Abstract

本发明提供了一种柔顺剂,包含主要成分及质量份数如下:柔软剂3‑10份,增稠剂0.1‑2.0份,抑菌剂0.5‑1.5份,防腐剂0.02‑0.10份,微胶囊香精0.05‑0.5份,香精0.1‑1.0份,去离子水余量。本发明的一种抑菌微胶囊柔顺剂,其对环境友好,可生物降解,广谱抑菌,无刺激,并采用微胶囊技术使得留香更持久。

技术领域
本发明涉及柔顺剂,特别是涉及一种抑菌微胶囊柔顺剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活质量的提高,单一功能的清洁类产品已经不能满足人们的要求,衣物柔顺剂已由最初单一的柔顺功能向多种功能发展。近年来各种流行病的爆发,人们的健康意识得到提高,抑菌柔顺剂越来越受到关注。而市场上传统的柔顺剂只能起到软化衣物、抗静电的作用,不能对衣物上的细菌等微生物起到抑菌的作用。
抑菌柔顺剂,可以抑制衣物在穿着的过程中,因细菌繁殖而产生的异味,保持衣物气味清新。而且采用微胶囊技术将香氛通过天然的或合成的高分子化合物连续薄膜完全包覆起来,可以使香氛在衣物上的保留时间更持久。因此,此类产品具有广阔的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有柔顺剂中存在的部分问题,提供一种抑菌微胶囊柔顺剂及制备方法,该柔顺剂抑菌效果安全高效、无毒无味,香氛在衣物上的保留时间持久。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:

优选地,所述柔软剂选自棕榈基季铵酯、酯基季铵盐和双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵中的至少一种。
优选地,所述增稠剂选自改性聚乙二醇和羧甲基纤维素中的至少一种。
优选地,所述抑菌剂选自聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐、二癸基二甲基氯化铵和烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵中的至少一种。
优选地,所述防腐剂选自甲基异噻唑啉酮、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮中的至少一种。
优选地,还含有去离子水。
本发明的另一方面为一种柔顺剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将去离子水加入水相锅,加热至30-35℃;
(2)将微胶囊香精加入水相锅,搅拌至完全溶解,形成水相;
(3)将柔软剂加入油相锅,搅拌使用油相反应釜搅拌30min,转速30转/分钟并加热至40-55℃,形成油相;
(4)将熔化好的油相加入水相中,继续搅拌40分钟;
(5)冷却至35℃,加入抑菌剂和防腐剂、香精;
(6)加入增稠剂,搅拌20分钟,即制得柔顺剂;
上述主要成分的质量份数如下:柔软剂3-10份,增稠剂0.1-2.0份,抑菌剂0.5-1.5份,防腐剂0.02-0.10份,微胶囊香精0.05-0.5份,香精0.1-1.0份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的抑菌微胶囊柔顺剂,特别添加抑菌剂能使聚合物成正电性,很容易被呈负电性的各类细菌、病毒所吸附,从而抑制细菌病毒的分裂功能,使其丧失繁殖能力。从而抑制细菌繁殖而产生的异味,保持衣物气味清新;特别添加微胶囊香精,将香氛通过天然的或合成的高分子化合物连续薄膜完全包覆起来,通过洗涤使香氛释放出来,使衣物在洗后数周内依然能通过摩擦散发幽香。
具体实施方式
为了更好地说明本发明,下面结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
本申请所述柔顺剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1.将称量好的去离子水加入水相锅,加热至30-35℃;
2.将称量好的微胶囊香精加入水相锅,搅拌至完全溶解,形成水相;
3.将称量好的柔软剂加入油相锅,搅拌使用油相反应釜搅拌30min,转速30转/分钟并加热至熔化(40-55℃),形成油相;
4.将熔化好的油相加入水相中,继续搅拌40分钟;
5.冷却至35℃,加入称量好的抑菌剂和防腐剂、香精;
6.加入称量好的增稠剂,搅拌20分钟至均匀,即制得本申请的柔顺剂。
实施例1-10的产品均采用上述方法制备。

一种柔顺剂,包含组份和质量份数如下:
所述柔软剂为双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵;所述增稠剂为改性聚乙二醇;所述抑菌剂为二癸基二甲基氯化铵;所述防腐剂为甲基异噻唑啉酮。

一种柔顺剂,包含组份和质量份数如下:
所述柔软剂为棕榈基季铵酯;所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素;所述抑菌剂为聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐;所述防腐剂为甲基氯异噻唑啉酮。
实施例3
一种柔顺剂,包含组份和质量份数如下:
所述柔软剂为双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵;所述增稠剂为改性聚乙二醇;所述抑菌剂为烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵;所述防腐剂为甲基氯异噻唑啉酮。

一种柔顺剂,包含组份和质量份数如下:

按照QB/T2850-2007抗菌抑菌型洗涤剂检测方法进行测定,测定结果为:
从上表可以看出,实施例9抑菌效果最佳。
本发明的柔顺剂,使用的抑菌剂能使聚合物成正电性,很容易被呈负电性的各类细菌、病毒所吸附,从而抑制细菌病毒的分裂功能,使其丧失繁殖能力。从而抑制细菌繁殖而产生的异味,保持衣物气味清新;使用的微胶囊香精,将香氛通过天然的或合成的高分子化合物连续薄膜完全包覆起来,通过洗涤使香氛释放出来,使衣物在洗后数周内依然能通过摩擦散发幽香,比单独使用香精留香时间更持久。

6.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述抑菌剂选自聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐、二癸基二甲基氯化铵和烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述防腐剂选自甲基异噻唑啉酮、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的柔顺剂,其特征在于,还含有去离子水。
9.一种柔顺剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将去离子水加入水相锅,加热至30-35℃;
(2)将微胶囊香精加入水相锅,搅拌至完全溶解,形成水相;
(3)将柔软剂加入油相锅,搅拌使用油相反应釜搅拌30min,转速30转/分钟并加热至40-55℃,形成油相;
(4)将熔化好的油相加入水相中,继续搅拌40分钟;
(5)冷却至35℃,加入抑菌剂和防腐剂、香精;
(6)加入增稠剂,搅拌20分钟,即制得柔顺剂;
上述主要成分的质量份数如下:柔软剂3-10份,增稠剂0.1-2.0份,抑菌剂0.5-1.5份,防腐剂0.02-0.10份,微胶囊香精0.05-0.5份,香精0.1-1.0份。
