本发明涉及阀门清洗技术领域,具体为一种阀门表面除油清洗剂及其清洗装置。
背景技术
阀门是流体输送系统中的控制部件,具有截止、调节、导流、防止逆流、稳压、分流或溢流泄压等功能。用于流体控制系统的阀门,从最简单的截止阀到极为复杂的自控系统中所用的各种阀门,其品种和规格相当繁多。阀门可用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体的流动。阀门根据材质还分为铸铁阀门,铸钢阀门,不锈钢阀门,铬钼钢阀门,铬钼钒钢阀门,双相钢阀门,塑料阀门,非标订制等阀门材质。而阀门在加工的过程中其内部会有大量的灰尘、废屑,如果不及时的处理,在后续的加工中容易出现问题。而且针对阀门表面残存的油污问题,光用水清洗无法达到完全除油的效果,专用的清洗剂原料配比不当,也容易影响阀门表面的耐腐蚀性,及表面的抗氧化能力。

本发明的目的在于提供一种阀门表面除油清洗剂及其清洗装置,通过全新的原料配比调和出阀门表面除油用的专用清洗剂,同时配上结构简单的清洗装置,具有高效率清洗除油的效果,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种阀门表面除油清洗剂,包括以下原料:聚醚、油酸三乙醇胺、RX-10、聚氧乙烯脂肪醚、硫酸钠、碳酸钠、焦磷酸钠、苯甲酸钠和水,并按以下重量份数配比:聚醚、油酸三乙醇胺、RX-10、聚氧乙烯脂肪醚硫酸钠15-25%、碳酸钠10-25%、焦磷酸钠10-25%、苯甲酸钠0.5-1%和水100%。
优选的,所述清洗剂由上述原料按比例添加,搅拌混匀制成。
优选的,所述清洗剂外观为淡黄色透明液体,PH值为9-9.5。

1.一种阀门表面除油清洗剂,其特征在于,包括以下原料:聚醚、油酸三乙醇胺、RX-10、聚氧乙烯脂肪醚、硫酸钠、碳酸钠、焦磷酸钠、苯甲酸钠和水,并按以下重量份数配比:聚醚、油酸三乙醇胺、RX-10、聚氧乙烯脂肪醚硫酸钠 15-25%、碳酸钠10-25%、焦磷酸钠10-25%、苯甲酸钠0.5-1%和水100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阀门表面除油清洗剂,其特征在于,所述清洗剂由上述原料按比例添加,搅拌混匀制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种阀门表面除油清洗剂,其特征在于,所述清洗剂外观为淡黄色透明液体,PH值为9-9.5。
