Allergy-relieving water agent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a formula and a preparation method of a skin care product of a soothing and sensitizing water aqua.
Background
Sensitive skin is a skin condition where the skin can react excessively to environmental factors. The reasons for the generation of sensitive skin are complex, external sensitive sources are various, and many sensitive sources are difficult to detect. Menstrual cycle, climate change, air change, cleansing products, personal care products, and clothing abrasion all contribute to the above sensitive skin condition. All of the above factors may be extrinsic factors that cause sensitive skin. However, from the internal cause, the main reasons are the following 3 aspects: keratinocyte reduces thinning of stratum corneum, thereby causing skin barrier damage; lipid imbalance between stratum corneum cells; neurobiological factors lead to alterations in nerve cells, such as hyperactivity of the neural ion channel TRPV-1. When human skin is in a sensitive skin state, hypersensitive reaction can occur when the skin is contacted with substances such as cosmetics, soap or sun-screening agents, and particularly, the skin condition is worse after insolation or when the temperature is too cold. In the sensitive skin state, the skin may have itching, burning, tingling or tightness. The skin may show erythema, dryness, rashes, and even strong inflammatory symptoms such as pimples.

Experiment 1, evaluation of moisture Retention test
The specific test steps are as follows:
1. the environmental temperature is controlled at 25 deg.C, and the testee can enter the room 30min before cleaning the arms, and relax.
2. The total number of the subjects was 10, 1 male, 9 female, 2 × 2cm on the arm of 10 subjects2Coating 0.05ml of sample in the area, wherein 5 areas are used, and one area is used as a blank control and is not coated with any product; the remaining four areas were coated with base formulation example and examples 1,2,3, respectively.
3. The test intervals are 0min, 30min, 60min, 90min and 120 min.
Stratum corneum water content was measured using the Moisturemeter SC Compact from Delfin corporation and transdermal water loss was measured using the Vapometer from Delfin corporation (TEW L).
The data were averaged, and the results of the stratum corneum water content increase rate test are shown in FIG. 1 and the results of the TEW L test are shown in FIG. 2.
By testing the change of the water content of the stratum corneum and the change of the TEW L, the product of the water aqua can be used for really improving the state of the skin, and the water aqua has certain moisturizing effect.
Experiment 2 histamine test experiment
The experiment was carried out according to the following procedure:
1. cleaning the arm, and naturally drying.
2. At arm 2 × 2cm20.05ml of a 10mg/ml histamine solution was applied to the area, and after complete absorption of the histamine solution (about 10min), the base formula and example 3 (both 0.05ml) were applied and the skin condition was recorded at different times.
The results were averaged and are shown in table 2 below.
