Detailed Description
The present invention is a multi-functional squat-and-stand exercise machine, the accompanying figures illustrate specific embodiments of the invention and its components, all references to front and back, left and right, top and bottom, upper and lower, and horizontal and vertical are only for convenience of description, not to limit the invention, nor to limit its components to any position or spatial orientation. The dimensions specified in the drawings and description may vary depending on the design and requirements of particular embodiments of the invention without departing from the scope of the invention.
The invention relates to a structure of a multi-work squatting and standing body builder, which is shown in figures 1 and 2 and comprises a main frame body (10), a supporting unit 20 pivoted on the main frame body 10 and a handrail unit 30 pivoted on the main frame body 10, wherein the handrail unit 30 can be selectively fixed on the main frame body 10 or connected with and drive the supporting unit 20 to synchronously close and open, so that the supporting unit 20 can generate a supporting effect in the squatting and standing process relative to a human body to assist a user in squatting and standing movement;
as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the main frame 10 comprises a base frame 11 and a diagonal bracing frame 12, wherein the base frame 11 comprises at least one rod, the present invention uses two parallel rods as the main embodiment, the bottom end of the base frame 11 has a ground cross bar 110, the middle section of the base frame 11 forms a horizontally through first pivot hole 111 for pivoting an upwardly extending support unit 20 by a first shaft 123, the middle section of the base frame 11 forms a horizontally through second pivot hole 112 behind the pivot joint of the support unit 20 for pivoting the downwardly inclined support frame 12 by a second shaft 124, the bottom end of the support frame 12 has a ground cross bar 120, and the base frame 11 forms a horizontally through handrail insertion hole 115 in front of the pivot joint of the support unit 20 for selectively fixing the handrail unit 30 by an insertion rod 191 (see fig. 6), Shown in fig. 7);
the base frame 11 is formed with a horizontal through-going limit insertion hole 116 between the pivot joints of the supporting unit 20 and the supporting frame 12 for selectively inserting a limit insertion rod 18 to limit the tilting of the supporting frame 12, the top end of the supporting frame 12 is provided with a pivot joint portion corresponding to the second pivot hole 12 in the middle section of the supporting frame 12 for passing through the second shaft rod 124 for pivot joint, the rear side of the supporting frame 12 corresponding to the base frame 11 and the ground cross rod 110 is formed with a buckling piece, the base frame 11 is formed with a buckling insertion hole 117 corresponding to the buckling piece behind the pivot joint of the supporting frame 12 for matching with a limit insertion rod 18 to fold and insert the supporting frame 12 relative to the base frame 11 (as shown in fig. 12), and a stop rod 14 is arranged near the top end of the front side of the supporting frame 12 and the stop rod 14 can abut against the bottom edge of the base frame 11 when the supporting frame 12 is unfolded relatively to provide a supporting and limiting effect of the supporting frame 11 relative to the supporting frame 12 (as shown in, two sides of the ground-contacting cross bar 120 of the support frame 12 are respectively provided with a pedal connecting tube 13 extending backwards, the two pedal connecting tubes 13 are respectively provided with an expanding positioning hole 131 and a folding positioning hole 132 at the outer horizontal position and the top edge position, and the two pedal connecting tubes 13 are respectively connected with a ground-contacting pedal 15 with a stretching rod 151, so that a user can apply the weight of the human body to the ground-contacting pedals 15 to keep the stability of the main frame 10 in the movement process, and the end part of the stretching rod 151 is provided with a spring fastener 152 corresponding to the expanding positioning hole 131 and the folding positioning hole 132 on the pedal connecting tube 13, so that the ground-contacting pedal 15 can be horizontally expanded and flatly attached to the ground or be relatively turned and folded (as shown in fig. 12);
furthermore, the base frame 11 has a third pivot hole 113 formed at the rear end adjacent to the ground cross bar 110 for a damping seat 16 having a corresponding pivot hole 161 to be pivoted relatively by a pivot rod 162, and the base frame 11 has a positioning insertion hole 118 formed in front of the third pivot hole 113, and the damping seat 16 has a corresponding limiting hole 163 for matching with a positioning insertion rod 17 to selectively fix the damping seat 16 or release the damping seat 16 (as shown in fig. 8), and the damping seat 16 has an insertion seat 165 formed at an end different from the pivot end for assembling a damping mechanism with respect to the supporting unit 20, and the base frame 11 has a fourth pivot hole at the front end for the pivotal installation of the armrest unit 30;
the supporting unit 20 is pivotally mounted on the base frame 11 of the main frame 10 for supporting and lifting the human body, the supporting unit 20 has a seat cushion rod 21, the bottom end of the seat cushion rod 21 is formed with a pivoting portion 211 corresponding to the first pivoting hole 111 of the base frame 11, so that the seat cushion rod 21 can be pivotally mounted on the base frame 11 by using the first shaft 123, the front side surface of the seat cushion rod 21 adjacent to the bottom edge has an inserting portion 212 for passing through a handrail inserting rod 213, the free end of the seat cushion rod 21 of the supporting unit 20 is provided with a seat cushion set 22, the seat cushion set 22 has a bushing 221 capable of sliding on the seat cushion rod 21, the bushing 221 is provided with a plurality of side-by-side supporting rods 225, two ends of each supporting rod 225 are respectively provided with a roller cushion 226 for abutting against the thigh and the waist of the human body during exercise, the bushing 221 is provided with a pair of fastening members 224 corresponding to the seat cushion rod 21 for selectively locking and positioning or releasing the sliding relative to the seat cushion rod 21, so as to adjust the position of the cushion group 22. As shown in fig. 15, the seat cushion set 22 may be formed by a cushion body 222 disposed on the bushing 221 for supporting the thighs of the human body, and a holding rod 223 disposed behind the cushion body 222 on the bushing 221 for the user to press the supporting unit 20 with his/her hand;
in addition, the support unit 20 is provided with a mounting frame 23 on the rear side of the cushion rod 21 relative to the rear end of the base frame 11, the mounting frame 23 is provided with a plurality of consecutive adjusting slot holes 231, and a compression elastic member 24 is arranged between the mounting frame 23 of the support unit 20 and the damping seat 16 of the main frame 10, which can make the support unit 20 generate a pre-force for automatically returning upwards when not in use and generate a motion resistance when compressing downwards, the compression elastic member 24 of the invention can be selected from an outward-extending air pressure elastic rod or an oil pressure elastic rod, two ends of the compression elastic member 24 are respectively provided with a pivoting part 241, 242 for respectively utilizing a pivoting rod 243, 244 to be pivoted on the mounting frame 23 and the inserting seat 165 of the damping seat 16, and one end of the compression elastic member 24 corresponding to the mounting frame 23 can be selectively shifted between the adjusting slot holes 231 for adjusting the resistance;
the armrest unit 30 is pivotally disposed at the front end of the base frame 11 of the main frame 10 and selectively drives the supporting unit 20, the armrest unit 30 has an upright rod 31, the middle section of the upright rod 31 has a pivot portion 33 for cooperating with a pivot rod 331 to pivot in a fourth pivot hole at the front end of the base frame 11, the bottom end of the upright rod 31 has an insertion portion 34 for cooperating with a pivot rod 353 to pivot in a link member 35 having a corresponding pivot portion 351, and the other end of the link member 35 has a pivot portion 352 for cooperating with the armrest insertion rods 213 and 191 to selectively locate in the insertion portion 212 (as shown in fig. 1) of the seat cushion rod 21 or the armrest insertion hole 115 (as shown in fig. 6) of the base frame 11, the top end of the upright rod 31 is pivotally disposed with a pivot sleeve 310, two ends of the armrest rod 32 are respectively bent to form a corresponding holding portion 321 for the user to hold during exercise, the upright rod 31 has a folding insertion hole 311 corresponding to the seat cushion rod 21 at an adjacent upper section, for cooperating with the above-mentioned handrail insertion rod 213 to insert and pull when the upright rod 31 is folded on the seat cushion rod 21 (as shown in fig. 14);
thus, the multi-functional squatting and standing fitness equipment which utilizes the weight of the human body and has various types is formed.
The multi-functional squat-stand exercise machine of the present invention has different types when it is actually used, the first type of motion is shown in fig. 4 and 5, the connecting rod 35 of the armrest unit 30 is inserted into the insertion part 212 of the seat cushion rod 21 by using the armrest insertion rod 213, so that the armrest unit 30 can be linked with the support unit 20, and the damping seat 16 of the compression elastic member 24 of the support unit 20 is fixed on the base frame 11 by using the positioning insertion rod 17, so that the support unit 20 has a pre-force of upward return;
in operation, the user straddles the two sides of the base frame 11 of the main frame 10 and positions his/her body in front of the support unit 20, and steps on the ground-contacting pedal 15 with his/her feet, and holds the grip portions 321 at the two ends of the handle bar 32 of the handle unit 30 with his/her hands, while the support unit 20 is returned upward by the restoring pre-force of the compression elastic member 24, and the seat cushion set 22 of the support unit 20 abuts against the thighs of the user to keep his/her body standing vertically on the ground (as shown in fig. 4);
then, the user gradually crouchs down to make the knees slightly bent and the thighs gradually sit down to form a crouching down action, and because the upright rod 31 of the armrest unit 30 is connected with the cushion rod 21 of the support unit 20 through the connecting rod piece 35, when the user holds the armrest rod 32 of the armrest unit 30 with both hands, the upright rod 31 and the connecting rod piece 35 can slightly pull the cushion rod 21 of the support unit 20, and in addition, the compression elastic piece 24 is arranged between the support unit 20 and the base frame 11, so that the cushion group 22 on the cushion rod 21 can generate a supporting action relative to the thighs of the human body, thus the crouching down load of the user can be reduced, the user can crouch deeper, and simultaneously, the training effect can be further improved under the resistance action of the compression elastic piece 24;
then, when the human body stands up again, the cushion rod 21 of the supporting unit 20 is acted by the pre-force restored by the compressed elastic member 24, so that the supporting unit 20 can generate a supporting and lifting action (as shown in fig. 4) relative to the human body, and the armrest unit 30 can also utilize the connecting rod member 35 to synchronously pull and lift the supporting unit 20, so as to reduce the load of the user for standing up, thus the squatting and standing actions (as shown in fig. 5 and 4) are cycled, and the purpose of training relevant muscles, bones and joints of the human body, such as the lower back, the lower abdomen, the lumbar vertebrae, the thighs, the feet and the like, can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, the link member 35 of the armrest unit 30 is inserted into the armrest insertion hole 115 of the base frame 11 by the armrest insertion rod 191, so that the armrest unit 30 is fixed at two points and cannot be driven, and the damping seat 16 of the elastic compression member 24 of the support unit 20 is fixed on the base frame 11 by the positioning insertion rod 17, so that the support unit 20 has a pre-load force returning upward;
in operation, the human body stands in front of the supporting unit 20, and the feet step on the ground-contacting pedal 15, and the middle section of the handrail rod 32 of the handrail unit 30 is held by the two hands, and the supporting unit 20 is restored to the upward position by the restoring pre-stress of the compression elastic member 24, and the seat cushion group 22 of the supporting unit 20 is attached to the thigh of the human body, so that the human body is kept standing vertically to the ground;
when the user gradually squats, the armrest unit 30 is fixed, and the user can provide stable supporting effect when holding the middle section of the armrest rod 32 of the armrest unit 30 with both hands, and the cushion set 22 on the cushion rod 21 can generate supporting effect relative to the thigh of the human body because the compression elastic piece 24 is arranged between the supporting unit 20 and the base frame 11, so that the squat load of the user can be reduced, and the training effect can be further improved due to the resistance effect of the compression elastic piece 24;
when the user stands up again, the cushion rod 21 of the support unit 20 is pre-stressed by the compressed elastic member 24, so that the support unit 20 can support and lift the user, thereby reducing the load of the user.
As for the third motion pattern, as shown in fig. 9, 10, 11, and 12, the link member 35 of the armrest unit 30 is inserted into the insertion portion 212 of the cushion rod 21 by using the armrest insertion rod 213, so that the armrest unit 30 can be linked with the supporting unit 20, the damping seat 16 of the elastic compression member 24 of the supporting unit 20 pulls the positioning insertion rod 17 away, the damping seat 16 is pivoted with the base frame 11 after being turned upwards, and the elastic compression member 24 loses the restoring force on the supporting unit 20, so that the supporting unit 20 is placed downwards when not in use;
in operation, the user straddles the two sides of the base frame 11 of the main frame 10 and positions his/her body in front of the support unit 20, and steps on the floor-contacting pedal 15 with his/her feet, and holds the grip portions 321 at the two ends of the handle bar 32 of the handle unit 30 with his/her hands, so that the user squats down on the seat cushion set 22 of the support unit 20 (as shown in fig. 11) because the support unit 20 is naturally downward;
then, since the user sits on the seat cushion group 22 of the support unit 20 by squatting in advance, and since the upright rod 31 of the armrest unit 30 is connected with the seat cushion rod 21 of the support unit 20 through the link member 35, when the user holds the armrest rod 32 of the armrest unit 30 with both hands, the user can pull up the support unit 20 through the upright rod 31 and the link member 35 (as shown in fig. 12), so that the load of the user standing up can be reduced;
then, when the user squats again, the armrest unit 30 can utilize the connecting rod 35 to pull the supporting unit 20 synchronously for reducing the load of the user squats, so as to cycle the above-mentioned squat and standing actions, so that the user can squat deeper, and further improve the training effect.
In another embodiment of the multi-functional squat and stand exercise machine of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, damping insertion holes 215, 312 are respectively formed at corresponding positions of the seat cushion rod 21 of the supporting unit 20 and the upright rod 31 of the armrest unit 30 of the multi-functional squat and stand exercise machine for inserting a limit rod 381, 382, and at least one stretching elastic member 38, such as an elastic rope, is disposed between the two limit rods 381, 382 for increasing the restoring prestress and downward resistance of the supporting unit 20, so as to further increase the squat and stand exercise effect.
After the present invention is used, it can be folded, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 14, it can pull out the limit insertion rod 18 of the supporting frame 12 in the main frame 10, so that the supporting frame 12 can be folded backwards under the base frame 11, and make the pedals 15 at two sides of the supporting frame 12 close to the middle to close and lean against two sides of the base frame 11, and further pull out the positioning insertion rod 17 of the damping seat 16, so that the damping seat 16 can be folded backwards, so that the compression elastic member 24 loses the function of propping up the cushion rod 21 of the supporting unit 20, and then pull out the armrest insertion rod 213 of the connecting rod member 35 of the armrest unit 30, so that the cushion rod 21 can be folded over the base frame 11, and the upright rod 31 of the armrest unit 30 can be further folded over the supporting unit 20, and the armrest insertion rod 213 can be inserted into the folding insertion hole 311 and the insertion part 212 of the cushion rod 21, and the buckling piece of the supporting frame 12 can be buckled to the buckling insertion hole 117 of the base frame 11 by the limit insertion rod 18, the supporting frame 12 is folded and fixed relative to the base frame 11, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the volume, thereby facilitating the transportation and the storage.
In another embodiment of the multi-functional squat and stand exercise machine of the present invention, as shown in fig. 16 and 17, the main frame 10 of the multi-functional squat and stand exercise machine is pivotally connected to an underframe 100 with a base frame 11 and a supporting frame 12, two ends of the underframe 100 are respectively provided with a ground-contacting cross bar, a corresponding end of the base frame 11 is pivotally connected to a terminal of the underframe 100, a corresponding end of the supporting frame 12 is pivotally connected to the underframe 100 through a pivot seat, the underframe 100 is formed with a plurality of adjusting holes, the pivot seat of the supporting frame 12 is sleeved with an inserting rod capable of selectively inserting the adjusting holes, so that the front and rear positions of the supporting frame 12 can be adjusted to change the angle of the base frame 11, the underframe 100 is provided with a selectively slidable sleeve, two sides of the sleeve are respectively provided with a T-shaped shaft, two side pedals 15 are provided with pivot sleeves 155 capable of pivotally connecting to the shaft, so that the pedals 15 on two sides can be selectively flatly attached to the ground or folded upwards, and the, a fastening member arranged on the underframe 100 can be selectively adjusted to change the front and back position of the pedal 15, so as to meet the requirements of different users.
As can be seen from the foregoing description, the multi-functional squatting and standing exercise device of the present invention can utilize ergonomic design to make its own weight fall on the center of gravity of the main frame 10, so that when it stands on the floor-contacting pedal 15, the main frame 10 can be kept in a stable state to ensure that it does not shake during exercise, and can assist the user in balancing exercise, so that the user can perform the squatting and standing exercise with correct force application and posture to enhance the training effect of the relevant muscles, bones and joints.
The invention can change different motion types according to the requirements, can meet the requirements of users with different body shapes and physical abilities, can also be changed by matching with the amount of exercise of the users, can effectively meet different exercise requirements, effectively lightens the load of the users when the users squat or stand, can avoid exercise injuries, and enables the users to be willing to increase exercise time to achieve the required training amount.
In addition, the multi-functional squat and stand exercise device of the present invention achieves the effect of lumbar vertebrae, lower back, lower abdomen, thighs and thighs training by means of the squat and stand movements, and further provides the training of arm muscles and chest expansion because the exercise requires the hands to be kept flat to pull in and push out the armrest unit 30, and the support unit 20 is matched with the design of supporting the human body to generate a certain force.

1. A multi-working squatting and standing body builder is characterized in that: it is composed of a main frame body, a supporting unit pivoted on the middle section of the main frame body and a handrail unit pivoted on the front end of the main frame body;
the main frame body is provided with a base frame and a support frame capable of supporting the base frame to be obliquely arranged on the ground, two sides of the main frame body are respectively provided with a ground-contacting pedal contacting with the ground, the base frame is pivoted with a damping seat at the rear part of the pivoting part of the supporting unit, and the damping seat can be selectively fixed on the base frame;
the supporting unit is provided with a seat cushion rod which is pivoted at the middle section of the base frame, the free end of the seat cushion rod is provided with a seat cushion group, the seat cushion rod is provided with an inserting part at the position close to the pivoting position of the base frame so as to be selectively connected with the handrail unit, the supporting unit is provided with a mounting frame at the rear side of the seat cushion rod relative to the base frame, and a compression elastic element which can generate upward reset prestress is arranged between the mounting frame of the supporting unit and the damping seat of the main frame body;
furthermore, the armrest unit is provided with a vertical rod pivoted to the front end of the base frame by the middle section, a connecting rod piece is pivoted below the pivoting position of the vertical rod relative to the base frame, the connecting rod piece can be selectively pivoted to the cushion rod insertion part or fixedly arranged on the base frame, and the top end of the vertical rod is provided with an armrest rod;
the connecting rod piece can be pivoted on the seat cushion rod, and make the damping seat be fixed in on the bed frame, form and make the compression elastic component can produce the motion pattern of upwards prestressing force relatively the support element, perhaps make the connecting rod piece be fixed in on the bed frame, and make the damping seat be fixed in on the bed frame, form and make the compression elastic component can produce the motion pattern of upwards prestressing force relatively the support element, perhaps locate the connecting rod piece pivot on the seat cushion rod, and make the relative bed frame pivot of damping seat, form and make the compression elastic component lose the motion pattern of shoring effect.

The multi-functional squat-stand exercise machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the middle section of the base frame is provided with a first pivot hole, the seat cushion rod is provided with a corresponding pivot part for utilizing a first shaft rod to oppositely penetrate through the base frame and the seat cushion rod, the base frame is provided with a handrail inserting hole in front of the pivot joint of the supporting unit, and the corresponding end of the connecting rod piece is provided with a pivot part for utilizing a handrail inserting rod to selectively fix the base frame and the connecting rod piece.

The multi-functional squat-stand exercise machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the base frame is provided with a second pivot hole, the support frame is provided with a pivot part corresponding to the second pivot hole for penetrating the support frame and the base frame by using a second shaft rod, a stop rod is arranged on the front side surface of the support frame near the top end and can be attached to the bottom edge of the base frame when the support frame is relatively unfolded, and a limit insertion hole is formed in the front of the pivot part of the support frame for inserting a limit insertion rod for attaching the upper end of the support frame so as to support and limit the base frame relative to the support frame.

The multi-functional squat-stand exercise machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the bottom end of the support frame is provided with a ground sticking cross rod, two sides of the ground sticking cross rod are respectively provided with a pedal connecting pipe extending backwards, the two pedal connecting pipes are respectively provided with an expanding positioning hole and a folding positioning hole at the outer side horizontal position and the top edge position, the ground sticking pedals at the two sides are provided with a stretching rod correspondingly inserted with the pedal connecting pipes, and the end part of the stretching rod is provided with an elastic buckling piece which can be selectively buckled in the expanding positioning hole and the folding positioning hole of the pedal connecting pipe, so that the ground sticking pedals can be horizontally expanded and flatly stuck to the ground or can be relatively turned and folded.

The multi-functional squat-stand exercise machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the rear end of the base frame is provided with a third pivot hole for the damping seat with a corresponding pivot hole to oppositely penetrate through a pivot rod, the base frame is provided with a positioning insertion hole in front of the third pivot hole, and the damping seat is provided with a corresponding limiting hole for matching with a positioning insertion rod to selectively fix the damping seat or release the damping seat.
