Abstract

本发明公开了一种可溶解的咖啡胶囊杯体,所述咖啡胶囊杯体以重量份计由以下组分构成:羟丙基纤维素20~30份;丙烯酸树脂IV号30~40份;瓜尔胶10~25份;羧甲基葡甘聚糖5~8份;麦芽精7~12份;淀粉5~8份。本发明还提供了上述咖啡胶囊杯体的制备方法以及使用上述杯体的的咖啡胶囊。本发明提供的咖啡胶囊杯体可快速溶解于咖啡中并且,有效的解决了即弃型咖啡胶囊造成的环境污染问题。

Description

可溶解的咖啡胶囊杯体、其制备方法及咖啡胶囊
技术领域
本发明涉及咖啡萃取设备,具体涉及一种咖啡胶囊杯体及其制备方法,以及包括该咖啡胶囊杯体的咖啡胶囊。
背景技术
咖啡是常用的饮料之一,咖啡胶囊是一种将咖啡粉保存于胶囊体内的保存技术,因为其具有保存和使用的便利性、以及冲泡出的咖啡品质浓郁等特点而得到越来越广泛的使用。在专利号为201420162904.X的实用新型提供了一种咖啡胶囊,该咖啡胶囊包括圆台状的塑料胶囊,塑料胶囊的底和面上均设有开口,两个开口处由铝箔盖膜封闭,在圆台状的塑料胶囊内部放置有咖啡粉。
由于现有技术中的咖啡胶囊杯体通常是由塑料胶囊和铝箔膜加工时一体成形,在使用后即被废弃,为一次性使用产品,如此造成了较大的浪费,而且随着咖啡胶囊的普及,即弃型的咖啡胶囊杯体由于不易于降解也造成了极大的环境污染。在申请号为2013105906253的中国专利申请中公开了一种可降解高阻隔材料杯体,具体由PLA和EVOH两种材质构成,其中,PLA是玉米提取物“聚乳糖”可以自然降解;EVOH是乙烯-乙烯醇的共聚物高结晶体,燃烧降解。显然该申请中仍含有大量不能自然降解的EVOH,需要通过垃圾焚烧的步骤才能实现降解,显然并不能有效的实现“可降解”的目的。因而,市场仍然亟需一种不会对环境造成污染的咖啡胶囊杯体。
发明内容
本发明针对上述需要提供了一种可在冲泡过程中溶解的咖啡胶囊杯体,该咖啡胶囊杯体完全由符合国家食品安全标准的材料构成,在冲泡过程中即溶解于咖啡中,并且不影响咖啡的口感,十分安全环保。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种可溶解的咖啡胶囊杯体,所述咖啡胶囊杯体以重量份计由以下组分构成:

在根据本发明的一个实施方案中,所述咖啡胶囊杯体以重量份计由以下组份构成:

在根据本发明的一个实施方案中,所述咖啡胶囊杯体的内壁涂覆有调味层;所述调味层包含甜味剂和/或乳粉。
在根据本发明的一个实施方案中,所述调味层中还包含羧甲基淀粉钠,所述羧甲基淀粉钠在调味层中的质量分数为5%~7%。
在根据本发明的一个实施方案中,所述甜味剂选自蔗糖、果糖、三氯蔗糖、乳糖、葡萄糖和阿斯巴甜中的一种或多种。
本发明还提供了上述咖啡胶囊杯体的制备方法,所述制备方法包括:
1)按照相应的重量份称取适量的组份,将各组分溶于200份水中,于70~80℃搅拌30~50min,得到混合均匀的糊化的浆液;
2)脱气后用延流法在成膜器中成膜,于50℃下干燥剥膜,得到流延膜;
3)将步骤2)得到的流延膜于模具中吹塑热压定型,得到杯体。
在根据本发明的一个实施方案中,所述方法还包括:
4)在步骤3)得到的杯体的内壁涂覆调味层,所述调味层为甜味剂和/或乳粉。
本发明进一步提供了一种咖啡胶囊,所述咖啡胶囊包括上述的咖啡胶囊杯体、杯体封口膜以及密闭在所述咖啡胶囊杯体中的速溶咖啡粉;所述杯体封口膜为根据步骤2)制备的流延膜。
在根据本发明的一个实施方案中,所述咖啡胶囊还包灌注有用于保鲜的氮气或惰性气体。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有以下优点:
根据本发明的咖啡胶囊杯体能够实现与速溶咖啡一起溶解,其材料安全无毒、完全符合国家食品标准,并且该杯体不影响咖啡的口感,十分安全环保,有效避免了因即弃型咖啡胶囊外壳难以降解造成的环境污染问题。而且,本发明的咖啡胶囊还可以在内壁涂覆调味剂,消费者可以根据需要和口味选择涂覆有不同甜味剂或乳粉的咖啡胶囊,适应市场多层次的需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
对比例1
1)分别称取羟丙基纤维素30g、丙烯酸树脂IV号10g、瓜尔胶18份、羧甲基葡甘聚糖6g、麦芽精9g、淀粉6g;将各组分溶于200份水中,于75℃搅拌40min,得到混合均匀的糊化的浆液;
2)脱气后用延流法在成膜器中成膜,于50℃下干燥剥膜,得到流延膜;
3)将步骤2)得到的流延膜于模具中吹塑热压定型,得到杯体。
对比例2
1)分别称取羟丙基纤维素10g、丙烯酸树脂IV号40g、瓜尔胶18份、羧甲基葡甘聚糖6g、麦芽精9g、淀粉6g;将各组分溶于200份水中,于75℃搅拌40min,得到混合均匀的糊化的浆液;
2)脱气后用延流法在成膜器中成膜,于50℃下干燥剥膜,得到流延膜;
3)将步骤2)得到的流延膜于模具中吹塑热压定型,得到杯体。
实施例1咖啡胶囊杯体的制备
1)分别称取羟丙基纤维素20g、丙烯酸树脂IV号30g、瓜尔胶10份、羧甲基葡甘聚糖5g、麦芽精7g、淀粉5g;将各组分溶于200份水中,于70℃搅拌30min,得到混合均匀的糊化的浆液;
2)脱气后用延流法在成膜器中成膜,于50℃下干燥剥膜,得到流延膜;
3)将步骤2)得到的流延膜于模具中吹塑热压定型,得到杯体。
实施例2咖啡胶囊杯体的制备
1)分别称取羟丙基纤维素30g、丙烯酸树脂IV号40g、瓜尔胶25份、羧甲基葡甘聚糖8g、麦芽精12g、淀粉8g;将各组分溶于200份水中,于80℃搅拌30~50min,得到混合均匀的糊化的浆液;
2)脱气后用延流法在成膜器中成膜,于50℃下干燥剥膜,得到流延膜;
3)将步骤2)得到的流延膜于模具中吹塑热压定型,得到杯体。
实施例3咖啡胶囊杯体的制备
1)分别称取羟丙基纤维素25g、丙烯酸树脂IV号35g、瓜尔胶18份、羧甲基葡甘聚糖6g、麦芽精9g、淀粉6g;将各组分溶于200份水中,于75℃搅拌40mmin,得到混合均匀的糊化的浆液;
2)脱气后用延流法在成膜器中成膜,于50℃下干燥剥膜,得到流延膜;
3)将步骤2)得到的流延膜于模具中吹塑热压定型,得到杯体;
4)在步骤3)得到的杯体的内壁涂覆乳粉。
实施例4咖啡胶囊杯体的制备
1)分别称取羟丙基纤维素20g、丙烯酸树脂IV号40g、瓜尔胶15份、羧甲基葡甘聚糖5g、麦芽精12g、淀粉5g;将各组分溶于200份水中,于80℃搅拌50min,得到混合均匀的糊化的浆液;
2)脱气后用延流法在成膜器中成膜,于50℃下干燥剥膜,得到流延膜;
3)将步骤2)得到的流延膜于模具中吹塑热压定型,得到杯体。
4)在步骤3)得到的杯体的内壁涂覆三氯蔗糖和乳粉。
实施例5咖啡胶囊杯体的制备
1)分别称取羟丙基纤维素23g、丙烯酸树脂IV号34g、瓜尔胶20份、羧甲基葡甘聚糖8g、麦芽精7g、淀粉8g;将各组分溶于200份水中,于78℃搅拌35min,得到混合均匀的糊化的浆液;
2)脱气后用延流法在成膜器中成膜,于50℃下干燥剥膜,得到流延膜;
3)将步骤2)得到的流延膜于模具中吹塑热压定型,得到杯体。
4)在步骤3)得到的杯体的内壁涂覆阿斯巴甜。
实施例6性能检测
一)试样的准备
在根据实施例1~5以及对比例1~2制备的咖啡胶囊杯体中分别随机取10只杯体作为试样。
二)性能检测
1)力学性能检测
对上述试样分别进行强度和伸长率的检测,结果如表1所示:

由表1可见,羟丙基纤维素和丙烯酸树脂IV号的用量比例直接影响到杯体的拉伸强度和撕裂强度,拉伸强度和撕裂强度过小容易导致热压吹塑定型时的次品率升高,导致生产成本增加。
2)水蒸汽透过率
对上述试样分别测试其水蒸汽透过率,检测环境的湿度为50%,检测结果如表2所示:

由表2可知,羟丙基纤维素和丙烯酸树脂IV号的用量比例直接影响到杯体的水蒸汽透过量,而对比例1和对比例2的水蒸汽透过量显然无法实现保鲜的效果。
实施例7咖啡胶囊
如图1所示,根据本发明的咖啡胶囊包括咖啡胶囊杯体101、杯体封口膜102、密闭在咖啡胶囊杯体101中的速溶咖啡粉103。在咖啡胶囊杯体101的内壁还可以涂覆有甜味剂或乳粉。咖啡胶囊杯体101使用实施例1~5中制备的杯体,相应的杯体封口膜102使用实施例1~5中步骤2)中制备的流延膜。在封膜1021和咖啡粉103之间的间隙104中可以充入氮气或惰性气体,以利于速溶咖啡粉的保鲜。
以上,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书的保护范围为准。

1.一种可溶解的咖啡胶囊杯体,其特征在于,所述咖啡胶囊杯体以重量份计由以下组分构成:

所述咖啡胶囊杯体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照相应的重量份称取适量的组份,将各组分溶于200份水中,于70~80℃搅拌30~50min,得到混合均匀的糊化的浆液;
2)脱气后用流延法在成膜器中成膜,于50℃下干燥剥膜,得到流延膜;
3)将步骤2)得到的流延膜于模具中吹塑热压定型,得到杯体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的咖啡胶囊杯体,其特征在于,所述咖啡胶囊杯体以重量份计由以下组份构成:

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的咖啡胶囊杯体,其特征在于,所述咖啡胶囊杯体的内壁涂覆有调味层;所述调味层包含甜味剂和/或乳粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的咖啡胶囊杯体,其特征在于,所述调味层中还包含羧甲基淀粉钠,所述羧甲基淀粉钠在调味层中的质量分数为5%~7%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的咖啡胶囊杯体,其特征在于,所述甜味剂选自蔗糖、果糖、三氯蔗糖、乳糖、葡萄糖和阿斯巴甜中的一种或多种。
6.如权利要求1所述的咖啡胶囊杯体,其特征在于,所述制备方法还包括:
