本发明涉及水果加工机械技术领域,具体涉及一种自动香蕉切片机,包括机架、切片装置、输送装置和控制模块,切片装置横向固定于机架,切片装置设有若干圆锯片,相邻两个圆锯片的距离与香蕉片的厚度相等,圆锯片连接旋转轴,输送装置移动安装在机架上,沿着机架纵向移动,输送装置设有香蕉框,香蕉框可一次性装入大量香蕉,香蕉框上设有若干纵向的锯片切口,每个锯片切口均对齐一个圆锯片,控制模块控制切片装置的开启和关闭,控制输送装置的前进和后退,只需往香蕉框中一次性装入大量香蕉,打开切割机开关,控制器就会控制整个切片过程,将香蕉框中的大量香蕉一次性切成香蕉片,结构简单,操作方便,加工效率高。

本发明涉及水果加工机械技术领域,具体涉及一种自动香蕉切片机。
背景技术
香蕉是淀粉质丰富的有益水果,味甘性寒,可清热润肠,促进肠胃蠕动,根据“热者寒之”的原理,最适合燥热人士享用,痔疮出血者、因燥热而致胎动不安者,都可生吃蕉肉,新鲜香蕉不可长期存放。随着香蕉的需求越来越高,香蕉制品也越来越丰富,香蕉片就是常见的一种香蕉制品,需求量越来越大,但对于香蕉切片机的研究还不成熟,大多数生产是用小型切片刀将香蕉切片,效率低。目前在工业化生产中所用的香蕉切片机,都是果蔬切片机,结构复杂,成本高,效率低。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种自动香蕉切片机,解决香蕉切成片成本高、效率低的问题。
本发明方案如下:一种自动香蕉切片机,包括机架、切片装置、输送装置和控制模块,所述切片装置固定于所述机架上,所述机架包括支撑架、第一导轨和香蕉片储存仓,所述第一导轨纵向固定设于所述支撑架的上部,所述香蕉片储存仓固定连接所述支撑架;所述切片装置包括电机、旋转轴和若干个圆锯片,所述电机固定于所述支撑架上,所述旋转轴与所述电机的输出轴固定连接,所述旋转轴横向布置,若干个所述圆锯片沿所述旋转轴的轴向固定于所述旋转轴上,相邻两个所述圆锯片的间距与香蕉片的厚度相等,所述圆锯片位于所述香蕉片储存仓的上方;所述输送装置包括移动架和香蕉框,所述香蕉框包括前框和后框,所述前框和后框之间设有断口,所述香蕉框均匀设有若干纵向贯穿的锯片切口,所述锯片切口数量与所述圆锯片数量相等,每个所述锯片切口均对齐一个所述圆锯片,所述前框和后框的一侧分别设有手柄,所述手柄转动连接所述移动架,所述移动架的底部设有电动小车,所述电动小车与所述第一导轨滑动连接,所述移动架固定设有伸缩杆于所述手柄的下方,所述伸缩杆的活动端固定连接所述手柄;所述控制模块包括控制器和位置传感器,所述控制器固定于所述移动架上,所述位置传感器分别固定设于所述支撑架的前端和后端,所述位置传感器用于感应移动架的起始位置和结束位置,所述控制器电连接所述电机、伸缩杆、电动小车和位置传感器,所述控制器用于控制电机的开启和关闭、香蕉框的打开和闭合、移动架的前进和后退。
进一步地,所述第一导轨布置方向与所述圆锯片的切割方向平行。
进一步地,所述前框和后框前后对称,所述前框设有前挡板和前底板,所述后框设有后挡板和后底板,所述断口设于所述前底板和后底板之间。
进一步地,所述移动架包括第一移动架、第二移动架和推柄,所述推柄一端固定连接所述第一移动架,所述推柄的另一端固定连接所述第二移动架,所述推柄高于所述香蕉框,所述第一移动架设有第一水平板和第一竖板,所述第二移动架设有第二水平板和第二竖板,所述第一竖板和第二竖板分别位于所述香蕉框的两侧,所述手柄转动连接所述第一竖板,所述伸缩杆的固定端固定设于所述第一水平板上。
进一步地,所述支撑架的两侧分别固定设有两个横向对齐的轴承座,所述轴承座中安装有轴承,所述旋转轴分别套设于所述轴承中。
进一步地,所述支撑架上设有支撑板,所述电机固定于所述支撑板上,所述电机外设有防尘罩,所述防尘罩固定于所述支撑板上,防止灰尘进入所述电机,减少所述电机的寿命。
进一步地,所述第一导轨的两端分别设有导轨限位块,防止所述电动小车滑出。
由于采取上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的一种自动香蕉切片机,设有机架、切片装置和输送装置,切片装置横向固定于机架,切片装置设有若干圆锯片,相邻两个圆锯片之间的距离与香蕉片的厚度相等,圆锯片切割香蕉就可以得到规定厚度的香蕉片。输送装置移动安装在机架上,可沿着机架纵向移动,移动方向跟圆锯片的切割方向一致,输送装置设有香蕉框,香蕉框可一次性装入大量香蕉,香蕉框上设有纵向的锯片切口,每个锯片切口均纵向对齐一个圆锯片,圆锯片从锯片切口中通过对香蕉进行切片,只需往香蕉框中一次性装入大量香蕉,启动切片机,控制器就会控制电动小车带动输送装置往圆锯片方向移动,香蕉框中的香蕉被圆锯片切割成香蕉片,操作方便,加工效率高。香蕉框的底部设有横向的断口,香蕉框一侧设有手柄,手柄固定连接伸缩杆的活动端,位置传感器感应到香蕉框移动到结束位置并传递给控制器,控制器控制伸缩杆下降带动手柄转动,进而打开香蕉框,在断口处形成一个大口子,香蕉框中的香蕉片从形成大口子落入香蕉片储存仓中,无需耗人工将香蕉片取出,出料方便快捷,整个切割出料过程自动控制,结构简单,成本低,效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
参照图1所示,一种自动香蕉切片机,包括一个机架、一个切片装置、一个输送装置和一个控制模块,切片装置固定于机架上,机架包括一个支撑架11、两根第一导轨12和一个香蕉片储存仓15,第一导轨12纵向固定设于支撑架11的上部,两根第一导轨12分别位于支撑架11的两侧,香蕉片储存仓15固定连接支撑架11,香蕉片储存仓15下部设有出料口,支撑架11上设有支撑板14,支撑架11的两侧分别固定设有两个横向对齐的轴承座16,轴承座16中安装有轴承。切片装置包括电机22、旋转轴23和若干个圆锯片21,电机22固定于支撑板14上,电机22外设有防尘罩24,防尘罩24固定于支撑板14上,防止灰尘进入电机22,减少电机22的寿命,旋转轴23与电机22的输出轴固定连接,旋转轴23横向布置,旋转轴23的两端分别套设于轴承中,若干个圆锯片21沿旋转轴23的轴向固定于旋转轴23上,相邻两个圆锯片21的间距与香蕉片的厚度相等,圆锯片21的切割方向与第一导轨12布置方向平行,圆锯片21位于香蕉片储存仓15的上方。输送装置包括移动架和香蕉框,香蕉框包括前框32和后框31,前框32和后框31前后对称,前框32设有前挡板和前底板,后框31设有后挡板和后底板,前底板和后底板之间设有断口33,香蕉框均匀设有若干纵向贯穿的锯片切口34,每个锯片切口34均对齐一个圆锯片21,锯片切口34数量与圆锯片21数量相等,前框32和后框31的一侧分别设有手柄35。移动架包括第一移动架41、第二移动架42和推柄43,推柄43一端固定连接第一移动架41,推柄43的另一端固定连接第二移动架42,推柄43高于香蕉框,第一移动架41设有第一水平板和第一竖板,第二移动架42设有第二水平板和第二竖板,第一竖板和第二竖板分别位于香蕉框的两侧,手柄35转动连接第一竖板,第一水平板上固定连接有伸缩杆45,伸缩杆45竖直布置于手柄35的下方,伸缩杆45的活动端固定连接手柄35,第一水平板和第二水平板的底部分别设有电动小车44,电动小车44与第一导轨12滑动连接,第一导轨12的两端分别设有导轨限位块13,防止电动小车44滑出。控制模块包括控制器51和位置传感器52,控制器51固定于第一移动架41上,位置传感器52分别固定设于支撑架11的前端和后端的上部,位置传感器52用于感应移动架的起始位置和结束位置,控制器51电连接电机22、伸缩杆45、电动小车44和位置传感器52,控制器51用于控制电机22的开启和关闭、香蕉框的打开和闭合、移动架的前进和后退。
香蕉切片机的工作过程:工人将香蕉装入香蕉框后,启动切片机,控制器51就会控制电动小车44带动输送装置往圆锯片21方向移动,香蕉框中的香蕉被圆锯片21切割成香蕉片,香蕉框的底部设有横向的断口33,香蕉框一侧设有手柄35,手柄35固定连接伸缩杆45的活动端,在圆锯片21将香蕉全部切割成香蕉片后,位置传感器52感应到香蕉框移动到结束位置并传递给控制器51,控制器51控制伸缩杆45下降带动手柄35转动,进而打开香蕉框,在断口33处形成一个大口子,香蕉框中的香蕉片从形成大口子落入香蕉片储存仓15中。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的一种自动香蕉切片机可一次性将大量的香蕉切成香蕉片,整个切割过程自动控制,工人只需将香蕉放入香蕉框即可,结构简单,操作方便,生产成本低,效率高。

1.一种自动香蕉切片机,包括机架、切片装置、输送装置和控制模块,所述切片装置固定于所述机架上,其特征在于:
所述机架包括支撑架、第一导轨和香蕉片储存仓,所述第一导轨纵向固定设于所述支撑架的上部,所述香蕉片储存仓固定连接所述支撑架;
所述切片装置包括电机、旋转轴和若干个圆锯片,所述电机固定于所述支撑架上,所述旋转轴与所述电机的输出轴固定连接,所述旋转轴横向布置,若干个所述圆锯片沿所述旋转轴的轴向固定于所述旋转轴上,相邻两个所述圆锯片的间距与香蕉片的厚度相等,所述圆锯片位于所述香蕉片储存仓的上方;
所述输送装置包括移动架和香蕉框,所述香蕉框包括前框和后框,所述前框和后框之间设有断口,所述香蕉框均匀设有若干纵向贯穿的锯片切口,所述锯片切口数量与所述圆锯片数量相等,每个所述锯片切口均对齐一个所述圆锯片,所述前框和后框的一侧分别设有手柄,所述手柄转动连接所述移动架,所述移动架的底部设有电动小车,所述电动小车与所述第一导轨滑动连接,所述移动架固定设有伸缩杆于所述手柄的下方,所述伸缩杆的活动端固定连接所述手柄;
所述控制模块包括控制器和位置传感器,所述控制器固定于所述移动架上,所述位置传感器分别固定设于所述支撑架的前端和后端,所述位置传感器用于感应移动架的起始位置和结束位置,所述控制器电连接所述电机、伸缩杆、电动小车和位置传感器,所述控制器用于控制电机的开启和关闭、香蕉框的打开和闭合、移动架的前进和后退。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动香蕉切片机,其特征在于:所述第一导轨布置方向与所述圆锯片的切割方向平行。
