本发明公开了一种极压型润滑脂及其制备方法,该润滑脂包括:乙基硅油基础油70‑130份、膨润土40‑60份、乙醇35‑51份、水杨酸49‑72份及二氧化钛18‑36份;其制法为将乙基硅油基础油、膨润土、乙醇、水杨酸及二氧化钛在25~50℃下搅拌混合1‑10h,利用三辊机研磨均化0.5‑3h使之均匀,即可。优点为该极压型润滑脂具有良好的氧化安定性、耐高温和极压抗磨性,能够用作高速轴承的润滑脂;同时,本发明的制备工艺简单,无需复杂的合成设备,降低了生产成本,并减轻了对环境的负荷。

本发明属于润滑脂领域,尤其涉及一种极压型润滑脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
润滑脂是工业润滑剂的重要组成部分,由于其本身固有的优良性能,不仅能满足一般的润滑要求,而且还具有良好的极压、抗磨和密封性能。广泛应用于钢铁、汽车、航空航天和军事等工业。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的第一目的是提供一种具有良好的氧化安定性、耐高温性能和极压抗磨性的极压型润滑脂;
本发明的第二目的是提供该润滑脂的制备方法。
技术方案:本发明的极压型润滑脂,按重量份数计包括如下原料:乙基硅油基础油70-130份、膨润土40-60份、乙醇35-51份、水杨酸49-72份及二氧化钛18-36份。优选的,乙基硅油基础油90-120份;膨润土45-55份;乙醇40-50份;水杨酸55-65份。
本发明制备极压型润滑脂的方法,包括如下步骤:将乙基硅油基础油、膨润土、乙醇、水杨酸及二氧化钛在25~50℃下搅拌混合1-10h,利用三辊机研磨均化0.5-3h使之均匀,即可。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的显著优点为:该极压型润滑脂具有良好的氧化安定性、耐高温性能和极压抗磨性,能够用作高速轴承的润滑脂;同时,本发明的制备工艺简单,无需复杂的合成设备,降低了生产成本,并减轻了对环境的负荷。
具体实施方式
实施例1
原料:乙基硅油基础油90份、膨润土45份、乙醇40份、水杨酸55份及二氧化钛18份。
制备方法:将乙基硅油基础油、膨润土、乙醇、水杨酸及二氧化钛在25℃下搅拌混合10h,利用三辊机研磨均化0.5h使之均匀,即可。
实施例2
原料:乙基硅油基础油120份、膨润土55份、乙醇50份、水杨酸65份及二氧化钛36份。
制备方法:将乙基硅油基础油、膨润土、乙醇、水杨酸及二氧化钛在50℃下搅拌混合1h,利用三辊机研磨均化3h使之均匀,即可。
实施例3
原料:乙基硅油基础油130份、膨润土60份、乙醇51份、水杨酸72份及二氧化钛36份。
制备方法:将乙基硅油基础油、膨润土、乙醇、水杨酸及二氧化钛在25℃下搅拌混合10h,利用三辊机研磨均化0.5h使之均匀,即可。
实施例4
原料:乙基硅油基础油70份、膨润土40份、乙醇35份、水杨酸49份及二氧化钛18份。
制备方法:将乙基硅油基础油、膨润土、乙醇、水杨酸及二氧化钛在50℃下搅拌混合1h,利用三辊机研磨均化3h使之均匀,即可。

1.一种极压型润滑脂,其特征在于按重量份数计包括如下原料:乙基硅油基础油70-130份、膨润土40-60份、乙醇35-51份、水杨酸49-72份及二氧化钛18-36份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的极压型润滑脂,其特征在于:所述乙基硅油基础油90-120份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的极压型润滑脂,其特征在于:所述膨润土45-55份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的极压型润滑脂,其特征在于:所述乙醇40-50份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的极压型润滑脂,其特征在于:所述水杨酸55-65份。
6.一种制备权利要求1所述极压型润滑脂的方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:将乙基硅油基础油、膨润土、乙醇、水杨酸及二氧化钛在25~50℃下搅拌混合1-10h,利用三辊机研磨均化0.5-3h使之均匀,即可。
