Description

Auxiliary device squats deeply
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fitness equipment, in particular to a deep squatting auxiliary device with a simple structure, which can improve the training effect and is convenient for a user to operate, thereby achieving the effect of reducing the cost.
Background
According to modern people generally have the trouble of soreness, pain or stiffness of waist, lower back and knees due to insufficient movement, so that both feet and the waist are powerless to effectively support the trunk, the supporting gravity center of the human body is changed, especially the old people adjust the gravity center of the human body to generate the conditions of knee bending and waist bending, the conditions that the people cannot stand for a long time or even cannot stand straight are caused under the long-term accumulation, the body state is influenced, the mobility of the movement is also influenced, and different body lesions can be caused by compression for a long time. The main reason for the formation of back pain is that the muscle strength near the spine is too weak to properly bear the weight of the body;
thus, the symptoms of lower back pain can be avoided or alleviated if appropriate exercise is performed to enhance muscle strength in the abdomen, back and torso. In addition, the muscle is the active element controlling the movement of the joint, and the joint can move only when the muscle contracts, and if the muscle control capability is poor, the joint can be painful. Therefore, if strengthening exercises of muscles, bones, ligaments and joints can be performed for a long time, the early occurrence of knee bending, waist bending and humpback can be prevented, and the maintenance exercises can maintain the flexibility of the joints and increase the muscle strength and endurance of the knee joints. In various exercises, the squat and stand exercises, also called deep squat and half squat, can provide the training of muscle strength, bones, joints and the like of the trunk, the lumbar vertebra, the lower abdomen, the thighs and the like, and has great effect on overcoming the knee bending, the waist bending and the humpback.
However, generally, when performing squat and stand exercise, the knees are bent to a certain degree by the weight of the user, and then the user is returned to the standing position, so as to avoid the exercise injury, the beginner or the user with insufficient muscle strength of the thighs will hold the table top or the object with the hands to assist the body weight support, however, the aforesaid conventional method cannot really assist the exerciser in the squat and stand exercise. In addition, the squatting and standing posture needs the thigh muscle force to be applied together with the sum of the abdominal muscles and the trunk dorsal muscles, excessive stress is concentrated on knees or thighs when the force is improperly applied or the posture is incorrect in the up-and-down process, and the knee abrasion or the thigh muscle strain can be easily caused if the actions are improper, even the future walking capability can be influenced, and the injury of the knees or the thigh muscles can not be harmed by the people;
in recent years, there have been developed various exercise devices with squatting and standing functions, such as taiwan patent publication nos. 313866 and I260235, wherein No. 313866 discloses a device for enabling a user to stand on a foot tube pivoted to a support, and a handle pivoted to the support can synchronously drive a cushion and the foot tube. As for No. I260235, the cushion and the leg tubes are designed integrally and pivoted on the main frame, which is mainly used for tendon-stretching exercise, and as for the squatting and standing exercise, the user stands at the rear end of the main frame, which is somewhat similar to the traditional method of holding things to perform squatting and standing and cannot meet the requirement of the user for the squatting and standing exercise.
In other words, the aforesaid apparatus for assisting the user to squat and stand does not really assist the user to squat and stand, and the user who needs to enhance the training amount can not meet the requirement of the user without the function of enhancing the training effect, and the structure is complex, and the manufacturing cost is increased, so that further improvement is needed.
Accordingly, the present inventors have made extensive studies on the problems encountered in the squat and upright exercise and, based on many years of research and development and manufacturing experiences in the related industries, have successfully developed a squat assisting device through continuous research and trial work to solve the inconvenience and puzzlement caused by the inability to provide damping.

Furthermore, since the abutting mechanism 22 of the top bracing unit 20 has the rolling pad 26 capable of rolling, it can roll and change along with the movement position of the human body, and will not generate obstruction feeling, thereby improving the smoothness of the squatting and standing movement.
In addition, the present invention can be folded during storage or transportation, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, a user can move the pivot rod 311 of the elastic telescopic rod 31 of the elastic unit 30 in the arc-shaped moving groove 33 of the mounting plate 32 into the limiting groove 330, then release the locking member 142 on the main frame 10 to release the rod 15 of the horizontal section 11, so that the rod 15 can slide relative to the limiting rod 140 of the sleeve 14 by using the long slot 150, so that the rod 15 can be folded upwards by using the limiting rod 140 as the center, and the pedal pads 41 on both sides of the pedal group 40 are folded upwards, and the hanging holes 43 of the pedal pads 41 are hung on the hook members 152 of the rod 15, thereby achieving the purpose of folding and effectively reducing the volume of storage and transportation.
As can be seen from the above description, the auxiliary device for deep squatting of the present invention can utilize ergonomic design to make the self weight fall on the center of gravity of the main frame 10, so that when the main frame 10 stands on the pedal assembly 40, the main frame 10 can be kept in a stable state to ensure that the main frame does not shake during exercise, and the user can be assisted in balanced exercise, so that the user can perform the squatting exercise with correct force application and posture to enhance the training effect of the relevant muscles, bones and joints.
The auxiliary device for squatting deeply can utilize the elastic unit 30 to enable the top support unit 20 to generate supporting and damping effects relative to the human body when the human body squats, and can pull back the top support unit 20 through the elastic unit 30 when the human body stands, so that the top support unit 20 generates lifting effects relative to the human body, thereby effectively reducing the load of a user when the user squats or stands, avoiding sports injury, and enabling the user to be willing to increase the sports time to achieve the required training amount.
Furthermore, the deep squatting auxiliary device can greatly simplify the whole structure, and simultaneously can effectively reduce the volume of storage and transportation by utilizing the foldable design, thereby greatly reducing the manufacturing and transportation cost.
Furthermore, the top-supporting unit 20 of the present invention has a leaning mechanism 22, and the leaning mechanism 22 is provided with a rolling pad 26 capable of rolling, so that it can roll in accordance with the human body action, thereby reducing unnecessary obstruction and further improving the convenience and smoothness of operation.
The foregoing description is intended to be illustrative rather than limiting, and it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that many modifications, variations or equivalents may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
