Abstract
本发明公开了一种钢带式还原炉还原工艺,利用钢带式还原炉进行还原,将氨分解气体充入钢带式还原炉中,控制使用温度900℃±1℃持续60分钟;进一步改进在于:氨分解气体中残氨含量≤10PPm,露点≤‑60℃,同时须除油、除水。采用本发明,可得到低氧、硫、碳的高压缩性能铁粉。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种粉末冶金还原工艺,尤其涉及一种采用钢带式还原炉的粉末冶金还原工艺。
背景技术
现有粉末冶金还原工艺一般是采用钢带式还原炉进行还原,但现有钢带式还原炉还原工艺还原质量难以保证。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种能显著提高还原质量的钢带式还原炉还原工艺。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
钢带式还原炉还原工艺,利用钢带式还原炉进行还原,其改进之处在于:将氨分解气体充入钢带式还原炉中,控制使用温度900℃±1℃持续60分钟。
优选地,所述氨分解气体中残氨含量≤10PPm,露点≤-60℃,同时须除油、除水。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:采用本发明,可得到低氧、硫、碳的高压缩性能铁粉。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
钢带式还原炉还原工艺,利用钢带式还原炉进行还原,将氨分解气体充入钢带式还原炉中,控制使用温度900℃±1℃持续60分钟。
氨分解气体中残氨含量≤10PPm,露点≤-60℃,同时须除油、除水。

1.一种钢带式还原炉还原工艺,利用钢带式还原炉进行还原,其特征在于:将氨分解气体充入钢带式还原炉中,控制使用温度900℃±1℃持续60分钟。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢带式还原炉还原工艺,其特征在于:所述氨分解气体中残氨含量≤10PPm,露点≤-60℃,同时须除油、除水。
