本发明公开了一种复合型润滑脂及其制备方法,该润滑脂包括:脂肪酸钙皂70‑130份、脂肪酸锂皂40‑60份、水杨酸35‑51份、月桂酸49‑72份及二异辛基二苯胺18‑36份;其制法为将脂肪酸钙皂、脂肪酸锂皂、水杨酸、月桂酸及二异辛基二苯胺在25~50℃下搅拌混合1‑10h,利用三辊机研磨均化0.5‑3h使之均匀,即可。优点为该复合型润滑脂具有良好的氧化安定性、耐高温性能和极压抗磨性,能够用作高速轴承的润滑脂;同时,本发明的制备工艺简单,无需复杂的合成设备,降低了生产成本,并减轻了对环境的负荷。

本发明属于润滑脂领域,尤其涉及一种复合型润滑脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
润滑脂是工业润滑剂的重要组成部分,由于其本身固有的优良性能,不仅能满足一般的润滑要求,而且还具有良好的极压、抗磨和密封性能。广泛应用于钢铁、汽车、航空航天和军事等工业。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的第一目的是提供一种具有良好的氧化安定性、耐高温性能和极压抗磨性的复合型润滑脂;
本发明的第二目的是提供该润滑脂的制备方法。
技术方案:本发明的复合型润滑脂,按重量份数计包括如下原料:脂肪酸钙皂70-130份、脂肪酸锂皂40-60份、水杨酸35-51份、月桂酸49-72份及二异辛基二苯胺18-36份。优选的,脂肪酸钙皂90-120份;脂肪酸锂皂45-55份;水杨酸40-50份;月桂酸55-65份。
本发明制备复合型润滑脂的方法,包括如下步骤:将脂肪酸钙皂、脂肪酸锂皂、水杨酸、月桂酸及二异辛基二苯胺在25~50℃下搅拌混合1-10h,利用三辊机研磨均化0.5-3h使之均匀,即可。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的显著优点为:该复合型润滑脂具有良好的氧化安定性、耐高温性能和极压抗磨性,能够用作高速轴承的润滑脂;同时,本发明的制备工艺简单,无需复杂的合成设备,降低了生产成本,并减轻了对环境的负荷。

实施例1
原料:脂肪酸钙皂90份、脂肪酸锂皂45份、水杨酸40份、月桂酸55份及二异辛基二苯胺18份。
制备方法:将脂肪酸钙皂、脂肪酸锂皂、水杨酸、月桂酸及二异辛基二苯胺在25℃下搅拌混合10h,利用三辊机研磨均化0.5使之均匀,即可。
实施例2
原料:脂肪酸钙皂120份、脂肪酸锂皂55份、水杨酸50份、月桂酸65份及二异辛基二苯胺36份。
制备方法:将脂肪酸钙皂、脂肪酸锂皂、水杨酸、月桂酸及二异辛基二苯胺在50℃下搅拌混合1h,利用三辊机研磨均化3h使之均匀,即可。
实施例3
原料:脂肪酸钙皂130份、脂肪酸锂皂60份、水杨酸51份、月桂酸72份及二异辛基二苯胺36份。
制备方法:将脂肪酸钙皂、脂肪酸锂皂、水杨酸、月桂酸及二异辛基二苯胺在25℃下搅拌混合10h,利用三辊机研磨均化0.5h使之均匀,即可。
实施例4
原料:脂肪酸钙皂70份、脂肪酸锂皂40份、水杨酸35份、月桂酸49份及二异辛基二苯胺18份。

6.一种制备权利要求1所述复合型润滑脂的方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:将脂肪酸钙皂、脂肪酸锂皂、水杨酸、月桂酸及二异辛基二苯胺在25~50℃下搅拌混合1-10h,利用三辊机研磨均化0.5-3h使之均匀,即可。
