Abstract

本发明揭示了一种多功能面料的制造方法,包括以下步骤,(1)选取经纱和纬纱,(2)将经纱和纬纱浸渍于抗静电助剂中,然后洗涤烘干,(3)将经步骤(2)处理后地经纱和纬纱浸渍于抗菌剂中,然后洗涤烘干,(4)将经步骤(3)处理后的经纱和纬纱洗涤烘干后进行纺织制成面料。本发明突出的实质性特点和显著的进步主要体现在:本发明中所述的面料经过抗静电助剂和抗菌剂处理,使得面料具备抗静电性和抗菌性,并且面料所用纤维中含有TiO2具有很好的消光效果,便于面料进行染色。

一种多功能面料的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种多功能面料的制造方法,属于服装材料技术领域。
背景技术
服装面料广泛存在和应用于每个人的生活中,绝大部分的衣物均使用纺织面料。
随着社会发展的不断推进,人类生活进入了快节奏时代,对生活质量的要求不断提高。在服装上,除了传统的美观与适体要求外,还需要面料具备跟多的性能,如防紫外线性、抗紫外线性和抗静电性。服装面料的结构、性能、纺织材料与基体界面的粘结强度以及基体性能灯因素决定了服装面料的性能,而对服装面料进行后处理工艺可以给服装面料定向赋予新的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种多功能面料的制造方法,旨在使得服装面料具备抗静电性和抗菌性。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种多功能面料的制造方法,包括以下步骤,(1)选取经纱和纬纱,(2)将经纱和纬纱浸渍于抗静电助剂中,然后洗涤烘干,(3)将经步骤(2)处理后地经纱和纬纱浸渍于抗菌剂中,然后洗涤烘干,(4)将经步骤(3)处理后的经纱和纬纱洗涤烘干后进行纺织制成面料。
进一步地,上述的多功能面料的制造方法,其中:所述纬纱组采用普通纱线。
进一步地,上述的多功能面料的制造方法,其中:所述芯纱由聚醚酯纤维制成,所述聚醚酯纤维由聚醚酯弹性体构成,所述聚醚酯弹性体包括聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯形成的硬链段和由聚氧乙烯二醇起形成的软链段,所述硬链段与软链段的质量比为30:70~70:30。
进一步地,上述的多功能面料的制造方法,其中:所述步骤(2)中,浸渍时间为20~40min,烘干温度为100~130℃,所述步骤(3)中。浸渍时间为20~40min,烘干温度为90~110℃。
进一步地,上述的多功能面料的制造方法,其中:所述经纱和纬纱所用原料包括TiO2和成纤聚合物,其中TiO2占原料的10~15wt%,所述经纱和纬纱原料所用原料通过熔融纺丝制成单丝纤维,所述经纱和纬纱通过单丝纤维制成。
进一步地,上述的多功能面料的制造方法,其中:所述成纤聚合物为尼龙-6、尼龙-66或聚酰胺其中一种或多种。所述抗静电助剂成为:表面活性剂6~10wt%;高分子量链烷基醇磷酸酯5~10wt%;聚酯3-8wt%,余量为水。
进一步地,上述的多功能面料的制造方法,其中:所述抗菌剂成分为:甲壳素30~50份,白芥末油10~30份、壳聚糖10~30份。
本发明突出的实质性特点和显著的进步主要体现在:本发明中所述的面料经过抗静电助剂和抗菌剂处理,使得面料具备抗静电性和抗菌性,并且面料所用纤维中含有TiO2具有很好的消光效果,便于面料进行染色。

以对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详述,以使本发明技术方案更易于理解和掌握。
一种多功能面料的制造方法,包括以下步骤(1)选取经纱和纬纱,(2)将经纱和纬纱浸渍于抗静电助剂中,浸渍时间为20~40min,然后洗涤烘干,烘干温度为100~130℃(3)将经步骤(2)处理后地经纱和纬纱浸渍于抗菌剂中,浸渍时间为20~40min,然后洗涤烘干,烘干温度为90~110℃,(4)将经步骤(3)处理后的经纱和纬纱洗涤烘干后进行纺织制成面料。
具体地,所述经纱和纬纱的原料为TiO2和成纤聚合物,其中TiO2占原料的10~15wt%,经纱和纬纱的原料通过熔融纺丝制成单丝纤维,然后将单丝纤维制成经纱和纬纱。成纤聚合物为尼龙-6、尼龙-66或聚酰胺其中一种或多种。
所述抗静电助剂成为:表面活性剂6~10wt%;高分子量链烷基醇磷酸酯5~10wt%;聚酯 3-8wt%,余量为水,其中,高分子量链烷基醇磷酸酯表面活性剂是将含有羟基的有机化合物与磷化剂进行酯化制备而成。所述抗菌剂成分为:甲壳素30~50份,白芥末油10~30份、壳聚糖10~30份。
实施例1
(1)选取经纱和纬纱,经纱和纬纱的纺织原料包括10wt%TiO2和成纤聚合物,成纤聚合物为40wt%的尼龙-6和60wt%尼龙-66混合物,(2)将经纱和纬纱浸渍于抗静电助剂中,浸渍30min,然后洗涤烘干,烘干温度为120℃,(3)将经步骤(2)处理后地经纱和纬纱浸渍于抗菌液助剂中,浸渍30min,然后洗涤烘干,烘干温度为100℃,(4)将经步骤(3)处理后的经纱和纬纱洗涤烘干后进行纺织制成面料。
具体地,所述抗静电助剂成为:表面活性剂6wt%,高分子量链烷基醇磷酸酯5wt%,聚酯3wt%,余量为水。所述抗菌剂成分为:甲壳素30份,白芥末油10份、壳聚糖10份。
实施例2
(1)选取经纱和纬纱,经纱和纬纱的纺织原料包括15wt%TiO2的成纤聚合物,成纤聚合物为50wt%的尼龙-6和50wt%尼龙-66混合物,(2)将经纱和纬纱浸渍于抗静电助剂中,浸渍20min,然后洗涤烘干,烘干温度为120℃,(3)将经步骤(2)处理后地经纱和纬纱浸渍于抗菌液助剂中,浸渍30min,然后洗涤烘干,烘干温度为100℃,(4)将经步骤(3)处理后的经纱和纬纱洗涤烘干后进行纺织制成面料。
具体地,所述抗静电助剂成为:表面活性剂10wt%,高分子量链烷基醇磷酸酯10wt%,聚酯8wt%,余量为水。所述抗菌剂成分为:甲壳素50份,白芥末油30份、壳聚糖30份。
通过以上描述可以看出,本发明中所述的面料经过抗静电助剂和抗菌剂处理,使得面料具备抗静电性和抗菌性,并且面料所用纤维中含有TiO2具有很好的消光效果,便于面料进行染色。
当然,以上只是本发明的典型实例,除此之外,本发明还可以有其它多种具体实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种多功能面料的制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,(1)选取经纱和纬纱,(2)将经纱和纬纱浸渍于抗静电助剂中,然后洗涤烘干,(3)将经步骤(2)处理后地经纱和纬纱浸渍于抗菌剂中,然后洗涤烘干,(4)将经步骤(3)处理后的经纱和纬纱洗涤烘干后进行纺织制成面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能面料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中,浸渍时间为20~40min,烘干温度为100~130℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能面料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中,浸渍时间为20~40min,烘干温度为90~110℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多功能面料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述经纱和纬纱所用原料包括TiO2和成纤聚合物,其中TiO2占原料的10~15wt%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的多功能面料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述经纱和纬纱原料所用原料通过熔融纺丝制成单丝纤维,所述经纱和纬纱通过单丝纤维制成。
6.根据权利要求4所述的多功能面料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述成纤聚合物为尼龙-6、尼龙-66或聚酰胺其中一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的多功能面料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述抗静电助剂成为:表面活性剂6~10wt%;高分子量链烷基醇磷酸酯5~10wt%;聚酯3-8wt%,余量为水。
8.根据权利要求1所述的多功能面料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂成分为:甲壳素30~50份,白芥末油10~30份、壳聚糖10~30份。
