Abstract

Description
本发明涉及制造具有“C”形横截面的成型夹板的方法,在此成型夹板指向内部的纵棱上制有滚花面。
“C”形的成型夹板用来将物体尤其是管子固定在构件上,此时,通常将成型夹板牢固地装在构件上,再将物体用夹板螺母固定在此成型夹板上。插入成型夹板中的夹板螺母上制有滚花面,这一滚花面朝着伸入成型夹板内部的纵棱自由端上的滚花面,所以,在拧紧夹板螺母时,在成型夹板与夹板螺母之间,实现了一种形封合的、防止夹板螺母滑动的连接。
由EU-PA0028507已知一种制造“C”形成型夹板的方法,其中,板条的两个边缘经过滚压后使板条的总宽度加大了。通过紧接着的借助于成型滚压轮在边缘的纵棱上对滚花面的滚花成型,使板条基本上重新恢复到其原始的总宽度。在纵棱上制成滚花面后,进行使板条成为“C”形成型夹板的成形加工。
在这种已知的工艺方法中,当板条上具有滚花面的纵棱的边缘折弯时,此板条的外区受到大的拉伸,从而发生此滚花面的变形。这种变形是可以看见的:在向边缘的外轮廓过渡的区内,滚花面的尖部成圆形。因此,滚花面不再沿边缘的整个壁厚延伸。但滚花面的一部分变圆也可以附加地由滚压轮引起,在板条变形为“C”形的成型件时,滚压轮在边缘和滚花面之间的过渡区施加了一个大的压力,并因而造成滚花面尖部区内的材料变形。使用这种只沿边缘的部分壁厚延伸的滚花面,只能承受来自夹板螺母或被固定物体沿成型夹板纵向作用的较小的力。
本发明的目的是提出一种方法,采用这种方法,在将板条滚压成具有“C”形横截面的成型夹板时,可以防止设在纵棱上的滚花面有缺陷。
按本发明为达到上述目的采取的措施是,借助于滚压轮将板条的两个边缘基本上折弯90°,紧接着,借助于成型滚压轮在已折弯的边缘纵棱上对滚花面进行滚花成型,然后,将板条加工成形为具有“C”形横截面的成型夹板,在对滚花面滚花后,借助于两个精整滚压轮将纵棱重新恢复到其原有的壁厚。
尤其对于一种具有高峰或深沟的粗的滚花面的结构,有利的做法是使此滚花面在多道依次进行的工序中加工而成,这是因为必须有更多的材料受排挤。因此,滚花面最好在精整后至少再在纵棱中进行一次滚花。
为了在对滚花面进行滚花成型时不受超出边缘壁厚的材料的影响,最好在每一次再滚花成型后,再进行一次纵棱的精整。
为了能防止插入成型夹板内部被固定的夹板螺母沿成型夹板纵向打滑,设在夹板螺母和纵棱上的滚花面最好设计为齿耦合,它们的齿顶与纵棱的纵向长度成直角延伸。
若需要多道工序对滚花面进行滚花成型,则为了易于滚花,应使在第一道工序时齿的横截面,比加工结束后滚花面的齿横截而更尖。
为了使在两个纵棱上制成的滚压面的齿向互相平行,最好使在两个纵棱上工作的成滚压轮同步旋转。
下面借助于描述作为举例的工艺步骤的多个附图,详细说明按本发明的方法。其中
图1板条的边缘进行按本发明的折弯;
图2按图1的板条边缘纵棱上对滚花面进行滚花成型;
图3在滚花面区域对按图1和2的板条边缘进行精整;以及
图4加工结束后的“C”形型材。
在图1至3中只能看到板条1的一侧,或一个示意示表的局部滚压设备的一侧,此滚压设备在形式上系由一个个滚压轮5、6、7、8、9、10、11组成的。
在图1和2中表示的工序中,两个边缘4或两个纵棱2的加工是同时进行的。在图3所示的工序中,两个边缘4或纵棱2的加工则是依次进行的。
在图1所示的第一道工序中,借助于滚压轮5、6、7,使板条1的两个边缘4经过滚压基本上成90°折弯,从而使纵棱2朝上并平行于板条1其余的主平面延伸。
对纵棱2上的滚花面3的滚花在第二道工序中进行,图2表示了这一情况。当每个纵棱2借助至少一个成型滚压轮8制造滚花条纹3时,此成型滚压轮8在压力下沿板条,纵棱2上面滚动。在板条1相对侧所设的对应滚压轮9,为此成型滚压轮8构成了一个相应的支座。
在对滚花条纹3滚花时由于材料变形向外压出的材料,如图3所示借助于精整滚压轮10、11重新压回,所以边缘4或纵棱2仍保持其原始的壁厚S。
图4表示制成的“C”形成型夹板12,它是在最后一次精整后通过滚压板条1形成的。两个边缘4或两个纵棱2互相平行地延伸,并伸入成型夹板12的内部。
Claims (5)
1.制造具有“C”形横截面的成型夹板(12)的方法,此成型夹板在其指向内部的纵棱(2)上制有滚花面(3),其特征为:借助于滚压轮(5、6、7)通过滚压将板条(1)的两个边缘(4)基本上折弯成90°,紧接着,借助于成型滚压轮(8)在已折弯的边缘(4)的纵棱(2)上对滚花面(3)进行滚花,以及,此后将板条(1)成形加工为具有“C”形横截面的成型夹板(12),在对滚花面(3)滚花后,借助于精整滚压轮(10、11)使纵棱(2)恢复到其原始壁厚(S)。
2.按照权利要求1所述之方法,其特征为:精整后,至少再作另一次沿着纵棱(2)的滚花面(3)滚花。
3.按照权利要求3所述之方法,其特征为:在滚花面(3)每一次再滚花后,再进行一次纵棱(2)的精整。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一所述之方法,其特征为:经滚花的滚花面(3)是一种齿形轮廓,它们的齿顶与纵棱(2)的纵向长度成直角地延伸。
5.按照权利要求1至3之一所述之方法,其特征为:作用在两个纵棱(2)上的成型滚压轮(8)是同步旋转的。
