本发明提供了一种挤压式连续输送混拌设备,用于厌氧发酵来料预处理,实现多种生物质混拌、挤压、连续输送功能,占地空间小,噪音小,耗电量小,自动化程度高,由入料口一1,入料口二2,主搅拌机3,混拌设备支架4,混拌设备筒体5,侧搅拌器6,机械平衡阀7,出料口21,控制系统组成。
Description
技术领域
本发明专利涉及新能源设施领域,提出一种厌氧发酵预处理阶段集多种生物质混拌、挤压、连续输送多功能于一体的挤压式连续输送混拌设备。
背景技术
目前我国每年产生近10亿吨生活垃圾,桔杆产量约7亿吨,数量如此庞大的废弃资源如果不加以利用,会造成巨大的资源浪费与环境污染,利用生活垃圾,桔杆等固态有机生物质做原料经微生物厌氧发酵作用产生清洁能源-沼气和优质有机肥是综合利用的有效途径。因为厌氧发酵是需要定时、稳定、连续进料的,来料还要求工艺参数如温度、PH值等等稳定,另外单一物料厌氧发酵产气率往往不及多种物料混合厌氧发酵产气率高,所以在固态生物质厌氧发酵之前的预处理阶段,需要有一种封闭的集多种生物质混拌、挤压、连续输送多功能于一体的挤压式连续输送混拌设备,还要一个调质酸化池,分开破碎好了的以及除砂分选好的多种物料先通通进入挤压式连续输送混拌设备搅拌均匀并产生一定压力,然后自动落入到调质酸化池进行调质酸化处理,再用泵将调质酸化处理好的混合物料连续抽送到厌氧发酵罐。
目前常用的工艺为:先用运输车辆将多种物料如生活垃圾、桔杆、污泥、粪污水、菌种等倒入搅拌机进行混合搅拌破碎,然后混合均匀破碎好的物料从底部或者侧面落入连续输送机,再通过连续输送机送到厌氧发酵罐,或者直接用泵将混合均匀破碎好的物料抽送到厌氧发酵罐,这种工艺的缺陷有:不能连续混合输送,不能进行调质除砂处理,也不能提前酸化,需要在厌氧发酵罐里进行调质酸化处理,会大大的延长厌氧发酵罐里物料水力停留时间,增加厌氧发酵罐容积,物料含固率很高的话,罐内调质处理、入料出料都很麻烦。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种挤压式连续输送混拌设备,用于厌氧发酵来料预处理,实现多种生物质混拌、挤压、连续输送功能,占地空间小,噪音小,耗电量小,自动化程度高,由入料口一1,入料口二2,主搅拌机3,混拌设备支架4,混拌设备筒体5,侧搅拌器6,机械平衡阀7,出料口21,控制系统组成。
该挤压式连续输送混拌设备有两个入料口,含固率高的物料如桔杆、生活垃圾等从筒体挤压端入料口二2进入,通常靠螺旋输送机喂入物料,含固率低的流体物料如粪污水、菌种等从位于筒体混拌区上端入料口一1泵入。
主搅拌机3由主搅拌机椭叶片8,主搅拌机折叶叶片9,主搅拌机涡流平叶片10,螺旋叶片11,传动轴12,联轴节13,主搅拌机减速电机14组成,四种叶片安装位置不同,作用也不同,连续的 螺旋叶片主要起挤压连续输送作用,安装在混拌设备驱动侧,入料口二2下面,折叶叶片与涡流平叶片间隔布置,主要对物料起涡流强力搅拌作用,安装在入料口二2下面,椭园叶片起轻揉作用,并推进物料到出料口21,安装在出料口21上方,传动轴12两端通过轴承与轴承座支撑定位到混拌设备筒体5两侧端板上面,通过联轴节13与主搅拌机减速电机14直连。
混拌设备支架4为钢结构整体焊接件,用来支撑固定主搅拌机3、混拌设备筒体5、机械平衡阀7、控制柜等。
混拌设备筒体5由两个不同直径的钢制圆柱形筒体拼焊而成,通过马鞍形支撑板固定到混拌设备支架4上面,小直径筒体内为螺旋挤压输送区,靠近驱动端,上部焊接有入料口二2,大直径筒体内靠近小直径筒体侧为强力混拌区,流体内外层呈层流与湍流不同状态,上部焊接有入料口一1,大直径筒体末端内为轻揉搅拌区,底部焊接有出料口21,出料口21与机械平衡阀7装配,大直径筒体侧面安装有侧搅拌器6,用来分离拆散结团的大物料,由侧搅拌器叶片15,侧搅拌器搅拌轴16,侧搅拌器减速电机组成。
机械平衡阀7利用重力作用来自动开关出料口21,由导向轴19,圆锥顶盖20,顶盖铰座22,连杆23,支架铰座24,重力平衡铰座25,平衡杆26,重力平衡块27组成,连杆23和平衡杆26是一个整体,转角处钻孔穿销轴,销轴再穿过支架铰座24,连杆23和平衡杆26以支架铰座24孔中心线为铰点两侧上下摆动,连杆23始端钻孔穿销轴,销轴再穿过顶盖铰座22,连杆23始端通过销轴连接到顶盖铰座22上,随着连杆23上下摆动,使得与顶盖铰座22连接在一起的圆锥顶盖20也上下运动,由导向轴19,导向筒18定位保持圆锥顶盖20垂直上下运动,圆锥顶盖20尖端插入出料口21,圆锥顶盖20圆台端在下面,四周均布焊接导向轴19,导向轴19插入出料口21上对应的导向筒18里,方便定位,平衡杆26中间位置钻孔穿销轴,销轴再穿过重力平衡铰座25,平衡杆26以重力平衡铰座25孔中心线为铰点两侧上下摆动,平衡杆26末端固定有重力平衡块27,当出料口物料少,泄压力小于重力平衡块27重力时,圆锥顶盖20是顶紧出料口的,当出料口物料逐渐增多,泄压力大于重力平衡块27重力时,圆锥顶盖20下落,混合好的物料从出料口出来。控制系统采用人工就地控制,控制柜安装在混拌设备支架4上面。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明本发明涉及的具体实施方式。
本发明提供的一种挤压式连续输送混拌设备,有两个入料口,入料口二2先进料,含固率高的物料如桔杆、生活垃圾等从筒体挤压端入料口二2进入,通常靠螺旋输送机喂入物料,当含固率高的物料填满小直径筒体内螺旋挤压输送区时,入料口一1才开始泵入含固率低的流体物料如粪污水、菌种等,同时启动主搅拌机减速电机14,一边往出料口21送料,一边混合搅拌,侧搅拌器和主搅拌机3同时运行,分离拆散结团的大物料,同时也推送物料到出料口21,当出料口物料少,泄压力小于重力平衡块27重力时,圆锥顶盖20是顶紧出料口的,当出料口物料逐渐增多,泄压力大于重力平衡块27重力时,圆锥顶盖20下落,混合好的物料从出料口出来。进料是连续性进料,出料是间断出料,控制系统采用人工就地控制,控制柜安装在混拌设备支架4上面。
Claims (5)
1.一种挤压式连续输送混拌设备,用在厌氧发酵预处理阶段,实现多种生物质混拌、挤压、连续输送功能,由入料口一1、入料口二2、主搅拌机3、混拌设备支架4、混拌设备筒体5、侧搅拌器6、机械平衡阀7、出料口21、控制系统组成。
2.根据权利要求1的一种挤压式连续输送混拌设备,其特征在于出料口21带机械平衡阀7,机械平衡阀7由导向轴19、圆锥顶盖20、顶盖铰座22、连杆23、支架铰座24、重力平衡铰座25、平衡杆26、重力平衡块27组成,连杆23和平衡杆26是一个整体,转角处钻孔穿销轴,销轴再穿过支架铰座24,连杆23和平衡杆26以支架铰座24孔中心线为铰点两侧上下摆动,连杆23始端钻孔穿销轴,销轴再穿过顶盖铰座22,连杆23始端通过销轴连接到顶盖铰座22上,随着连杆23上下摆动,使得与顶盖铰座22连接在一起的圆锥顶盖20也上下运动,由导向轴19,导向筒18定位保持圆锥顶盖20垂直上下运动,圆锥顶盖20尖端插入出料口21,圆锥顶盖20圆台端在下面,四周均布焊接导向轴19,导向轴19插入出料口21上对应的导向筒18里,方便定位,平衡杆26中间位置钻孔穿销轴,销轴再穿过重力平衡铰座25,平衡杆26以重力平衡铰座25孔中心线为铰点两侧上下摆动,平衡杆26末端固定有重力平衡块27,当出料口物料少,泄压力小于重力平衡块27重力时,圆锥顶盖20是顶紧出料口的,当出料口物料逐渐增多,泄压力大于重力平衡块27重力时,圆锥顶盖20下落,混合好的物料从出料口出来。
3.根据权利要求1的一种挤压式连续输送混拌设备,其特征在于同时有主搅拌机和侧搅拌器,主搅拌机和侧搅拌器成直角布置,主搅拌轴支撑在混拌设备筒体的两个端板上,主搅拌机用来对多种物料搅拌均匀,推进物料到出料口,侧搅拌器支撑在混拌设备筒体的侧面,用来分离拆散结团的大物料。
4.根据权利要求1的一种挤压式连续输送混拌设备,其特征在于主搅拌机传动轴上安装了四种不同叶片:椭园叶片8,折叶叶片9,涡流平叶片10,连续的螺旋叶片11,安装位置不同,作用也不同,连续的螺旋叶片主要起挤压连续输送作用,折叶叶片与涡流平叶片间隔布置,主要对物料起涡流强力搅拌作用,椭园叶片起轻揉作用,并推进物料到出料口21。
5.根据权利要求1的一种挤压式连续输送混拌设备,其特征在于入料口位置不同,不同物料入料方式不同,含固率高的物料从筒体螺旋叶片11挤压端入料口二2进入,含固率低的流体物料从入料口一1泵入。
