背景技术
随着近年来全球性的大气臭氧耗损，使大气臭氧层遭到严重的破坏，太阳紫外线辐射强度增加。UVB是波长为315～280nm的紫外线，此类紫外线大部分被皮肤表皮所吸收，由于其阶能高，对皮肤可产生强烈的光损伤，能导致皮肤红肿、水泡、炎症、皮肤老化等症状。UVA为波长400～315nm的紫外线，可达真皮深处，并对表皮部位的黑色素起作用，导致皮肤变黑，是导致肌肤老化和严重损害的原因之一。随着人们对紫外线危害的认识与自我保护意识的加强，人们对防晒产品的要求也不断提高。目前市面上出售的防晒产品主要是由有机防晒剂和无机防晒剂配制而成。据报道，有机防晒剂的光稳定性和安全性较差，如对氨基苯甲酸、二苯酮类、二苯甲酰甲烷等对皮肤有刺激作用，而无机防晒剂又存在光催化氧化和透皮吸收等安全隐患。防晒剂的安全性已经引起人们的广泛关注，更安全的防晒产品是人们所期待的，也是化妆品研发的重点之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种吸收紫外线的防晒组合物，其能有效吸收紫外线起到防晒功效，同时还能减轻因紫外线照射造成的皮肤损伤症状，使肌肤更加健康。
为了达到上述目的，本发明提供如下的技术方案：
一种吸收紫外线的防晒组合物，包括以下重量份的组分：紫外吸收剂1-20份，抗炎剂0.3-5份，抗氧化剂0.5-5份，保湿剂0.2-3份；所述的紫外吸收剂包括山奈挥发油、山姜提取物、超细钛白粉或月见草籽粕提取物中的一种或一种以上。
进一步地，所述的组合物包括以下重量份的组分：紫外吸收剂5-18份，抗炎剂0.5-4份，抗氧化剂0.8-4.5份，保湿剂0.5-2.5份；所述的紫外吸收剂包括山奈挥发油、山姜提取物、超细钛白粉或月见草籽粕提取物中的一种或一种以上。
更进一步地，所述的组合物包括以下重量份的组分：紫外吸收剂12份，抗炎剂2.5份，抗氧化剂3份，保湿剂2份；所述的紫外吸收剂包括山奈挥发油、山姜提取物、超细钛白粉或月见草籽粕提取物中的一种或一种以上。

生物体常见的活性氧和自由基包括超氧阴离子、经基自由基、烷氧基自由基等。超氧阴离子是机体内最早产生的活性氧，当抗氧化剂清除超氧阴离子后，经基的形成过程也被迫中断。而氧化剂能通过中断活性氧和自由基的形成路径，抑制活性氧和自由基的形成，清除己经形成的自由基和活性氧，或者使其形成稳定状态失去攻击性，另外，还能修复和再生己遭受氧化损伤的组织。

本发明的有益效果如下：(1)本发明的组合物中添加的紫外吸收剂能够有效吸收紫外线同时还能够有效防护紫外线，有效发挥防晒功效，而且提供的山奈挥发油在化妆品配方中与其它油脂的相容性较好，可作为其它防晒剂的溶剂，山姜提取物和月见草籽粕提取物温和，能减少紫外辐射；(2)添加的抗炎剂可以消除因紫外线照射引发炎症因子对肌肤的伤害，而且抗炎剂由天然的植物成分组成，温和安全，其中红没药醇具有良好的皮肤相容性，消炎抑菌效果好，褐藻提取物通过与保湿剂复配，能强化效果，促进损伤肌肤修复；(3)添加的抗氧化剂能够有效帮助肌肤抵抗紫外线，从而间接起到防晒作用，其中虾青素是水溶性和脂溶性很好的强天然抗氧化剂，茶多酚对肌肤的解毒和抗辐射作用；(4)综合上，本发明防晒组合物成分能协同作用，有效吸收紫外线起到防晒功效的同时，还能减轻因紫外线照射造成的皮肤损伤症状，结合保湿剂的补水锁水作用，能使肌肤更加白皙，富有弹性。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。
实施例1
将山奈挥发油5克，桔梗提取物1.5克，虾青素3克，乳木果油2.5克和去离子水88克置于混合器中，搅拌混合均匀，即可得到所述的吸收紫外线的防晒组合物。
紫外线防护试验：
采用QB/T2410-98《防晒护肤品UVB防晒护肤效果的测定方法—紫外吸光度法》测定，其相关数据如下表1：

从表1数据可看出实施例1的防晒组合物对紫外线的阻隔率明显高于TiO2、ZnO对紫外线的阻隔率，表明本发明防晒组合物具有优异的防晒功效。
实施例2
隔离霜的制备：
将3公斤甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯、2公斤鲸蜡硬脂醇、6公斤角鲨烷、2.5公斤聚二甲基硅氧烷、4公斤辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、1.2公斤聚丙烯酰胺、0.1公斤羟苯甲酯、0.1公斤羟苯丙酯、10公斤防晒组合物混合投入油相锅加热搅拌至85度，搅拌溶解完全，将0.02公斤透明质酸钠、8公斤甘油、1.8公斤生育酚、0.5公斤卡波姆、55.78公斤去离子水混合加入水相锅中加热搅拌至85度，搅拌溶解完全，将乳化锅预热至65度，搅拌速度50转/分钟，先将水相抽入，再将油相抽入，搅拌30分钟，温度保持在85度，降温至45度加入5公斤二氧化钛，保温搅拌10分钟，降温至40度出料。
实施例3
防晒霜的制备：
将4公斤甘油硬脂酸酯、15公斤羟基硬脂酸乙基己酯、3公斤山梨坦油酸酯和15公斤防晒组合物加热至85度，搅拌至完全溶解，将7公斤羟乙基脲、0.4公斤黄原胶、55公斤去离子水加热到85度，搅拌至完全溶解，将油相和水相搅拌混匀，再加入0.4公斤苯氧乙醇和0.2公斤香精，搅拌混匀，即得防晒霜。
防晒测试：
实验动物：取健康的小鼠25只，体重为18～22g，随机分成5组，每组5只小鼠：一组为空白组(不涂防晒霜和隔离霜)，一组为对比组1(涂抹市售的隔离霜A)，一组为对比组2(涂抹市售的防晒霜B)，两组为实验组(分别涂抹实施例2的隔离霜和实施例3的防晒霜)。
实验方法：各组小鼠用0.8％的硫酸钠进行背部脱毛，暴漏6cm×6cm的测试区。涂抹化妆品之前先用温水清洗皮肤，涂抹有防晒霜、隔离霜的小鼠放在阳光模拟实验箱中1h，连续进行3个月，期间及时剃去新长出的鼠毛。最终，利用皮肤黑色素仪测试受试小鼠皮肤黑色素含量MI值，实验结果，见表2：

从表2数据可看出市售的隔离霜A、防晒霜B和实施例2隔离霜、实施例3防晒霜均能降低黑色素MI值，而实施例2隔离霜和实施例3防晒霜防晒效果更加显著。

Claims (7)

1.一种吸收紫外线的防晒组合物，其特征在于，包括以下重量份的组分：紫外吸收剂1-20份，抗炎剂0.3-5份，抗氧化剂0.5-5份，保湿剂0.2-3份；所述的紫外吸收剂包括山奈挥发油、山姜提取物、超细钛白粉或月见草籽粕提取物中的一种或一种以上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物，其特征在于，包括以下重量份的组分：紫外吸收剂5-18份，抗炎剂0.5-4份，抗氧化剂0.8-4.5份，保湿剂0.5-2.5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组合物，其特征在于，包括以下重量份的组分：紫外吸收剂12份，抗炎剂2.5份，抗氧化剂3份，保湿剂2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物，其特征在于：
所述的抗炎剂包括红没药醇、桔梗提取物、狭叶荨麻根提取物或褐藻提取物中的一种或一种以上；
所述的抗氧化剂包括虾青素、二丁基羟基甲苯、茶多酚或维生素C及其衍生物中的一种或一种以上；
所述的保湿剂包括甘油、棕榈酸乙基己酯、乳木果油或聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或一种以上。
5.一种制备如权利要求1-4任一项所述的组合物的方法，其特征在于，将紫外吸收剂，抗炎剂，抗氧化剂和保湿剂按比例准确称重后，混合均匀即可。
6.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的组合物的应用，其特征在于，可用于化妆品。
7.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的组合物的应用，其特征在于，可作为添加剂用于皮肤外用药剂中。
