As shown in fig. 9, the adjusting wheel assembling device 5 includes a top fixing plate 51, a first assembling driving member 52 for driving the top fixing plate 51 to move radially back and forth, and a second assembling driving member 53 for driving the top fixing plate 51 to move up and down, a plurality of top blocks 54 parallel to each other are fixed on the top fixing plate 51, one end of the top block 54 facing the rotating disk 21 is provided with a top protrusion 541 capable of being inserted into an adjusting valve cavity 011 and pushing the adjusting wheel 02 into the adjusting valve chute 012, the vertical section of the top protrusion 541 is L-shaped, and a 1/4 arc surface is provided between the horizontal and vertical surfaces, and the radius of curvature of the top protrusion is the same as that of the adjusting wheel. By means of the L-shaped ejector projections 541, two thrust platforms are provided, both horizontally forward and vertically upwards, so that the pre-installed regulating wheel 02 in the regulating valve is lifted and pushed into the regulating valve chute 012. The lifting projection has ingenious design, and the supporting point is arranged on the forward and upward movement of the adjusting wheel, so that the adjusting wheel can be lifted to the position in the higher adjusting valve chute in a more labor-saving manner, and the assembling success rate of the adjusting wheel and the adjusting valve is improved. Fig. 14 shows the effect of the adjusting wheel being accommodated in the sliding groove of the adjusting valve from the initial pre-installation to the final installation.

As shown in fig. 10, the product blanking device 6 includes a clamping mechanism 61 for taking out the product from the turntable jig 7 and a material containing box 62, an opening of the material containing box 62 is positioned below a clamping manipulator 611 in the clamping mechanism, a reversible material distributing plate 621 is arranged in the material containing box 62 to divide the material containing box 621 into a product box and a defective product box, and a material distributing cylinder 63 for driving the material distributing plate 621 to turn is arranged at the side part of the material containing box 62 to enable the material containing box 62 to only expose the product box or the defective product box. The clamping mechanism 61 clamps the assembled regulating valve, the workpiece is separated into a finished product and a defective product by the detection result of the regulating wheel detecting mechanism 55, and the clamping manipulator 611 can discharge materials respectively. The material distributing cylinder 63 is extended to enable the material distributing plate 621 to be propped against the inner wall on one side of the material containing box 62, the box opening of the defective product box is blocked, the finished product enters the finished product box, then the material distributing cylinder 63 is contracted to enable the material distributing plate 621 to be propped against the inner wall on the other side of the material containing box 62, the box opening of the finished product box is blocked, and the defective product enters the defective product box.
The specific working process of the invention comprises the following steps: the regulating valve 01 is distributed and discharged from the regulating valve vibration disc 31, is horizontally conveyed to the front end by the regulating valve feeding mechanism 32 and enters the regulating valve receiving jig 33, and the blocking cylinder 334 drives the front blocking piece 3334 in the blocking component 333 to laterally move so as to leave a material taking space. The back row manipulator 351 of the adjusting valve feeding mechanism 35 takes out the adjusting valve in the adjusting valve receiving jig 33 and puts the adjusting valve in the adjusting valve moving jig 34, the carrier 340 is simultaneously driven to be folded towards the center under the action of the stretching cylinders 347 and 348, the front row manipulator 352 is taken out from the folded adjusting valve, meanwhile, the first jig opening mechanism 81 pushes the rod end stop 741, the movable baffle 73 in front of the receiving groove 72 is opened, a discharging space is reserved, and then the front row manipulator 352 puts the adjusting valve in the empty turntable jig 7.
The motor 22 drives the rotating disc 21 to rotate by 90 degrees, the rotating disc jig 7 carrying the regulating valve rotates to the right front of the regulating wheel discharging preassembling device 4, the pressing block 911 assembled with the pressing mechanism I91 descends, the pressing bulge 913 is plugged into a hollow groove formed on the regulating valve and used for sliding the regulating wheel round wheel forwards and backwards, and the regulating valve is pressed and stabilized. The regulating wheel preassembling mechanism 43 horizontally pushes the regulating wheel 02 falling from the regulating wheel slideway 42 into the regulating valve 01 in the turntable jig 7, and is clamped into the inner cavity 001 of the regulating valve. The presser block 911 equipped with the presser mechanism one 91 is then raised and the regulating wheel pre-assembly mechanism 43 is retracted to the original position, giving up the rotational space.
The motor 22 drives the rotating disc 21 to rotate 90 degrees again, the rotating disc jig 7 loaded with the pre-installed regulating valve rotates to the right front of the regulating wheel assembling device 5, and the second assembling pressing mechanism 92 is used for pressing down materials. The first assembly driving part 52 drives the ejector fixing plate 51 to move forward, the ejector block 54 is driven to scoop up the preassembled adjusting wheel 02, the second assembly driving part 53 drives the ejector fixing plate 51 to move upwards, the ejector block 54 is driven to eject the wheel shaft 021 of the adjusting wheel into the adjusting valve chute 012 at an oblique upward angle, and meanwhile, the adjusting wheel detecting mechanism 55 detects whether the adjusting wheel is assembled in place or not. And then the second assembling and pressing mechanism 92 ascends, the adjusting wheel assembling device 5 retreats to the original position, and a rotating space is reserved.
The motor 22 drives the rotary disk 21 to rotate 90 degrees again, and the rotary disk jig 7 carrying the assembled regulating valve is rotated to the right front of the finished product blanking device 6. The second jig opening mechanism 82 pushes the rod end stop 741 to open the movable baffle 73 in front of the material receiving groove 72, so that a material taking space is reserved. The clamping mechanism 61 clamps the assembled regulating valve, the workpiece is separated into a finished product and a defective product according to the detection result of the regulating wheel detecting mechanism 55, and the clamping manipulators 611 are respectively discharged. The material distributing cylinder 63 is extended to enable the material distributing plate 621 to prop against the inner wall of one side of the material containing box 62, seal the box opening of the defective product box, only expose the finished product box, clamp the manipulator 611 to put the finished product material, and enable the finished product to enter the finished product box; then the material distributing cylinder 63 is contracted to enable the material distributing plate 621 to prop against the inner wall of the other side of the material containing box 62, the box opening of the finished product box is blocked, only the defective product box is exposed, and the manipulator 611 is clamped to put defective products into the defective product box.
The motor 22 drives the rotating disc 21 to rotate by 90 degrees again, drives the empty rotating disc jig 7 to the right front of the regulating valve discharging and feeding device 3, waits for the feeding of the regulating valve, and circularly works.
In the embodiment of the invention, the turntable device 2, the adjusting valve discharging and feeding device 3, the adjusting wheel discharging and preassembling device 4, the adjusting wheel assembling device 5 and the finished product discharging device 6 are integrated on one piece of equipment in a unified way, so that continuous operation can be effectively realized, equipment dispersion and separation are avoided, and the utilization rate of workshops is effectively improved. Meanwhile, the 6-station discharging assembly greatly improves the production efficiency, and has the advantages of full automation, high production efficiency, good product quality consistency, labor cost saving and the like.

the adjusting wheel assembling device comprises a jacking fixed plate, an assembling driving piece I for driving the jacking fixed plate to move forwards and backwards in the radial direction and an assembling driving piece II for driving the jacking fixed plate to move upwards and downwards, wherein a plurality of mutually parallel jacking blocks are fixed on the jacking fixed block, jacking protrusions which can be inserted into an inner cavity of an adjusting valve and jack the adjusting wheel into a sliding groove of the adjusting valve are arranged at one end part of the jacking blocks, which faces towards a rotating disc, the vertical section of each jacking protrusion is L-shaped, 1/4 arc surfaces are arranged between the transverse and vertical surfaces, and the curvature radius of each jacking protrusion is the same as that of the adjusting wheel;
the turntable jig comprises a jig body, a plurality of receiving grooves are arranged in the jig body, the outer ends of the receiving grooves are open, movable baffles perpendicular to the receiving grooves are arranged on the outer sides of the jig body, and U-shaped grooves for adjusting wheels to enter the assembling are arranged at positions, corresponding to the receiving grooves, of the movable baffles; the movable baffle is supported outside the jig body through push plate movable rods penetrating through two sides of the jig body; one end of the push plate movable rod is fixedly connected with the movable baffle plate, the other end of the push plate movable rod protrudes out of the jig body and is fixedly connected with a rod end stop block, and a reset spring is sleeved between the rod end stop block and the jig body; the jig opening mechanism drives the movable baffle plate to press/loosen the regulating valve in the turntable jig by pushing the push plate movable rod.
