本发明涉及一种粉末冶金还原工艺,尤其涉及一种采用钢带式还原炉的粉末冶金还原工艺。
背景技术
二次还原是铁粉生产中最重要的工序之一,二次还原是在一次还原基础上再进行一次还原,但现有钢带式还原炉二次还原工艺还原质量难以保证。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种能显著提高二次还原质量的钢带式还原炉二次还原工艺。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
钢带式还原炉二次还原工艺,利用钢带式还原炉对一次铁粉进行还原,其改进之处在于:所述一次铁粉中:TFe≥98%,C≤0.20%,S≤0.015%,H损≤0.70%。
钢带式还原炉二次还原工艺包括以下步骤:
1)进料;
2)将氨分解气体充入钢带式还原炉中,控制使用温度900℃±1℃持续70分钟;
3)空冷;
4)水冷。
优选地,所述氨分解气体中残氨含量≤9PPm,露点≤-60℃,同时须除油、除水。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、对一次铁粉进行还原,一次铁粉中:TFe≥98%,C≤0.20%,S≤0.015%,H损≤0.70%,控制一次铁粉的质量,才能保证二次还原质量。
2、采用氨分解气体为还原气体,并控制残氨含量,还原时间,可得到低氧、硫、碳的高压缩性能铁粉。
