The third wiring support positioning table 19 is respectively composed of a third object placing table 58 and a third single-action double-rod air cylinder 59. When the wiring support is placed on the third placement platform 58, the third single-acting double-rod air cylinder 59 is started to fix the parts on the positioning platform, so that subsequent preassembly operation is facilitated.
The grounding screw transmission positioning device 21 comprises a third vibration disk 60, a direct vibration transmission positioning mechanism 61 and a fourth single-action double-rod cylinder 62. (3) Wire clamp 44, insulating spacer 45, self-tapping screw and grounding screw preparation: the wire clamp 44 is placed in the first vibration plate 11, the insulating washer 45 is placed in the second vibration plate 12, the automatic screw for fastening the wire clamp 44, the insulating washer 45 is placed in the automatic screw feeder 15, and the grounding screw is placed in the third vibration plate 60.
(4) Warning sign and terminal block preassembling operation:
The following steps are realized through programming:
a) The first robot 4 takes the first clamp 32 to clamp the wiring support 25 on the conveyor belt and places the wiring support on the first storage table 42, so that the reverse surface 66 of the Z surface of the wiring support is in close contact with the first storage table 42, and meanwhile, the first single-acting double-rod air cylinder 43 fixes the wiring support on the first storage table 42 by pressing the X surface 67 of the wiring support;
b) The first robot 4 carries the third clamp 34 to absorb the warning mark stripped at the stripper 8 and adheres to the wiring support S surface 68;
c) The first robot 4 takes the second clamp 33 to clamp the wiring board positioned at the positioning block 31, when the second clamp 33 moves to the upper side of the wiring board, the screwdriver head is started in advance, when the second clamp 33 clamps the wiring board, the screwdriver head stops rotating and is smoothly embedded into the screw head, and then the wiring board is successfully preassembled to the designated position of the Z-face 69 of the wiring support by electric screwdriver under the assistance of the robot.
(5) Wire clamp, insulating gasket and grounding screw preassembling operation:
The following steps are realized through programming:
d) On the basis of the step (c), the first robot 4 carries the second clamp 33 to place the wiring support assembly on the second object placing table 56, at this time, the reverse surface of the S surface 68 of the wiring support is in close contact with the second object placing table 56, and the single-acting double-rod cylinder 57 on the left side of the wiring support is used for fixing the parts on the second object placing table 56;
e) The second robot 9 carries the Z-shaped clamp 10 to place the wire fixing clamp and the insulating gasket assembled in advance at the appointed position of the S surface 68 of the wiring support, the third robot 16 carries the second electric batch 17 to carry out first nailing operation on the wire fixing clamp and the insulating gasket, and after that, the second robot 9 carries the Z-shaped clamp 10 to leave the second object placing table 56 to move to the first vibration disc 11 and the second vibration disc 12 to clamp the wire fixing clamp and the insulating gasket respectively, so that preassembly of the wire fixing clamp and the insulating gasket is realized, and preparation is made for subsequent preassembly of the wire fixing clamp and the insulating gasket. And the third robot 16 carries the second electric batch 17 to continue the second and third nailing operations after the first nailing operation is completed.
The specific operation flow is as follows: after the automatic screw feeding and locking machine 15 emits nails, the third robot 16 carries the second electric batch 17 to the position of the screw detection device 18, and after the detection is qualified (the screws and the second electric batch are successfully locked), the third robot 16 carries the second electric batch 17 to the position above the wiring support for the second nailing operation. The third nailing operation is the same as above.
F) Based on the step (e), the movable positioning table 20 transfers the wiring support assembly to the third wiring support positioning table 19, the straight arm manipulator 64 carries the third electric batch 65 to absorb the grounding screw on the groove 63 of the fourth single-acting double-rod cylinder 62, the grounding screw nailing operation is performed at the designated position of the Z-face 69 of the wiring support, and after the preassembling is completed, the second robot 9 carries the fifth clamp 70 to clamp the wiring support to place the conveyor belt and flow into the next procedure.
