Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗防护技术领域, 特别是涉及一种医用抗菌ABS复合板材。
背景技术
目前医用X射线防辐射材料一般使用铅玻璃,但铅玻璃具有不易加工、价格昂贵、易损坏、维护成本高等缺点,故需要研发一种医疗用防辐射板材,同时具有防静电、隔音和抗菌等多功能的复合医疗用板材。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,克服以上现有技术的缺陷,提供一种可综合ABS板层和TPU板层两种材料的优点,含防静电和隔音多种功能的板材。TPU为聚氨酯,为优良的热塑性材料,环保,且具有优异的防腐性能、弹性和抗冲击性能,在加热到其软化点时具有优异的成型性能,因此可以根据实际生产需要加工成不同的形状。
本发明的技术方案是:一种医用抗菌ABS复合板材,其特征在于,包括ABS板层、TPU板层和防辐射层,所述ABS板层、TPU板层之间设有防辐射层,TPU板层还设置有防菌母粒层,所述防菌母粒层内部安置有纵横交错的网筋。
进一步的,所述ABS板层的厚度为3-8mm,所述TPU板层的厚度为2-7mm。
进一步的,所述ABS板层、TPU板层均通过强力胶水与防辐射层固定连接。
进一步的,所述ABS板层、TPU板层均由板材挤出机挤出成型。
进一步的,ABS板层涂覆有防火面漆层,具有防火的作用。
进一步的,防菌母粒层设置有防静电镀膜。
进一步的,所述防辐射层为不低于0.3mm铅当量的铅皮。
本发明所达到的有益效果:本发明所述一种医用抗菌ABS复合板材通过防辐射层的设置,具有易加工、易成型、易维护,用途比较广以及具有很好的防X射线的效果;所述一种医用抗菌ABS复合板材通过ABS板层、TPU板层的设置具有良好的静曲强度和抗变形能力,可应用于医院达到卫生抗菌等级;所述一种医用抗菌ABS复合板材通过防菌母粒层的设置,具有抗菌性,使该板材具有一定的杀菌能力,减少细菌的滋生,起到保护人体健康的目的;通过防静电镀膜的设置,不会产生静电,起到有效避免因静电作用吸尘而造成的灰尘及细菌积聚。

如图1所示,一种医用抗菌ABS复合板材,其特征在于,包括ABS板层2、TPU板层4和防辐射层3,所述ABS板层1、TPU板层4之间设有防辐射层3,TPU板层还设置有防菌母粒层5,所述防菌母粒层5内部安置有纵横交错的网筋,所述ABS板层的厚度为3-8mm,所述TPU板层的厚度为2-7mm,所述ABS板层、TPU板层均通过强力胶水与防辐射层固定连接,所述ABS板层、TPU板层均由板材挤出机挤出成型,所述防辐射层为1mm铅当量的铅皮,ABS板层涂覆有防火面漆层1,具有防火的作用,防菌母粒层5上方设置有防静电镀膜。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种医用抗菌ABS复合板材,其特征在于,包括ABS板层、TPU板层和防辐射层,所述ABS板层、TPU板层之间设有防辐射层,TPU板层还设置有防菌母粒层,所述防菌母粒层内部安置有纵横交错的网筋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用抗菌ABS复合板材,其特征是,所述ABS板层的厚度为3-8mm,所述TPU板层的厚度为2-7mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用抗菌ABS复合板材,其特征是,所述ABS板层、TPU板层均通过强力胶水与防辐射层固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用抗菌ABS复合板材,其特征是,所述ABS板层、TPU板层均由板材挤出机挤出成型。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用抗菌ABS复合板材,其特征是,防菌母粒层设置有防静电镀膜。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用抗菌ABS复合板材,其特征是,ABS板层涂覆有防火面漆层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用抗菌ABS复合板材,其特征是,所述防辐射层为不低于0.3mm铅当量的铅皮。
