Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有乳腺疏通功效的药油，将连翘、红花、当归、香附、柴胡、白芍、丹参、乳香、三七、川穹这些原料混合漂洗烘干粉碎过筛然后放入超流体萃取机的萃取器中，调整压力到萃取压力值时，温度升到萃取温度值时经过一定萃取时间后，再将压力调整至分离压力值，温度下降到分离温度值，全循环流程操作完毕从放油阀门将原料组分的萃取液提出，制得药油，本发明提取出有机原料中调理乳腺的成分并涂抹人体外表缓慢调理女性乳腺功能，安全有效的解决女性乳腺堵塞，进而提升女性乳房机体功能，安全健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及药油制作领域，具体涉及一种具有乳腺疏通功效的药油。
背景技术
现今女性越来越注意女性方面的保健，特别是孕期后的妇女往往存在乳腺疏通不畅的问题，胶囊等内服品等有增乳疏通功效的产品种类越来越多，但是这些产品多是直接进入身体，由此会产生一定的副作用和依赖性甚至会造成伤害。
发明内容
为克服以上缺点和实现以上需求，本发明制得药油可在机体外实现对女性乳房的积极调理，安全有效的起到疏通乳腺的作用。
为实现以上目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种具有乳腺疏通功效的药油，药油由按照重量份数计的如下组分制备而成：
连翘10～13份、红花7～11份、当归5～9份、香附10～15份、柴胡5～7份、白芍6～10份、丹参9～12份、乳香12～18份、三七4～8份、川穹6～10份。
为实现以上目的，本发明采用的另一技术方案是：一种具有乳腺疏通功效的药油的制备方法，包含如下步骤：
S1：将上述原料组分去除杂质后按比例均匀混合,漂洗干净并沥干。
S2：将步骤S1预处理过的原料组分放于55℃烘箱内干燥后拿出来放入粉碎机进行粉碎、过筛。
S3：将步骤S2处理过的原料组分混合夹带剂装入超流体萃取机的萃取器中,所述夹带剂和原料组分的配比1mL/g，用超临界流体CO2反复冲洗设备以排除空气，操作超流体萃取机的阀门充进CO2并进行升压升温操作，当压力升到萃取压力值时，温度升到萃取温度值时经过一定萃取时间后，打开阀门通过流量计测流量调节阀门将压力调整至分离压力值，温度下降到分离温度值，全循环流程操作完毕从放油阀门将原料组分的萃取液提出，制得药油。
作为优选，所述过筛为20目筛。
作为优选，所述夹带剂为无水乙醚。
作为优选，所述萃取压力值20～40Mpa。
作为优选，所述萃取温度值45～60℃。
作为优选，所述萃取时间90～120min。
作为优选，所述分离压力值6～15Mpa。
作为优选，所述分离温度值20～35℃。
为实现以上目的，本发明采用的另一技术方案是：一种具有乳腺疏通功效的药油的使用方法：将药油均匀涂抹于身体外表，重点涂抹于乳房外表。
本发明的显著效果是，本发明采用有机天然原料，并通过先进的超流体萃取技术高效提取出原料中调理乳腺的成分，而且本发明涂抹人体外表缓慢调理女性乳腺功能，安全有效的解决女性乳腺堵塞，进而提升女性乳房机体功能，避免了内服药等的强刺激和依赖副作用性，安全健康。
具体实施方式
实施例：一种具有乳腺疏通功效的药油，药油由按照重量份数计的如下组分制备而成：连翘12份，红花10份，当归8份，香附12份，柴胡6份，白芍9份，丹参11份，乳香16份，三七7份，川穹9份。
一种具有乳腺疏通功效的药油的制备和使用方法，包含如下步骤：
S1：将上述原料组分去除杂质后按比例均匀混合,漂洗干净并沥干。
S2：将步骤S1预处理过的原料组分放于60℃烘箱内干燥后拿出来放入粉碎机进行粉碎、过筛。
S3：将步骤S2处理过的原料组分混合上夹带剂装入超流体萃取机的萃取器中，所述夹带剂为无水乙醚，所述夹带剂和原料组分的配比1mL/g，用超临界流体CO2反复冲洗设备以排除空气，操作超流体萃取机的阀门充进CO2并进行升压升温操作，当压力升到萃取压力值35Mpa时，温度升到萃取温度值60℃经过一定萃取时间120min，打开阀门通过流量计测流量调节阀门将压力调整至分离压力值12Mpa，温度下降到分离温度值30℃，全循环流程操作完毕从放油阀门将原料组分的萃取液提出，制得药油。
使用时，将药油均匀涂抹于身体外表，重点涂抹于乳房外表。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种具有乳腺疏通功效的药油，其特征在于，药油由按照重量份数计的如下组分制备而成：连翘10～13份、红花7～11份、当归5～9份、香附10～15份、柴胡5～7份、白芍6～10份、丹参9～12份、乳香12～18份、三七4～8份、川穹6～10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有乳腺疏通功效的药油，其特征在于，一种具有乳腺疏通功效的药油的制备方法，包含如下步骤：
S1：将上述原料组分去除杂质后按比例均匀混合,漂洗干净并沥干；
S2：将步骤S1预处理过的原料组分放于55℃烘箱内干燥后拿出来放入粉碎机进行粉碎、过筛；
