This comparative example was the same formulation as example 1, except for the following points.

This comparative example was the same formulation as example 1, except for the following points.

This comparative example was the same formulation as example 1, except for the following points.
Step S2 is: and (3) performing supercritical fluid extraction on the Chinese medicinal powder prepared in the step S1 at the extraction temperature of 60 ℃ for 1h and the extraction pressure of 20MPa, and recovering to obtain an extract product.
Comparative example 8
This comparative example was the same formulation as example 1, except for the following points.
Step S2 is: and (3) performing supercritical fluid extraction on the Chinese medicinal powder prepared in the step S1 at the extraction temperature of 60 ℃ for 1h and the extraction pressure of 40MPa, and recovering to obtain an extract product.
Application example 1
The extracts of the traditional Chinese medicine compositions of examples 1 to 11 and comparative examples 1 to 8 were separated and weighed by combining a single variable method, the extraction rates were calculated, the results obtained were examples 1 to 11 and comparative examples 1 to 8, respectively, and the influence of the formulation composition, the pulverization particle size, the extraction temperature, and the extraction pressure on the extraction rate was judged. The extraction rate is the weight of the extract multiplied by 100 percent per the total weight of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials. Specific results are shown in table 1 below.

In the above data, the extraction rates of examples 1 to 5 are higher than those of examples 1 to 5, wherein the extraction rate of example 5 is the highest, and the extraction rates of examples 3 and 4 times are lower, so the formulations of examples 1 to 5 are better, and the formulation of example 5 is the best; comparing examples 1, 6 and 7 with comparative examples 3 and 4, it is found that the extraction rate of example 1 is slightly higher than examples 6 and 7, and much higher than comparative examples 3 and 4, so the particle size of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials of examples 1, 6 and 7 is better, and the particle size of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials of example 1 is optimal; comparing examples 1, 8 and 9 with comparative examples 5 and 6, the extraction rate of example 1 is slightly higher than examples 8 and 9, and is much higher than comparative examples 5 and 6, so the extraction temperature of examples 1, 8 and 9 is better, and the extraction temperature of example 1 is the best; comparing examples 1, 10 and 11 with comparative examples 7 and 8, it can be seen that the extraction rate of example 1 is slightly higher than that of examples 10 and 11, and is much higher than that of comparative examples 7 and 8, so the extraction pressure of examples 1, 10 and 11 is better, and the extraction pressure of example 1 is the best.
Application example 2
The anti-anxiety model test of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is carried out by adopting a mouse tail suspension method.
1. And (3) inspecting materials: SD male Kunming rat, body weight 200 + -20 g; male Kunming mice, body weight 20 + -2 g.
2. Test set
(1) Rat light and dark box test
80 SD rats were randomly selected and randomly divided into A, B, C, D, E implementation groups, A, B comparison groups, and a blank control group. Each rat in groups A to E was fed the extract of the Chinese medicinal composition of examples 1 to 5 in an amount of 0.4ml/2g, each rat in group A, B was fed the extract of the Chinese medicinal composition of comparative examples 1 and 2 in an amount of 0.4ml/2g, and each rat in the blank control group was fed physiological saline in an amount of 0.4ml/2 g. Before the medicine is fed, the rats in each group are placed in the center of a bright room of a shuttle device of a bright and dark box, the number of times that the rats pass through the bright and dark box as a circular hole of a middle clapboard within 15min is observed, and then 11: 00 feeding the rats in each group on time for 8 days, and observing the times of the rats passing through the circular holes of the middle partition plate of the light and dark box within 15min after feeding the rats for 2 hours on the 3 rd, 5 th and 8 th days.
(2) Mouse ladder test
Another 80 mice were randomly selected and randomly divided into groups a, b, c, d, and e, and groups a and b and a blank control group were compared. Each mouse in the groups a to e was fed with the extract of the Chinese medicinal composition of examples 1 to 5 in an amount of 0.4ml/2g, each mouse in the groups a and b was fed with the extract of the Chinese medicinal composition of comparative examples 1 and 2 in an amount of 0.4ml/2g, and each mouse in the blank control was fed with physiological saline in an amount of 0.4ml/2 g. Before the medicine is fed, the mouse is placed at the bottom of the ladder, the ladder is back to the ladder, the number of steps for the mouse to climb over the ladder and the number of times of standing within 10min are observed, and then 11: 00 Each group of mice is fed with the medicine on time for 8 days, and the number of steps of climbing and standing of the mice within 10min is observed after the medicine is fed for 2 hours on the 3 rd, 5 th and 8 th days.
3. Test results
The influence of the extract of the traditional Chinese medicine composition on the number of times that a rat passes through a light box and a dark box and the influence on the number of climbing stairs and the number of standing times of a mouse are shown in the following tables 2 and 3.

The data result shows that the extract of the traditional Chinese medicine composition can obviously increase the times of passing through light and dark boxes by rats, increase the ladder climbing number of the mice, reduce the standing times of the mice and has the function of antianxiety. Of these, examples 1 to 5 were significantly more effective than comparative examples 1 and 2, and example 5 had the best antidepressant effect.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating blood stasis type anxiety disorder is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of angelica sinensis, 7-17 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 7-17 parts of radix rehmanniae, 5-15 parts of red peony root, 5-15 parts of peach kernel, 5-15 parts of safflower, 5-15 parts of radix bupleuri, 5-15 parts of rhizoma cyperi, 5-15 parts of raw malt, 5-15 parts of poria with hostwood, 5-15 parts of calamus and 18-32 parts of dens draconis;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing the raw materials including Chinese angelica, salvia miltiorrhiza, radix rehmanniae, red paeony root, peach kernel, safflower, radix bupleuri, rhizoma cyperi, raw malt, poria with hostwood, calamus and dens draconis according to parts by weight, crushing, and sieving by a 40-80-mesh sieve to prepare traditional Chinese medicine powder for later use;
and S2, performing supercritical fluid extraction on the Chinese medicinal powder prepared in the S1 at the extraction temperature of 55-65 ℃ for 1-2 h under the extraction pressure of 25-35 MPa, and recovering to obtain an extract product.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating blood stasis type anxiety disorder as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 8-12 parts of angelica sinensis, 10-14 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 10-14 parts of radix rehmanniae, 8-12 parts of radix paeoniae rubra, 8-12 parts of peach kernel, 8-12 parts of safflower, 8-12 parts of radix bupleuri, 8-12 parts of rhizoma cyperi, 8-12 parts of raw malt, 8-12 parts of poria with hostwood, 8-12 parts of calamus and 23-27 parts of dens draconis.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating blood stasis type anxiety disorder as claimed in claim 2, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of angelica sinensis, 12 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 12 parts of radix rehmanniae, 10 parts of red peony root, 10 parts of peach kernel, 10 parts of safflower, 10 parts of radix bupleuri, 10 parts of rhizoma cyperi, 10 parts of raw malt, 10 parts of poria with hostwood, 10 parts of calamus and 25 parts of dens draconis.
