动系统,所述混合动力车辆传动系统设置在底盘上

Claims (10)

1.一种混合动力车辆传动系统,其特征在于,所述传动系统包括输出总成(11)和设置于同一轴线上的发动机(1)、第一电动机(2)、第一行星齿轮组(3)、第二行星齿轮组(4)、第二电动机(5)、制动器(601)、第一离合器(602)和第二离合器(603);
所述第一行星齿轮组(3)包括第一行星太阳轮(301)、第一行星架(302)和第一行星内齿圈(303),所述第二行星齿轮组(4)包括第二行星太阳轮(401)、第二行星架(402)和第二行星内齿圈(403);所述第一行星太阳轮(301)、所述第一离合器(602)的主动端和所述第二离合器(603)的主动端同轴,所述第二离合器(603)的被动端固定连接到所述第一电动机(2)的第一转子(201)上,所述第一转子(201)与发动机(1)同轴;所述第一行星架(302)与所述输出总成(11)的输出齿轮(1101)同轴,所述第一行星架(302)的一端通过第一连接部(1201)与所述第二行星内齿圈(403)固定连接,所述第一行星架(302)的另一端通过第二连接部(1202)与所述第一离合器(602)的被动端固定连接;所述第一行星内齿圈(303)通过第三连接部(1203)与所述第二行星架(402)固定连接;所述第一行星内齿圈(303)和所述第二行星架(402)还与所述制动器(601)的主动端固定连接;所述第二行星太阳轮(401)通过第四连接部(1204)与所述第二电动机(5)的第二转子(501)固定连接。
所述发动机(1)、所述第一电动机(2)、所述第一行星齿轮组(3)、所述第二行星齿轮组(4)和所述第二电动机(5)通过所述制动器(601)、所述第一离合器(602)和所述第二离合器(603)的耦合或分离实现多种动力输出模式。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆传动系统,其特征在于,所述第一电动机(2)与所述发动机(1)之间同轴设置有减振装置(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆传动系统,其特征在于,所述第一转子(201)的外侧同轴设置有第一定子(202),所述第一定子(202)固定在变速器壳体(8)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆传动系统,其特征在于,所述第二转子(501)的外侧同轴设置有第二定子(502),所述第二定子(502)固定在变速器壳体(8)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆传动系统,其特征在于,车辆由第二电动机(5)启动,所述制动器(601)结合时,所述第一行星内齿圈(303)和所述第二行星架(402)静止不动,所述第二电动机(5)的扭矩由所述第二转子(501)依次经所述第四连接部(1204)、所述第二行星太阳轮(401)、所述第二行星内齿圈(403)和所述第一行星架(302)传递到所述输出齿轮(1101)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆传动系统,其特征在于,车辆由所述第二电动机(5)启动,所述制动器(601)脱开、所述第一离合器(602)结合,所述第一行星齿轮组(3)和所述第二行星齿轮组(4)互相锁死,所述第二电动机(5)的扭矩1:1输出到所述第一行星架(302);制动时,将所述第二离合器(603)结合,扭矩依次经所述第一行星太阳轮(301)和内输入轴(9)传递到所述第一转子(201),带动所述第一电动机(2)发电,实现能源回收。
7.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆传动系统,其特征在于,所述制动器(601)和所述第二离合器(603)结合时,所述第一离合器(602)断开时,车辆由所述发动机(1)、所述第一电动机(2)和所述第二电动机(5)同时施加扭矩。
8.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆传动系统,其特征在于,所述制动器(601)脱开、所述第一离合器(602)和所述第二离合器(603)结合时,所述第二电动机(5)的扭矩1:1输出到所述第一行星架(302);车辆由所述发动机(1)和所述第一电动机(2)同时施加扭矩。
9.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆传动系统,其特征在于,所述输出总成(11)包括所述输出齿轮(1101)、第一中间齿轮(1102)、第二中间齿轮(1103)和第三中间齿轮(1104),所述第一中间齿轮(1102)与所述输出齿轮(1101)啮合,所述第一中间齿轮(1102)和所述第二中间齿轮(1103)同轴,所述第三中间齿轮(1104)与所述第二中间齿轮(1103)啮合,所述第三中间齿轮(1104)与差速器(1105)同轴,所述差速器(1105)用于输出动力。
10.一种汽车,包括车身、底盘及权利要求1-9任一项所述的混合动力车辆传动系统,其特征在于,所述混合动力车辆传动系统设置在所述底盘上。
