During the use, start first motor 61 and reverse to drive second one-way clutch 111 and rotate, and then drive second cam 112 and rotate, under the effect of third spring 116, second cam 112 rotates and drives second piston 114 and remove about, under the effect of second check valve 117, second piston 114 removes about and drives the air and blows off from the end of second trachea 119, thereby weathers the rotatory scalpel, further improves drying efficiency.
