Referring to fig. 12-15, the reed pipe blowing and stretching device 5 comprises a reed pipe blowing mechanism, a reed pipe stretching mechanism and a material containing plate 53;
the reed pipe blowing mechanism comprises a fixing device 511, a clamping device 512 and a blowing device 513, wherein the fixing device 511 is oppositely arranged at two sides of the rear end of the material containing plate 53 and used for fixing the rear end of the reed pipe, the clamping device 512 is arranged at the front end of the material containing plate 53 and used for clamping the front end of the closed reed pipe, and the blowing device 513 is arranged at the rear end of the fixing device 511 and used for inflating from the rear end of the reed pipe;
the reed pipe stretching mechanism comprises a first translation driving module 521, a first traction device 522, a first shaping device 523, a second translation driving module 524, a second traction device 525 and a second shaping device 526, wherein the first traction device 522 comprises a first traction magnet 5222, the second traction device 525 comprises a second traction magnet 5252, the first translation driving module 521 and the second translation driving module 524 are arranged on one side of the material containing plate 53, the first translation driving module 521 is in driving connection with the first traction device 522 and the first shaping device 523, the second translation driving module 524 is in driving connection with the second traction device 525 and the second shaping device 526, the first translation driving module 521 drives the first traction device 522 and the first shaping device 523 to move along the extending direction of the material containing plate 53, the second translation driving module 524 drives the second traction device 525 and the second shaping device 526 to move along the extending direction of the material containing plate 53, the first traction magnet 5222 and the second traction magnet 5252 are used for sucking the tension springs to the two ends of the specified length of the second traction spring pipes, and the two ends of the specified length of the second traction springs are pressed by the second shaping device 523 after the two ends of the specified length of the reed pipes are shaped.
The operating principle of the reed pipe blowing and stretching device 5 is as follows: the first translation driving module 521 drives the first traction device 522 and the first traction device 522 to move forwards along the material containing plate 53 together, drives the first traction magnetic block 5222 to absorb the front end of the reed pipe to move forwards, the first profiling device compresses the front end of the reed pipe after moving, then the second translation driving module 524 drives the second traction device 525 and the second shaping device 526 to move backwards along the material containing plate 53 together, drives the second traction magnetic block 5252 to absorb the rear end of the reed pipe to move backwards, and the second shaping device 526 compresses the rear end of the reed pipe after moving to shape the reed pipe; in the shaping process, the fixing device 511 fixes the rear end of the reed pipe, the clamping device 512 clamps the front end of the closed reed pipe, and the air blowing device 513 inflates the reed pipe from the rear end of the reed pipe to expand the reed pipe; after the reed pipe is shaped, the first profiling device and the second shaping device 526 loosen the two ends of the reed pipe, the air blowing device 513 stops blowing air, the fixing device 511 and the clamping device 512 loosen the two ends of the reed pipe, and the processing is completed.
Specifically, the fixing device 511 includes a left fixing block 5111, a right fixing block 5112, a left driving device 5113, and a right driving device 5114, where the left fixing block 5111 and the right fixing block 5112 are disposed opposite to each other, semi-circular holes with a radius equal to that of the reed tube are disposed on the inner sides of the left fixing block 5111 and the right fixing block 5112, the left driving device 5113 is in driving connection with the left fixing block 5111, the right driving device 5114 is in driving connection with the right fixing block 5112, and the left driving device 5113 and the right driving device 5114 drive the left fixing block 5111 and the right fixing block 5112 to open and close inwards.
By adopting the scheme, the left driving device 5113 and the right driving device 5114 drive the left fixing block 5111 and the right fixing block 5112 to open and close inwards, and are used for fixing one end of the reed pipe, so that the reed pipe can be inflated conveniently.
Specifically, the clamping device 512 includes a lifting driving device 5121, a clamping member 5124 driving device 5122, a fixing member 5123, and a clamping member 5124, where the fixing member 5123 and the clamping member 5124 are vertically disposed, the lifting driving device 5121 is disposed above the material containing plate 53 and is in driving connection with the fixing member 5123 and the clamping member 5124 driving device 5122, the lifting driving device 5121 drives the fixing member 5123 and the clamping member 5124 driving device 5122 to move up and down together, the clamping member 5124 driving device 5122 is in driving connection with the clamping member 5124, and the driving direction of the clamping member 5124 driving device 5122 is horizontal and transverse, and the clamping member 5124 driving device 5122 drives the clamping member 5124 to move left and right so that the clamping member 5124 is attached to the fixing member 5123.
By adopting the scheme, the clamping member 5124 driving device 5122 drives the clamping member 5124 to move left and right so that the clamping member 5124 is attached to the fixing member 5123, the other end of the reed pipe can be clamped, and the reed pipe can be blown by matching with the fixing device 511 to fix one end of the reed pipe, so that the reed pipe can be expanded.
Specifically, the air blowing device 513 includes an air nozzle 5131 and an air pump 5132, one end of the air nozzle 5131 is conical and is disposed at the rear end of the fixing device 511, and the other end of the air nozzle 5131 is connected with the air pump 5132.
By adopting the scheme, one end of the air tap 5131 is conical and is arranged at the rear end of the fixing device 511, and the air tap 5131 can inflate one end of the reed pipe through the air pump 5132, so that the reed pipe is inflated.
Specifically, the first traction device 522 further includes a first traction driving device 5221, where the first traction driving device 5221 is disposed above the material containing plate 53 and is in driving connection with the first traction magnetic block 5222, the first traction driving device 5221 drives the first traction magnetic block 5222 to move up and down, and a semicircular first traction groove 5223 with a radius equal to that of the reed pipe is disposed at the lower end of the first traction magnetic block 5222;
the second traction device 525 further comprises a second traction driving device 5251, the second traction driving device 5251 is arranged above the material containing plate 53 and is in driving connection with the second traction magnetic block 5252, the second traction driving device 5251 drives the second traction magnetic block 5252 to move up and down, and a semicircular second traction groove 5253 with the radius equal to that of the reed pipe is arranged at the lower end of the second traction magnetic block 5252.
With the above scheme, the first traction driving device 5221 drives the first traction magnetic block 5222 to move up and down, and the second traction driving device 5251 drives the second traction magnetic block 5252 to move up and down, so as to suck two ends of the reed pipe.
Specifically, the first shaping device 523 includes a first shaping driving device 5231 and a first shaping block 5232, where the first shaping driving device 5231 is disposed above the material containing plate 53 and is in driving connection with the first shaping block 5232, the first shaping driving device 5231 drives the first shaping block 5232 to move up and down, and a semicircular first shaping groove 5233 with a radius equal to that of the reed pipe is disposed at the lower end of the first shaping block 5232;
the second shaping device 526 includes a second shaping driving device 5261 and a second shaping block 5262, where the second shaping driving device 5261 is disposed above the material containing plate 53 and is in driving connection with the second shaping block 5262, the second shaping driving device 5261 drives the second shaping block 5262 to move up and down, and a semicircular second shaping groove 5263 with a radius equal to that of the reed pipe is disposed at the lower end of the second shaping block 5262.
By adopting the scheme, the first shaping driving device 5231 drives the first shaping block 5232 to move up and down, and the second shaping driving device 5261 drives the second shaping block 5262 to move up and down, so as to press the two ends of the stretched reed pipe to shape the reed pipe.
Specifically, the first translation driving module 521 includes a first translation driving motor 5211, a first translation driving screw 5212, a first translation screw nut 5213, and a first support plate 5214, wherein a shaft of the first translation driving motor 5211 is connected with the first translation driving screw 5212 through a coupling, the first translation driving screw 5212 is parallel to the loading plate 53, the first translation screw nut 5213 is sleeved on the first translation driving screw 5212, the first translation screw nut 5213 is fixedly connected with the first support plate 5214, and the first traction driving device 5221 and the first shaping driving device 5231 are fixedly arranged on the first support plate 5214;
the second translational driving module 524 includes a second translational driving motor 5241, a second translational driving screw 5242, a second translational screw nut 5243, and a second supporting plate 5244, where a shaft of the second translational driving motor 5241 is connected with the second translational driving screw 5242 through a coupling, the second translational driving screw 5242 is parallel to the material containing plate 53, the second translational screw nut 5243 is sleeved on the second translational driving screw 5242, the second translational screw nut 5243 is fixedly connected with the second supporting plate 5244, and the second traction driving device 5251 and the second shaping driving device 5261 are both fixedly arranged on the second supporting plate 5244.
With the above scheme, the first translation driving motor 5211 drives the first translation screw nut 5213 to move along the extending direction of the first translation driving screw 5212, and the second translation driving motor 5241 drives the second translation screw nut 5243 to move along the extending direction of the second translation driving screw 5242, so as to drive the first traction device 522 and the second traction device 525 to stretch the two ends of the reed pipe respectively.

With the above scheme, the left driving cylinder 533 and the right driving cylinder 534 drive the left material containing plate 531 and the right material containing plate 532 to move inward to open and close, and the processed reed pipe automatically falls into the discharge port below the material containing plate 53.
5) Hose feeding device
Referring to fig. 16-18, the hose feeding device 8 includes a feeding table 81, a rotating shaft 82, a conveyor belt 83, a conveying driving device 84, and a lifting support bracket 85, two ends of a table top of the feeding table 81 are respectively and transversely provided with the rotating shaft 82, rollers 86 are fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft 82, in this embodiment, each rotating shaft is respectively provided with two rollers 86, the conveyor belt 83 is sleeved outside the corresponding rollers 86, one end of the feeding table 81 is provided with the conveying driving device 84 and is in driving connection with the rotating shaft 82, at least two V-shaped blocks 87 with V-shaped sides are fixedly arranged at the edge of the rear end of the table top of the feeding table 81, the lifting support bracket 85 is arranged at the rear end of the feeding table 81, at least two V-shaped interfaces 88 with V-shaped sides are fixedly arranged at the upper end of the lifting support bracket 85, and the V-shaped interfaces 88 and the V-shaped blocks 87 are alternately arranged at intervals.
The working principle of the hose feeding device 8 is as follows: the conveying driving device 84 drives the rotating shaft 82 to rotate, drives the conveying belt 83 to move, conveys the hose from the front end of the feeding table 81 to the rear end of the feeding table 81, drops into the V-shaped block 87 at the edge of the rear end of the feeding table 81 along the hose, positions the hose, alternately sets the V-shaped interfaces 88 and the V-shaped blocks 87 at the upper end of the lifting support bracket 85 at intervals, and the lifting support bracket 85 can lift the positioned hose to an assembly station to realize automatic feeding of the hose.
Referring to the drawings, specifically, the conveying driving device 84 includes a conveying driving motor 841, a driving wheel 842, a driven wheel 843, and a belt 844, wherein the conveying driving motor 841 is fixedly disposed at one end of the table top of the feeding table 81, a shaft of the conveying driving motor 841 is fixedly connected with an inner wheel of the driving wheel 842, an inner wheel of the driven wheel 843 is fixedly connected with one end of the rotating shaft 82, the driving wheel 842 and the driven wheel 843 are disposed on the same vertical plane, and the belt 844 is sleeved outside the driving wheel 842 and the driven wheel 843.
By adopting the technical scheme, the transmission driving motor 841 is used for driving the driving wheel 842 to rotate, the belt 844 is used for driving the driven wheel 843 and the rotating shaft 82 on the driven wheel 843 to rotate together, and automatic feeding of the hose and full automation of the processing process are well realized.
Specifically, a lifting driving cylinder is connected to the lower end of the lifting support bracket 85.
By adopting the technical scheme, the lifting driving cylinder is arranged at the lower end of the lifting support bracket 85, so that the lifting support bracket 85 can be driven to ascend or descend, and the aim of feeding the hose is fulfilled.
